Great location with a half hour to many mountains. Bryan was great!

This was a well appointed duplex which was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub on the private patio. Furnishings and appliances were up to date. We had a very nice stay.

Location to ski resorts, awesome contact with owner, and perfect place to relax after a day of skiing.

The house was everything we expected. It had plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and dining area. The kitchen was very well stocked, to include coffee, Ziplock Bags, coffee maker (and Keurig in the cabinet), pots and pans. However, the microwave-safe dishes did get very hot when heating up food in the microwave so be careful. The hot tub was outstanding and convenient. The garage was big enough to accommodate our large SUV (Ford Expedition Max). The only complaint I heard from our group was the beds in the bunk bed room were very firm. The showers were very nice (a jetted tub in the master bedroom as well as a sauna that we didn't use). The televisions were very nice and already included many channels, but I recommend you bring your passwords to any streaming apps you may have so you can watch your favorites. We very much enjoyed our stay and will look to do the same next year.

From communication ahead of our stay, to the check in process, the amazing property itself, the sauna in the main bedroom, the hot tub, the open layout, a perfect experience start to finish. Our group of 6 adults will def be back. Thanks for everything Bryan!

As soon as you walked in, you could tell the house was clean! Smelled great! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, utensils, cups, plates, tin foil. And to a wonderful surprise it already had daily use items in the panty (spices, sugar, coffee etc..) TVs and fans in every room was a plus! Each bedroom had its own bathroom! We did have an issue with the hot tub not heating towards the end of our stay, but Bryan was very quick to call in a tech to fix it. We had a group of 7 people and we all fit comfortably! This was our Sons Senior Trip, he wanted to go snowboarding at Copper Mountain. The location of this house was 17 minutes away! This house beat our expectations! Would definitely stay again!!!

The house had everything you need and then more. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook big meals for the entire group, and the house was spacious enough for everyone to comfortably relax. Bryan was very responsive and a great host.

We come up to the Silverthorne/Frisco area every year to ski. This home was great for our 2 families. The owner, Bryan, was very responsive to any questions we had. The home has been updated and is better than the photos (new appliances and furniture). We would definitely consider this place for our next trip.

Perfect house in the perfect location!
303 Cutty was our "home away from home" for the whole month of March, 2022. The house was even nicer than the pictures showed. There are new appliances and new leather couches. The 3/3 layout was perfect for having our adult kids and other friends come to visit. The location is the best in Summit County! Close to many restaurants, shops, and of course, ski areas!! The house was clean and comfortable and we loved having the hot tub, especially after skiing. Bryan was a fantastic host, always responsive, and provided us with everything we needed to feel right at home. We plan to come back next year.

A++ Rental
One of our favorite stays to date! We stayed here for a month during ski-season and truly enjoyed each day (with faster wifi than we have at home!). The home was cozy and clean with a fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook. We were able to relax each night by the fire and enjoy the private hot tub in the backyard. The location was perfect as it was close to everything we needed but secluded on a quiet street backing up to trees for total privacy.
Bryan was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly and kindly.
We looking forward to returning!
