The 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the newly built holiday park in Nienhagen offers relaxed and luxurious holiday. The apartment can accommodate 4 persons. Location of the apartment: The 44m² brightly furnished Non smoking apartment is located ground floor of the house Pamir in the beach road 14 A in Nienhagen. The kilometer-long natural sand beach, the view of the Baltic Sea and the legendary Ghost Forest with its giant crooked trees are just a short walk from your apartment. The extra-scale beach finish provides families, seniors and people with walking difficulties a relaxed and accessible way to the beach to go. In the style of the baltic typical spa architecture, this beautiful resort was built in, 2015. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is a corner shop (150m) with groceries, post office and lottery service. An ice cream parlor and pizzeria are attained on foot. A bakery and cafes sweeten the morning. The beach restaurant just a few minutes remote offers a very comfortable atmosphere to great food. The ghost forest with some 170 years old gnarled trees invites you to hike and is located practically directly at the house and, together with the sea air for an optimal healthy climate, especially for allergy sufferers (award the Blue Flag). Golf and horse riding are offered nearby. A bicycle rental (e-bikes) is located in the village or in the nearby Börgerende. Cycle tours through the ghost forest are highly recommended (multiple award-winning European bike and hiking trail) in the direction of Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn. In the wider area of the apartment, 8 kilometers away is the world-famous spa town Heiligendamm. Very famous for the G8 summit in of 2007. Formerly a popular destination for European aristocracy and the Russian Czar's family. In 10 kilometers distance to reach the lighthouse of Warnemünde. With the well-known narrow-gauge railway Molli, which was built in 1862, you can quickly reach Bad Doberan with the cathedral and many cultural events. Apartment Description: The 2-room apartment on the ground of established only in 2015. Holiday parks in Nienhagen invites to pure relaxation. The master bedroom has a high-quality box spring bed (180x200) with bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe with enough hangers. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, a Villeroy & Boch mounted washbasins, a wall mirror and a hair dryer. Further, a spülrandloses hanging toilet with convenience closing also Villeroy & Boch rounds alongside quality fittings from the bathroom aesthetics. The apartment also features a modern living space ventilation. On the furnished with a table and 4 matching chairs roofed terrace cozy sun and evening hours can spend. A situated in front of the house Pamir parking and Wi-Fi are available to our guests free of charge. Pets allowed (6.00 € / night and one-time 12.00 € pet cleaning). Additional services: travel cot and highchair are available for a fee. Underwear Sets are chargeable option available. Reception at the house for further questions.
