Хотелось бы завтраки как минимум до 10.30 и всегда должно быть вынесена еда которая закончилась

Прекрасное расположение , хороший ресторан, прекрасный персонал, убирают номера каждый день, полотенца и тп тоже меняют каждый день , всегда две бутылки воды в номере!

Завтраки однотипные каждый день, время окончания завтрака в 10 утра это очень рано, приходишь в 09.30 на завтрак мясного уже нет, салатов нет все закончилось и никто не приносит то, что закончилось

Ωραια δωματια φανταστικο εστιατοριο

Το πρωινο θα μπορουσε να ηταν πλουσιοτερο και η καθημερινη καθαριοτητα των δωματιων περα απο αλλαγη στις πετσετες θα μπορουσαν να γινονται περισσοτερα πραγματα οπως για παραδειγμα τα σεντονια.Στα 5 βραδια που μειναμε δεν αλλαξαν καθολου.

נהננו מהחדר הנקיון וההתיחסות באופן כללי.

המלון מיוחד ונחמד …הרגשה של שלווה ושקט במלון. הצוות בסדר …מציעה קצת יותר לחייך ,ולהראות יותר נכונות להיות לעזר.כל מה שביקשנו מהצוות הם ממש היו לעזר😊

היתה ארוחת בוקר טובה והיה מאורגן מאד…ציפינו ליותר התיחסות של אחראי חדר האוכל ויותר נכונות להיות לעזר…אנחנו זוג מבוגר וזקוק לעזרה, ויותר התיחסות.

Een redelijk goed hotel.

Het ontbijt was goed. De locatie ligt gunstig. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

We kregen een veel kleinere kamer dan wat we geboekt hadden. Dat vonden we wel jammer. De vitrages in onze kamer was gescheurd.

Not worth the money, definitely not 4 star experience

- Great location - Bed was decently comfortable - Room itself is spacios - Windows soundproofing filters most of the noise from Magheru boulevard - AC works well and isn’t loud - Hotel staff does their best - 24/7 front desk

All the bad things here are mostly related to poor management in my opinion. This hotel definitely does not offer a 4 star experience so please do not waste your money here hoping for something decent - The photos on booking for the deluxe king room are extremely deceiving. The rooms in the photos are probably the few they actually put some effort in and ours really did not live up to that standard. I had to ask front desk twice if they really gave me the correct room according to our reservation - The wallpaper in the room is peeling off in multiple places, looks like nobody cares to do any maintanance on the rooms (I expect better for the 4 stars and for the money they charge) - Overall, the detail work on the room was bad: poorly mounted light fixtures, crooked frames, bubbles in the wallpaper and so on - There were stains on our bathroom door(dirt and what looked like aging stains) and the tops of the doorframes was exceptionally dirty, the closet was also pretty dusty inside - The mirror in our room was broken. I notified front desk about this and they made a note to fix it. For our stay it wasn’t a necessity and I didn’t want to be disturbed by the process to fix it. When we checked out I mentioned it again to front desk and that maybe it should be fixed before next guest; the receptionist said she has no ideea what I am talking about. I think that mirror will not be fixed anytime soon and it’s pretty embarassing that nobody from the staff makes proper note of these things and just wait for guests to complain (once again, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel) - The door to the room (and I saw this issue with a lot of other rooms on our floor) doesn’t properly close in the door frame. (see pictures) As a result - You can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. Depending on the other guests it can get pretty noisy, especially in the mornings and evening. The rooms are supposed to be soundproofed.

great staff, hotel in good location

The staff is polite and trying to make your stay enjoyable. So the advantage of this hotel is its staff - from reception to restaurant, everybody was kind. Breakfast had plenty of options, however the coffee machines could be replaced with others more faster. The hotel has its charm.

Problems with the cleaning - bed sheets do not look like in a 4* hotel, pillow cases had some lipstick smudges, towels are extremely old - they look like they were brought from a previous hotel. The carpet had a particular smell and in the bathroom the toilet should have been cleaned better. The hotel has been renovated some years ago (2019) and it shows signs of wear. Strange design option to place the fridge next to the bed. We had a room with balcony but the balcony was not clean, window sills dirty, thresholds with debris. The windows are a cheap version so the sound isolation is not great - but if you want to stay in the center of Bucharest, noise is normal - so bring ear plugs. For the history of this hotel, its location and potential, they could do more to restore its former glory.

Nice decor. Breakfast acceptable.

I liked the decor. When I spoke to staff they responded well. Very central.

The towels provided were more like bath mats and were small. The entertainment in the evening was not brilliant. The breakfast was okay but the fried eggs and scrambled eggs were pre-prepared and served cold. This is the one part of a breakfast that I cannot eat cold.

Superb

Spacious bedroom, with all amenities imaginable, mini-fridge, excellent orthopedic mattress. Loved hotel artsy decoration. In best part of town, 5' walk to Old town, concert Hall, plethora of local restaurants in vicinity. Yes, we shall come back.

Hotel is located on a very busy 24hr heavy traffic Avenue, can be veryyy noisy. Attention light_sleepers

Best avoid. there are so many other options arround.

The location is ok but since it's on a main boulevard it's noisy.

I left in the room headphones that were stolen probably. when I left and called reception to look for it and let me know if it was found they didn't call me back. the old lift is a problem if you get the high-level room. it won't work if the lift door is not manually closed. very annoying.

All in all a great, place but we were a bit unlucky with the room

The position of the hotel is great, central, close to restaurants and the major attractions and things to do in the city. If you are reaching the hotel straight from the airport, there bus will basically leave you a couple of meters away from the door and both taxi and Bolt and Uber are very cheap if you come during the night. The check in and check out process were very fast, and the breakfast was very good and fullfilling.

We had a couple of problems during our stay in the room 616. We specifically requested a room with a balcony but once we went upstairs there was no key to open it, and when asked the reception if there was a possibility of having a key for it, and we were told there were none available at the moment and to maybe ask for it again in the morning. The shower took a long time to get warm (more than 15 minutes) and both the radiator in the room and the piping in the wall were very loud during the whole night. The room was quite cold to be honest, and it took a while for it to heat up, the blankets were a bit small for two people to be able to comfortably sleep in them. We found out in the morning about the possiblity of using the Spa facilities, but when asked at the reception if we would be able to book an appointment for the morning we were told that they didn't know when they would start and they would let us know but we haven't heard anything, so we decided to check out. I also had some problems with the wifi in the afternoon while trying to work on my laptop and on my phone. I think, the antenna was a bit far from the room and so the connection was a bit unstable.

I beautiful hotel but not sure I would go back.

A beautiful hotel and lobby, with nice touches.

Not the most enjoyable breakfast, not enough tables, little food, short staff. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast here. I didn’t use the restaurant so can’t express about it.
