Behind the impressive wooden door (with separate openings for cars and pedestrians) lies a huge garden with lawns where are kept trees / plants of the region.
Dimensions of residence: 368 square meters
The ground floor consists of a large living room (sitting room for 7 people with fireplace and dining room for 6 people), kitchen, wc and a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom. The living room and bedroom have large openings with direct access to the garden where there is a stone courtyard with pergola, outdoor dining area, garden furniture and a large pool 12×6 meters with pool chairs.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with its own fireplace) , which have their own bathroom, ensuite access to vast independent stone terraces overlooking the city, the city of karystos and other islands, such as andros.
All areas of the residence have clean, earthy colors and selected art objects that supplement the distinctive natural beauty while giving an aura of relaxation and home coziness.
