A quiet place in the heart of the Chianti Classicos from which all the beauties of Tuscany can be easily reached. B. Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Arezzo. Two to four people can be accommodated in the 90 square meter house. On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms (one with two separable single beds), halfway up the bathroom and on the ground floor a large living room with an open kitchen and dining area. From here, guests have access to the terrace with dining area and their own garden, deck chairs and barbecue are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped (also with a washing machine) our guests are self-sufficient.
The next town Radda is 1.5 km away, there are various shops, banks, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars.

Our time at La Campanna was incredible. When you walk through the front door you instantly feel at home. Lis and Roberto were wonderful hosts, communicating everything we needed to know before our stay, quickly responded to our questions during the stay, and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants to try. The house itself is located so that you can easily get to anywhere is Tuscany, but it’s also a great place to relax and unwind. We highly recommend La Campanna and cannot wait to stay here again!

From the moment we pulled into the driveway from the typical Chianti road we realized how perfect was this choice for our vacation. The words fail to capture the beauty of the area, our capanna, which is situated at the edge of one of their olive groves was no exception. As nice as all this sounds the real jewel of this property is Lis and Roberto, our host couple. They made us feel right at home, took time out from vineyard'ing to help us put together a dream in the time we had there. The word helpful does not begin to describe their warm hospitality. Roberto's final word during our Chianti Classico orientation was "The best thing you can do while traveling around Chianti is to get lost." No truer words!
Ok, now to the actual accommodations:
- the bedroom was very spacious and had plenty of dresser and wardrobe space
- the bed was very comfortable
- the bathroom was quite functional and CLEAN!
- the kitchen was well equipped and we made use of it with the great coop there in Radda!
- the floors were spotless
- private patio and yard were well manicured and maintained
Lastly, the wines and olive oil. The 6 different wines that we enjoyed were all just magnificent. Be sure to ask for food pairing recommendation if you need that. We had a thick cut porterhouse and sautéed veggies with their Chianti Classico riserva. Lovely!
We greatly enjoyed our time at Val delle Corti and are already making plans to return.

There are no words to fully capture the beauty, charm, and warmth of Val del Corti. Lis and Roberto were the perfect hosts. The cottage is beautifully equipped and appointed, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. We sat outside in the mornings drinking coffee while overlooking the valley, and had a beautiful hike into the town of Radda. Roberto gave us a wonderful wine tasting, which was one of the highlights of our trip. This is - by far - the best rental I’ve ever stayed at. Perfection. Thank you!!!!!

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have located this beautiful property on a family owned and operated vineyard. Lis and Roberto have converted a two-story barn to a lovely, comfortable, sparkling clean and beautifully outfitted accommodation--a perfect combination of rustic and modern--with a shaded terrace perfect for outdoor dining. We awoke to the sun each morning rising across the beautiful Tuscan valley just outside our bedroom window. Radda-in-Chianti is an intimate Tuscan hill town with everything you need. And Lis and Roberto are wonderful hosts. Plan your itinerary around this stop--we just hit it lucky!!!

Amazing getaway!
This was our second time staying at Roberto and Lis' place. The house is wonderful and the view is just amazing! Not to mention that they are wonderful hosts, tending to your needs and always available, even just for conversation. We were so lucky to be there during the harvest and received a one-of-a-kind wine tasting from Roberto. We cannot wait to return!

Christmas in Chianti
We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful house. We wanted a peaceful and relaxing break and that is exactly what we got. On arrival, our host had left us some provisions including bread, milk, butter and fresh fruit - a lovely gesture much appreciated by both of us. Although many of the restaurants in Radda were closed it didn't stop us from exploring the area and making the most of the extensive walking opportunities in the area. We found the locals to be extremely friendly and helpful, particularly in the panificio semplice and the bar/pasticceria. We would definitely return here and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful home- fabulous hosts - lovely setting
As a family of five we had ample room in the home. Very neat. Nicely furnished. Private single home. The scenery was wonderful. The kitchen very nice. The backyard arbor was beautiful. Loved Radda and the proximity to other towns was very doable. Great wineries all around. We found Radda charming. We drove to Florence and San Gimignano. Make sure to visit with the owners that make a fabulous wine. Easy to communicate with Lis and they were very attentive to our needs.

in vollen Zügen genießen.

Lovely quiet roomy place near Radda. Great location for Chanti.
Very nice place. Quiet and peaceful but very close to Radda which is a very pleasant and interesting town. Wonderful views from the cottage. Lis and Roberto are excellent hosts and everything ran to plan except it was cooler than usual for the time of year.

A perfect week in Radda
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Capanna. The location about 5 min drive from Radda worked well for us. The house was quiet, spacious and perfect for us and our dog - the house and kitchen were very well equipped (including a few items Lis hat put in the fridge to get us started), and with comfortable beds. Luckily the weather was such that we could enjoy the patio as well, but the heating also worked well when needed. Lis and Roberto were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. We hope to have an opportunity for a return visit.

Fantastic location right in the heart of chianti
I stayed here during april, when the weather can be cold and can Ben marvelous, not matter what the weather is doing Tuscany and chianti are always beautiful. This was our home base for trips to Florence, montepulciano and other short drives around the chianti region. Rada was my personal favorite, exactly what I was looking for in a Tuscan holiday. Lis was wonderful, accommodating and extremely friendly, I could not recommend this property for a chianti stay more !

Perfect little wine cottage in the heart of chianti
Lis and Roberto were so welcoming and helpful during our stay, even having a bottle of wine and food stocked for our arrival. We enjoyed the countryside with charming towns and the wineries along the windy roads. We were able to make day trips to Florence and Siena and other Tuscan towns with relative ease by car. We would highly recommend this home for a relaxing and enchanting visit.

Superb. Perfect location. Perfect villa.
My husband, and I and our 7 month old son spent two lovely weeks in the villa in early November. The location was perfect for us. Short drive to many nearby cities, towns and villages such us Siena, Florence, San Gimignano etc. We sampled many of the wines available from the winery which was very convenient for us with a little one and the wine was great. Kitchen was great. Only thing missing for us was a microwave to heat up baby bottles but we improvised as you do when on holiday. The open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living space was also perfect for us with my husband entertaining a tired baby at the end of the day and me cooking but not missing out on anything. Shower was great. Beds were very comfy. Laundry facilities was also great for a 2 week stay. There was heaps of tourist information available in the villa, including books for drives around Tuscany and where to eat. Was an added bonus and helped us with planning our days. Pantry was well stocked with some essentials and Lis provided a basket of fruit and eggs, milk, bread, butter and other essentials on our arrival which was very much appreciated and meant we didn't have to find a supermarket and drag our son around even more after arriving. Heating was good although a little expensive for us as i didnt want my son to be cold. We did have trouble with the internet connection on arrival but that was sorted in a few days and was not an issue for the rest of the trip. Lis was very accommodating and any questions were promptly answered. The villa is located on a winery with the owners house not far from the villa, this wasnt an issue for us but is something to be aware of. Unfortunately for us, the time of year we visited meant we missed out on late afternoon sun to sit outside and enjoy a wine as the sun had already gone down behind the hill by 3.30ish. But we still enjoyed a wine inside where we were nice and cosy. The town of radda was a few minutes drive away with some options for eating out and a Coop supermarket and couple local market shops. For those not used to shops closing in the afternoon, it pays to make sure your food and wine is organised before shops close at 1pm until 4pm. We travelled throughout Tuscany for a month and this is the one thing we struggled to get used to. We loved our stay and would stay again. We have some incredible memories of our first family holiday that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Lis and Roberto!!

Great choice for comfort, atmosphere and location!
We stayed here over a week in June with our 2 young children. It was quite comfy, atmospheric, spacious and the yard and property were great for running around. The owners live very nearby on the property, but you are left alone to enjoy the property. The place was very clean and the kitchen incredibly well stocked. There was no A/C, but the solid stone walls, fact it is built into the side of the hill and breezes from the valley means we did not notice at all in the height of June. The views are fantastic over to Radda or across a valley of vineyards and olive groves. Radda was only a few minutes away which made for great convenience of grocery shopping, coffee, ice cream, and eating out. It is also well positioned to enjoy a number of Chianti highlights, restaurants and vineyards. And Siena is only 45mins away. Finally, Lis was very helpful, very responsive and accommodating of our needs, travelling with 2 kids.
