This unit will sleep 8 guests with a California king size bed in the master suite, twin size bunk beds located in 4th bedroom on master suite level, and queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms, a Pack N Play is also available for infants. Master bedroom offers a private balcony with views of the beach and sunsets as well. 5 balconies in all! Each floor can be accessed by a private elevator. Washer and Dryer included. Everything needed to enjoy your stay is included with this unit. Dishes, linens, towels, TV/ Internet. Beach supplies like Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Water toys, boogie boards are all available of use. Also has enclosed garage for your car or truck. Brand new carpet on the stairs for 2018. This was a very nice property and so close to the beach access, restaurants and shopping! The photos are accurate, the home was very clean and the property manager was wonderful. The private elevator was a nice convenience considering the multiple levels. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I had a wonderful time together on vacation and at this property. The property manager was fantastic and very responsive, even let us check in earlier since the house had been cleaned the day before and our flight arrived early. There were some issues on the property that needed attention and once I mentioned the issues a handyman was there the next day to take care of them. The 5 stories with the hard flooring was a bit much for my knees but glad there was an elevator to use when needed! Loved the rooftop but due to the weather being so hot and muggy and it raining a lot we did not use the hot tub like we would have liked. Overall a great place in a central location where the majority of places to visit is all within walking distance!!

The location was great, and there were amenities; However i feel like there needs to be a lot of improvements. Also, it wasnt cleaned after the last guests. The roof was still decorated for a 60th birthday party and couldnt really sit on any of the outdoor furniture because it is so old and beat up it didnt seem safe. The stairs were all dirty, trash hadnt been taken out and was overflowing in the garage causing a terrible smell. Beach umbrella was broke (we bought a new one to leave at the house), as were most of the beach toys. We found other peoples clothes in the closet. I do appreciate that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, that was a definite plus. There were no trashcans in the main bathroom and fans/lights were hard to figure out. All around a decent stay, but not worth the money.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. The elevator made it easy for my 89year old grandma to access all floors. The beach access and views were exellent.

Perfect location for a week of relaxing easy walk to food and entertainment. With Clearwater Beach across the street with pristine water and sand we didn’t travel farther than two miles all week and had a blast and can’t wait to come back. 5 adults this home was extremely comfortable

Place was big enough for our party of 4 girls. Lot of stairs but there’s an elevator also. The townhouse was comfortable, had a great top deck with a hot tub & a fireplace (it did not work for us but maybe we weren’t doing it correctly) The place could use some upgrades; the 3rd floor bathroom tub was scratched up a bit. Overall it’s a good place to stay in a great location close to the beach & shopping, restaurants.

3 couples stayed for a long weekend getaway. It is a super easy check-in. The location is great! It is 2 blocks from the beach, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping. The views from the rooftop are beautiful overlooking the gulf and intercostal. It is well stocked with bathroom and beach towels, beach equipment and basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, soaps and shampoos. The extras were very much appreciated, as we traveled far, with a small suitcase, and need just a few items to get by. The townhouse was clean. I didn't give it 5 stars because there were several things that were broken, ripped or stained. I expect this, as I stay in VRBO's often, however, sometimes it is time to replace items when they are shabby to help keep the place looking top notch. We definitely got a workout walking up and down 5 flights of stairs daily. The elevator is nice to transport luggage and snacks/drinks up to the top deck. Overall, our entire group was happy with this place, the layout, location, amenities and cleanliness. We would stay here again if returning to the area.

Our family enjoyed a month-long stay at this very nice condo. It’s in a super location for going to the beach, walking to restaurants and the harbor, and shopping. The condo was clean and provided all the things noted in the description. The owner was quickly responsive to all of our messages. The condo is listed for sale but we would return if it’s available next year.

There were a couple of glitches when we arrived but the property manager was quick to correct. While there's an elevator, be ready for a workout with the 5 stories. House was nice and in a good location but do not believe it was worth the money we spent for the week.

Overall the stay was great. There were some issues that were not. The master bath shower door was rusted and wouldnt shut. When we arrived the living room light bulb was burnt out. Luckily there were bulbs stored and we replaced. Also all the propane tanks for the heaters and firepit on the terrace were empty. I ended up buying a new one and never got to use it. So there is a full propane tank in the garage for the next family. There was also 1 toilet roll in each bathroom, we had to buy more during our stay. I guess these are small things and we can nit pick but for what we paid, it would have gone a long way. On the positive side, check in was smooth and check out was simple. We just needed to throw away our trash. Plenty of towels were provided, there was no shortage. We were welcome to use their beach wagon and chairs and that was wonderful. Over all the stay was great and comfortable. Location couldnt be better.

Location, location, location. That was not all to this property. It was well appointed with everything you can imagine for short and long term stays. Quick walk to shops, restaurants and THE BEACH. The sunsets are breathtaking. Sunrises can also be viewed from the top floor. The elevator was a great help. 5+ Stars. We will likely stay again.

We were 3 couples looking for a fun sunny destination to enjoy together. This property worked beautifully! We all had our own space, and typically hung out together on the beautiful roof top deck, morning coffee or end of day drinks. Minor issue dealt with immediately by property manager. Property is exactly as in photographs in the listing. Location was excellent, we walked everywhere, no rental car needed. We will definitely use this property again should we return to Clearwater.

We had planned a family Thanksgiving getaway which included my my 86 year old mother in law. This place was perfect! The elevator was great for those with mobility issues, or those who got tired of climbing the stairs. The views from every balcony were beautiful, and the roof top was amazing. The location is just a block from the beach, and two blocks from the main Clearwater Beach craziness, so close enough to walk and explore but far enough away from the bars to not be bothered by people or noise.

This place is lots of fun. Within walking distance to beach and town. The interiors are lovely, its very roomy and the beds are sooooooo comfortable! With all that said the roof top is fantastic and makes this place very special. You not only get to see the beautiful Gulf sunsets while soaking the a hot tub but you can also enjoy a fire pit and grill while watching to moon rise over the bay. Really amazing! Highly reccommend thanks you for letting us stay in your lovely home

We had a wonderful experience here over the summer. We usually stay in Dunedin but wanted to switch it up for a closer stay at the beach. It’s just a couple blocks to Clearwater. Perfect location to beach, bars, and restaurant! The view from the top deck was beautiful! The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
