About this house rental
JUST REDUCED RATES! Beautiful 4 Bedroom home with private heated pool and 6 person spa included at no extra charge. We have an automated pool system that allows the pool to maintain the proper temperature and allow guests to turn the spa on and off at will. There are also 3 beautifully decorated theme bedrooms to make your stay memorable. Review the photos to see the Beach Room, Paris Room and Vintage Travel Room all with comfortable queen sized beds and extra pillows. There are no TV's in these bedrooms except the master suite which has a 55" TV. Location is 19 miles from Busch Gardens, 46 miles from Clearwater Beach, 23 miles to downtown Tampa and 69 miles from Disney. Great location with 3 major shopping centers and plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes. House is well equipped for business travelers and families with children. Includes office, formal living room, formal dining room, family room with 55" 3D screen 4K TV, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, newly updated swimming pool and spa with rubber deck like playgrounds use that is GLOW IN THE DARK. There is a 40" TV in the pool area to watch games. There is a beautiful pond in front of property. We also provide free Wi-Fi with up to 500 Meg upload and download speeds to accommodate all guests.
This is not your typical vacation rental. We have tried to include everything you may need except your clothes, food and toiletries. There is closet space in each bedroom with hangers and empty dresser drawers for guest use. We have provided a Keurig machine with free assorted coffee's, tea's and hot chocolate for our guests. We have installed a water purifier on the refrigerator for clean water and ice. The kitchen is fully furnished with settings for up to 12 guests for plates, bowls, silverware and cups and is stocked with all the cooking utensils you may find at home. Every bathroom is supplied with a variety of shampoo and soaps so you don't have to worry about packing these items through the airports. Guests have access to a free modern washer and dryer in the laundry room and we have included free laundry soap and softener for our guests use. We take pride in providing you and your guests a stay that is not only memorable but also helps to reduce the stress of traveling. We have a large stainless BBQ propane grill for cooking outdoors with a large table and chairs for your group to enjoy your meal poolside. Ask about ordering your groceries on line and having them delivered and we will be happy to stock the fridge and pantry prior to your arrival and save you the run to the store after a long trip.
We have also prepared a list of famous nearby golf courses and things to do in the area with discount passes for Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium and more. There is also a nearby zip line adventure in nearby Dade City. Try a once in a lifetime ride in a vintage WWII Super Stearman open cockpit plane or a hot air balloon ride less than a mile away. The largest ice hockey rink in the south is just 3 miles away. There are 3 major malls within just a few miles and Costco, Sam's Club and BJ's Wholesale club all with a short drive. Enjoy all there is to do in our area and then head home to a relaxing time in the 6 person spa to give you some down time and recharge for the next day. This home is more than a place to stay. We had the pleasure of staying at Jeff and Sandee’s wonderful home. From the moment we arrived, Jeff and Sandee made us feel incredibly welcome. They met us at the rental and meticulously went over every detail of the house, ensuring we were familiar with all the amenities. The house itself is beautiful and equipped with every convenience one could need.
Jeff and Sandee were exceptionally kind and hospitable. Their attention to detail was evident as they walked us through the operation of everything, from the lights and reclining chairs to the pool and spa. Their thoroughness made our stay comfortable and worry-free.
Our family was in Florida for my daughter's graduation at USF, and Jeff and Sandee went above and beyond to make the occasion special by giving my daughter a thoughtful graduation card. This personal touch meant a lot to us.
When we encountered travel difficulties due to tropical storm Debby, Jeff and Sandee were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to stay a bit longer to manage our flight delay. Their generosity and understanding during this stressful time were greatly appreciated.
Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this rental and are grateful to Jeff and Sandee for their exceptional hospitality.

A perfect home away from home! The hosts have thought of every detail and a few additional special touches. The themed rooms are perfectly appointed and added a fun element to our stay. Of course, the pool is a highlight we definitely enjoyed in the Florida summer.
Everything is spotless and neatly labeled making it easy to find whatever you need - no need for awkwardly searching cupboards or cabinets.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful suggestions of area attractions based on our family’s interests. Truly an exceptional experience from the moment of booking right through to check out. You’d be hard pressed to find better hosts!

We were very happy with our stay! The house is very well equipped for a larger family group, including everything you need for a young child- booster seat, porta crib, toys, pool floaties and toys, etc. Jeff and Sandee are very generous hosts who have thought of everything. They are in frequent contact and happy to help in any way.

We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean and comfortable. The owners were nearby and very attentive. They made sure we had everything we could need during our stay. The house was convenient to several nice golf courses and to the Busch Gardens park and water park. It was also about an hour drive to some beautiful beaches. The pool and spa were clean and heated comfortably. We would definitely stay again on a subsequent trip to Tampa.

My husband and 7 year old son and I, stayed 4 nights at this lovely house. It was a true get away. The hosts met us at the house and were very kind and helpful - they showed us around and gave us many tips on places to explore and eat. We felt as though we were staying at a relatives house and they were just a text away if we needed any assistance. Thier graciousness and welcoming attitudes made my family literally feel at home. Their house is stocked with everything that one would rely on at home to ensure comfort on all levels. Our son kept himself busy along side the pool and in the pool with all the kids toys that were there. Then at night he was able to go through the many Curious George books that were in his room. The beautiful pool and hot tub were a big highlight to all of us...These extras helped my husband and I truly feel like we were on vacation. We daily used the small cooler for our day trips (which is located in a fully stocked laundry room.) I could go on with more little details... plastic baggies of all sizes to store snacks, 2 long handled shell scoopers to find shells on the beach...
What a blessing this vacation was for my family- it will forever be memorable.

Great people to rent from!
The house was extremely well stocked, more than I can list or that we could use. The bed we slept in was very comfy, the kitchen had any pan, blender, spice or utensil we needed, and there are several theater chairs for a great movie night.
We appreciated being able to contact the hosts at any time and loved the pool and spa! The posted pics make it seem like an older home but it is modern and has some amazing features. We would stay again

This was a lovely rental in a quiet neighborhood with countless amenities. The grandkids especially liked all the Curious George books, the many games and toys and movies in addition to the pool and hot tub. The adult kids loved having the shower bathroom that led to the pool and all the extra towels. Providing pacnplays, cots, booster seat and stroller was so helpful. Having 3 bathrooms was great when all 10 of us were around for a few days together. The large master suite bathroom was recently renovated and beautiful. Communication to our queries was always quick. The location was great - a short drive away from many golf courses, restaurants, activities, groceries and more.

Our family has stayed at several rental properties around the world over the years, and we’ve been fortunate to have had very good experiences overall. Even so, Jeff and Sandee’s house stands out in the extreme care and attention to every detail — it is easily the best equipped and most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed and so far the only one we’ve come back to. They are extremely attentive, before, during and after, and staying there really does feel like home. We are a family of four visiting family in the area for the holidays and all of us look forward to yet another repeat stay the next time we’re in town. A huge thanks to Jeff and Sandee for all they do to make our Christmas in Florida truly memorable, from the awesome holiday decorations to even leaving a gift under the tree. We would highly recommend their property to anyone!

We had an amazing time in this place. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was labeled and setup very thoughtfully. The house is kid friendly and laid out very well with plenty of space for all. The pool was great for adults and kids and was also equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are the kindest people you could ever meet. They explained everything during check in and were super responsive during our stay. They even allowed us to extend our stay when a last minute hurricane prevented us from flying and driving out. I have rented several vacation homes but this by far has been my favorite.

Needed a place to stay in the Tampa area during the Frozen Four. This property met all our needs and would strongly recommend it to families or a group of adults. Nice pool area, with plenty of seating a tv if you want to catch a show while floating around. Beds were comfortable, plenty of big chairs for tv/movie watching. nice kitchen with just about every pot/pan/utensils you could need. The filtered water from the fridge was excellent and there's plenty of ice. Quiet neighborhood and the few people we saw were friendly. Just about every restaurant you could want is within 10 minutes and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby.

We went to Florida to attend a wedding and even though it was further away than we would have liked it was well worth the extra time driving from festivities. Our family of 9 loved the pool and hot tub and everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well stocked and the theater seating was perfect! I wish we could have spent more time enjoying the home but it was so nice to relax when our activities were completed. The hosts were amazing and always available with our many questions. They even allowed us to change our days due to some travel difficulties. Great property, great location, and amazing hosts…what more could you ask for? We loved it!

Jeff and Sandee have a lovely home that has everything you need to feel at home and comfortable while visiting. We stayed here during a National Competition and it was located in a great location, was clean and had everything we needed. Jeff is very good at communicating and being there if any questions arise. Oh, and the hot tub and pool is perfect for relaxation and recovery after long days!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised and the owners provided even more than what is listed. Items for children were particularly helpful including toys and stroller. The pool was very clean and private. The location is excellent with many stores and restaurants and easy access to main thoroughfares. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. We would definitely rent this home again when we come to visit family.

What a great place to stay! Location allowed us to take wonderful day trips. Bush Gardens, SeaWorld, Tarpon Springs, and all the local attractions. Pool and hot tub was the best. Our family truly had a wonderful experience!

Our positive experience began before our arrival. Asked if there were any beach chairs or if we should bring ours. When we arrived they had provided 4 new chairs and shell scoopers. Typical of everything they did. Strongly recommend any renter waiting until after they arrive to buy any supplies. They have everything and it's all top quality. We had some shrimp and sure enough there was cocktail sauce available. They provided bottled water and added more during our stay. Jeff and I were in contact almost every day with him ensuring we were happy. Loved the location near Tampa and the coast with an abundance of shops and restaurants plus outlets 3 miles away. Great home and great hosts

Very accommodating hosts, attentive to any needs. Perfect location for us, my son plays hockey at the rink 10 min drive, 5 min from highway. Tons of restaurants shopping centers etc. Everything you need at the house provided by host. Very nice people.
Only issue we had was the tv always seemed to turn off over and over and we had issues getting it to stay on. No cable just internet streaming(Netflix etc) but for us it was fine for the kids!
I lost my glasses there but they found them and gladly returned! Very thankful for lovely people.

Jeff and Sandee have a beautifully appointed home, with lots of attention to detail throughout. It made being there feel like home. Check in and out was a breeze and the home had everything my family needed for a great getaway. Just an overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended!!

This couple goes out of their way to make you feel at home and is intentional in every way to make sure you have all the creature comforts you may not even think of.
Upon arriving they had even wrote “Welcome Pearson Family” on an outdoor chalk board. I loved that! The home was immaculate and cleaned so well. Each bedroom has a theme and was met with little pleasantries for those staying in that room.
Fully stocked kitchen with every plate, pan, pot, baking and utensil you could need. Everything is labeled to help you find anything you need.
The pool was beautiful and even had floaties, water games and pool towels. There is a very clean grill on the lanai too.
We met the lovely owners and we will have a connection for life with them. They are amazingly great people that open their home up to you and we are so grateful.
