About this house rental

"MARGARITAVILLE POOL HOME" located on the Island of CLEARWATER BEACH, offers a wonderful heated saltwater pool along with a NEW screened lanai (Dec. 2022) with seating for six plus an additional four at the outside table. Our pool is kept at 88-90 degrees in the cooler months (Oct.- April) as long as guests put the cover on when not in use. NO extra charge for heated pool! Enjoy the salt pool, your skin and hair will thank you! Relax while having your coffee or meals overlooking the pool and beautiful spacious back yard or enjoy watching you favorite TV show on the lanai. The inside of "Margaritaville" is decorated in beachy but soothing colors. Don't miss out, book "Margaritaville Pool Home" today.
Clearwater Beach is approx. a 4 1/2 minute walk from this home through a residential neighborhood.
The inside has been decorated with tropical colors and a beachy theme. Enjoy your 55 inch HD TV in living room. The kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes, pots/pans and utensils you should need to prepare meals or snacks for the entire family. Enjoy the white shaker style cabinets and granite counter tops. There is plenty of storage for your food items in the pantry cabinet. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has one queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses. The beautiful beach is approx. a 4 1/2 minute walk. Enjoy the North end of Clearwater Beach in this residential area. Margaritaville Pool Home is located at 918 Lantana Ave., Clearwater Beach Fl 33767. This is a licensed weekly rental with the City of Clearwater. St. Pete beach is approx. an hour drive away.

Damage Assurance is included in the cleaning fee (HOST or Owner Fees on VRBO breakdown) for up to $3000 of unintentional damage to the home.

Homes that are booked more than 7 nights will require a $500 per 7 nights booked deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. This will not show in the quote.

Save $$$$$$ by paying your FINAL PAYMENT by check. Email Dana for details. Returned checks will be charged $50.
There is a camera on the Southside fenced area which guests have no access to. This records the Southside of the house only. There is a camera on the front of the house. There are NO cameras on the back area of the house including the pool and grassed area.

We stayed in June 2024 and had an amazing time! Dana was in contact from the moment we booked through the check in process. She checked in to see if we needed anything and provided clear instructions on the home and any expectations for check out. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and the pool area was perfect for the kids! 10/10 would recommend.

This is such a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. We walked to the beach (5 minutes) multiple time a day while also enjoying the heated pool. The house was spacious enough for our family of four, although we spent most of our time out back on the screened in lanai or in the pool which is the best part of this beach house.

The property was just like the pictures online. The screened in landing was so nice to use without being in the sun or bitten by mosquitoes!! My granddaughter loved the po-she became a mermaid and never wanted to leave! The beds were comfortable. The rooms and the bathroom had plenty of room. It was a wonderful place, and we will be back!! Thanks😀

Great place! Clean, updated, well maintained. Love the lanai. Could not have asked for more. Family staying a few blocks away were jealous and already looking to book in the future. Will be back.

This was a great rental and Dana was very helpful both before and during our stay. The please had everything we needed for our family and even had a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys available for the kids. Will be back

We just finished a vacation week with our 2 adult children and their significant others. It was a perfect house for our getaway! Pool and outdoor space was just lovely. The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything thing we needed. Short walk 20 minute walk to downtown and only 4 minutes to the beach…we will be back!

The house was gorgeous and just what my family and I were looking for! The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the beach was quiet and secluded, we loved it! The pool was perfect for the rainy parts of the day as well. I was able to work remotely and the view of the pool was the perfect setting. Will be booking again for sure!!

it was a great private beach! supplied everything you need for a beach day. far away from pier 60 business but also close if you wanted to go. Once we figure out trolleys it was nice getting there and back on them .. other wise uber: lyfts. if it is no kids definitely able to walk!

The home was clean and had a great layout for our family. The kitchen was stalked with everything we needed. The pool was a great temperature and the lanai was great for all our meals outdoors. Location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and it was such a quick walk to the beach. Dana was a great host. Always available for questions and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed staying at this child and grandmother-friendly location. We would start our mornings walking at the beach and then spend time in the lovely pool. I highly recommend the home for families who want to enjoy Clearwater Beach but do not want to be in the center of the tourist activity. We could quickly drive the 0.5-—0.75 miles to the town center to park and walk to destinations to avoid the traffic.

Great place to enjoy Clearwater but also get some space from the nightlife. Just inside North Shore, about 20 minute walk from Clearwater beach, restaurants/ bars, and maybe 25-30 min walk to Pier 60. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the day. The neighborhood is quiet. It was the perfect place for our trip.

We loved staying here. Plenty of room, awesome kitchen, great pool. Dana was a wonderful host. Easy walking distance to the ocean for beautiful sunsets.

Property was clean with all the amenities needed for a 2 week vacation with a short walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. As a 2 week vacation we also liked that there was a washer and dryer (so we didn't have to overpack). We stayed here because of the private home and pool. The pool was awesome as it was heated and cleaned twice a week. Communication with Dana was excellent. She was very receptive of any info/questions we had.

Our stay at the Margaritaville house was phenomenal! There were 7 of us in our group from age 9-71. The house is clean and well maintained. Every kitchen supply you could imagine was there! There were also plenty of towels including beach towels. Speaking of beach supplies, we enjoyed the 6 beach chairs and wagon. It was a short 5 or 6 minute walk to the quiet and beautiful beach. The pool at the house is amazing and relaxing. It was cleaned twice while we were there and the pool guy was very friendly. We enjoyed hanging out in the covered patio in the evenings. There is a trolley stop not far from the house, which we used to get into the downtown area instead of looking for parking downtown. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, and hope to come back again some time!

Great Vacation Spot. The house was a perfect size and was in a great location. It is just a short walk to the beach and to a community access point to the intercoastal water which is great for spotting dolphins and watching the morning sunrise. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when in the Clearwater area.

House is comfortable but a little dated. Pool area is very nice and we used the screened in porch a lot but some mosquitos were able to penetrate screening as it shows some wear. Very short walk to a beautiful beach that is low key. Chairs and accessories at the house made this very enjoyable. Good set up for family vacation

My family very much enjoyed our stay. It is at the far end of Clearwater Beach so it is the perfect combination of location. We were close to clearwater beach's busy area for restaurants and shopping but past all the crowds and traffic. Short 4 min walk to beach! House was well equipped and beds were comfy! I wish I could have stayed another week!

Wasnt really deep cleaned. The doors had black all around the knobs and the outside of the fridge was kinda dirty. I cleaned them. But besides that I would recommend it
