About this cottage rental
The uniqueness of the geographical situation of our detached holiday cottage – surrounded by nature and easy to get to, with a splendid panoramic view over the lake and onto the Havrefjell and its impressive waterfall – is definitely one of the main assets of our “hytte”. Rustic, modern, practical with the touch of the extraordinary as manifested by 150-year-old terracotta tiles from an old castle in the champagne is combined with different kinds of wood. Four bedrooms offer enough place for one or two families or a group of friends. The spacious bathroom with its very individualistic design and a built-in sauna, a big and cosy living and dining area with an open fire and a terrace of 75qm fulfil all expectations. Two lakes adjacent to the premises, the nearest at a distance of 100 m, the second of 500 m with raft and a small beach. A spacious living and dining area (46qm), luxurious bathroom equipment, floor heating, modern furniture. 75qm terrace. Mosquito nets in all bedroom window.
Aust Agder/Telemark: whole year region: Due to the good weather conditions the region Aust-Agder/Telemark is an ideal holiday destination throughout the year. Hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing and swimming are some of the popular activities. Canoes and Kayaks can be left at the adjacent lakes (100 resp. 500 m from the house).
Many more and very attractive sights in the nearer surroundings can be reached by car.
Excursions to the sea-side:
The highlights of any Norwegian summer: Kragerö, Risör and Tvedestrand are nearby, about 40-50 minutes by car, the next bigger city about one hour. Find more information on our Homepage, www.norgehytte.de (only in german, but many pictures and links.

Gautefall, the biggest skiing area in the region Telemark, has 15 slopes, one chair-lift and six drag lifts with a total capacity of 600 persons/hour. Snow cannons guarantee fail-safe + best snow conditions. The ski-runs are lit in the night. In the new “snow park” quarter pipes, big jumps, many rails and one of the best half pipes in Norway offer extensive pastline activities. Of course, there is a separate skiing area for children with one lift, free of charge for children under 7. Ski schools for all kinds of skiing and snowboarding are a matter of course. All in all the area provides 100 km of groomed cross-country ski-runs.
The 4.5 km tarmac cross-country ski-run for summer cross-country skiing or wheel-chairs have to be mentioned, too.

Beautiful House
Very well equipped house with all modern facilities and a fantastic location. Close to ferries from Denmark and yet in the middle of the most quite and beautiful nature. Lakes and mountain trails just outside the house. Got a very good, detailed and easy to understand written instruction/guide to the house in advance from the very helpfull and supportive owners.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Flot veludstyret hytte, med plads til stor familie.
Hurtig og oplysende korrespondance med udlejer. Meget velbeliggende hytte i skønt naturskønt område.
Vi var 6 personer af sted og havde rigeligt med plads.
Der er fine langrendsløjper i området og tre kvarters kørsel til Gautafall, hvor der er alpint. Alt i alt en super fin bolig og helt idel til vinterophold.

Extrem gut ausgestattetes Haus in top Lage mit tollem Blick. Der Urlaub war bei besten Wetter eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Erholen und genießen in der Natur. Die nahe gelegene Seen haben zum Schwimmen und Paddeln eingeladen. Über den Bergkamm konnte man gut wandern und die Aussicht genießen. Das Haus ist sehr gut geführt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein Traum im Schnee
Ein Traumhaus, top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, gemütlichen Betten und besonders hervor zu heben, sehr sauber. Was uns besonders auf viel und was man in Norwegen selten findet, gemütlich ausgestattet, keine alten Möbel von Oma, top ausgestattete Küche, quasi wie @ Home. Der erhoffte Schnee an Weihnachten war zwar mager, aber nach Weihnachten wurden wir mit 40 cm Neuschnee beglückt, ein Traum. Wir können es einfach nur empfehlen.

Ein Ferienhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Wir haben uns jetzt schon das zweite mal sehr wohl gefühlt in der Norgehytte und die ruhige Lage mit Traumausblick genossen.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, insbesondere die Sauna haben wir täglich genutzt.
Wir kommen wieder, bestimmt... :-)

Erholung pur in traumhafter Umgebung
Der Urlaub am Havrefjell hat uns begeistert, ein tolles Haus, top gepflegt und sauber. Man kann sowohl das Feriengebiet, als auch das Haus einfach nur weiter empfehlen, ob relaxen vor Ort, Wandern rund um das Haus oder auch der Ausfluug an Meer, einfach eine Resie wert.
Auch die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer, mit Tips, kurzfristiger Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche und der Möglichkeit noch mal was nachzufragen, zeigt den Vorteil einer persönlichen Betreuung, mqan ist eben keine Nummer wie bei den großen Hausanbietern.
Wir kommen vermutlich wieder und zwar im Winter, da ist es angeblich auch ein Traum, dann aber in weiß.

Ein Traum im Schnee
Norwegen zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert,
ein tolles Haus, super ausgestattet, sauber und mit allem was man braucht. Die Infos in der Anzeige und auf der Homepage geben alles wieder was man wissen will. Auch die Betreuung war sehr gut.
Das Haus ist einfach eine Empfehlung wert. Gerne wieder, dann mal im Sommer, wenn die Seen nicht zugefrohren sind.

Traumhaus
Wir hatten in der Norgehytte unseren ersten Sommeraufenthalt in Norwegen. Dabei wurden unsere Erwartungen an das Haus, welche wir aus den tollen Bewertungen und der Beschreibung auf dieser Website entnahmen, voll erfüllt. Wie hier beschrieben gab es einen wundervollen Panoramablick vom Haus aus, Aktivurlaub und Zeit zum Relaxen in der Natur war genau das, was den Urlaub ausgezeichnet hat. Besonders die Ausstattung des Hauses war fantastisch. Es fehlte an nichts. Wohlfühlen war leicht, dank liebevoller Einrichtung und Sauberkeit im Haus! Die Woche verging wie im Flug. An-und Abreise verlief problemlos und wir können einen Aufenhalt in der Norgehytte nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft schön
Diese Hütte war wirklich ein Glücksgriff. Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub in Norwegen verbracht und sind total begeistert, sowohl von der wunderschönen Landschaft als auch von dem wirklich tollen Ferienhaus.
Wir wurden vom Vermieter ausgezeichnet vorbereitet (Anreisebeschreibung) und betreut. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgezeichnet gepflegt. Wir haben die fast unberührte Natur, in der wir oft ganz alleine waren, sehr genossen. Von dem Haus aus ist die Aussicht auf den See grandios. Wir haben uns selber verpflegt und gemütliche Abende mit Kaminofen erlebt. Es ist himmlisch ruhig.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl und kann voll entspannt genießen. Um das Haus gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten im Freien zu sitzen und dem Lauf der Sonne zu folgen. Auch konnten wir eine Elchkuh beim Trinken beobachten, supertolles Erlebnis.
Ausstattung: Das Haus war wirklich gut ausgestattet (reichlich Besteck und Gläser sogar Gewürze und viele andere Kleinigkeiten waren da) Wir haben dann einfach auch z.B. Salz und Honig, etc. für die nächsten Gäste da gelassen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war absolut problemlos. Fam. Winter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Auch die Wegbeschreibung und die Hilfe vor Ort waren ausgezeichnet. Danke nochmal für die problemlose Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes!
Fazit: Tolles, neues und sauberes Haus ohne Mängel in toller Lage. Gerne wieder!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus 2 Wochen im Oktober
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Bestens ausgestattet. Endlich einmal eine sehr gute Küchenausstattung, mit ausreichendem Geschirr. Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick. Sehr schöne Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Leider kaum Angelglück in den angrenzenden Gewässern. Aber an der Küste bei Jettegrytene am Sild (s. visitnorway.com) gut gefangen, auch dort kann man sehr schön wandern. Ein schönes Ausflugsziel.
Ausgezeichente Betreuung durch Sven Winter.
Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Besonders hervorzuheben war der gute Kontak zu dem Vermieter. Die Betreuung vor und während des Urlaubs war perfekt.
Besonders gut hat uns an und in der Norgehytte gefallen:

- Steckdosen, dort wo man sie benötigt und in ausreichender Zahl
- unsichtbare Verkabelung von Lampen und Steckdosen (fast ein Novum in Norwegen)
Rundum ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal hierher ... es gibt noch so viel zu sehen und Erholung können wir immer gebrauche,

Luxuriöses Ferienhaus in wilder Landschaft TOP
Als Skandinavienurlauber mit 20 Jahren Erfahrung, hautsächlich Schweden, kann ich nur sagen, eines der schönsten Häuser die ich bisher besucht habe. Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen, davon 5 Brasilianer im März 2015 für einen Kurztrip in der Norgehytte. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und liegt in einer faszinierenden wilden Landschaft inmitten eins Hüttengebietes. Man fühlt sich aber trotzdem völlig ungestört. Auch der späte Winter hat seinen Reiz, wir wurden mit sonnigen Tagen belohnt und waren etwas wandern.
Ein Trip nach Oslo ist von hier aus auch möglich (3 Stunden Fahrzeit)
Das Haus bietet drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, eines davon zum Ausziehen und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Etagenbett. Das Bad ist für ein Skandinavienhaus echter Luxus mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien, sogar mit vernünftigen Messern!
Es gibt einen großen Esstisch, Ofen, Sofa, W-Lan eine wunderschöne Terrasse
und ein unbezahlbaren Ausblick.
Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich und wir haben die 5 Tage sehr genossen.
Leider viel zu kurz! Hier könnte man es auch länger aushalten.
Auch die Betreuung durch den deutschen Vermieter ist hervorragend und zu allen wichtigen Punkten bekommt man eine ausführliche Beschreibung.
Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert.
Und meine brasilianischen Freunde wissen jetzt das man auch minus 3 Grad
grillen kann.

8 Personen im sonnigen Norwegen
Sehr schönes Haus in erstklassiger Natur. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, für 8 Personen optimal nutzbar und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Terasse mit dem Grillplatz. ist nicht wegzudenken. Die Natur ist typisch norwegisch - einfach Klasse ! Man kann wandern, angeln, boot fahren und baden. Die absolut ruhige Lage ist traumhaft. Alles ist, wie beschrieben. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter klappt reibungslos. Diese Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Wir hatten 2 Wochen Traumwetter, was will man mehr.

We arrived after a very long drive from Southern Germany to a wonderful home set in an extremely quiet and relaxing setting of Southern Norway. The home was fully set up to accommodate 5 adults and 2 children (bunk beds!). Kitchen is a good size and was fully stocked with the right appliances & utensils. The bedrooms are not huge but that is ok, because the dining & living room are and thats where we spent most of time when we were not sitting outside enjoying the patios and views. The home sits in a gated community and for us maybe because of timing, it was very empty so safe for kids to run around without cars coming thru. The lakes that are walking distance are wonderful for swimming and just hanging out! Across from the home (which is part of your view on the patios) you can go hiking - a long hike (take water & food!!) with some amazing views as well.
We did day trips to Oslo, Arendal, Risør, Kristiansand and one day we were really adventurous and went to Lysefjord. Nothing is really close but we knew that coming into our vacation.
Over all we were very very happy with the home and everything that it came with. The owners were extremely nice & quick to respond which makes vacationing a lot easier.
We would return in a heartbeat to this exact home if Norway is in our future again & I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The home was fully set up to accommodate 5 adults and 2 children (bunk beds!). Kitchen is a good size and was fully stocked with the right appliances & utensils. The bedrooms are not huge but that is ok, because the dining & living room are and thats where we spent most of time when we were not sitting outside enjoying the patios and views. The home sits in a gated community and for us maybe because of timing, it was very empty so safe for kids to run around without cars coming thru. Sehr gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Wir haben Anfang Mai 2013 zwei schöne Wochen in der Norgehytte verbracht. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll mit hochwertigen Interieur eingerichtet. Da es das Wetter nicht so gut mit uns meinte, haben wir viel Zeit in der gemütlichen Unterkunft verbracht - mit Sauna baden, relaxen und den tollen Ausblick auf den Havrefjell genießen.
Allein im Hüttengebiet sind unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten vorhanden - es gibt viele gekennzeichnete Wege, so dass es nicht immer nötig ist, weit zu fahren, um die schöne Landschaft zu genießen.
Lohnenswert sind in jedem Fall Ausflüge nach Risør oder Kragerø an die Schärenküste oder zum Nisser-See. Kartenmaterial und Tourenvorschläge sind von den Vermietern bzw. Vormietern in großer Zahl vorhanden.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich umgehend um Anfragen. Die uns vor Reisebeginn übersandten Unterlagen mit Wegbeschreibung und norwegische Besonderheiten sind sehr umfangreich und hilfreich. Dafür ein großes Lob an die Vermieter - die Unterlagen sind eine gute Vorbereitung auf die Anreise.
Wir könnne die Norgehytte auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ambiente in überwältigender Natur
Wir haben schon viele Hütten in Norwegen bewohnt: diese war mit Abstand die Schönste, Komfortabelste, Geschmackvollste, Hyggelygste und auch die Hellste.
Das Drumherum, die fast umlaufende Terasse und das Grün, das Gegenüber, das Fjell, das Unten, der See und das ÜberUns, das immer spannende Himmelszelt lassen uns sicher wiederkommen.

Traumhaus in traumhafter Umgebung
Eine traumhafte Hütte in schönster norwegischer Natur. Wir haben uns in der toll eingerichteten Hütte sehr wohl gefühlt und den großzügigen Platz im Haus sehr genossen. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders kuschelig sind die liebevollen und gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit bequemsten Betten. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Sauna und das geschmackvolle Badezimmer. Der gigantische, massive Tisch im Wohnbereich ist ideal für's geselligen Beisammensein geeignet.
Der Ausblick auf's Havrefjell lädt immerwieder zum Träumen ein, besonders, wenn man abends am Lagerfeuer oder tagsüber im Liegestuhl auf der Terasse sitzt und einfach nur staunt und Ruhe geniesst.
