The Mediterranean-style Villa Calinda is centrally located on Km 6 of the La Manga Strip on the side of the Mar Menor Lagoon on the shores of the Mar Menor. The villa is newly renovated and modern-comfortable. The central but quiet location in House District invites you to relax and unwind. Restaurants and bars in walking distance, as well pharmacies and small shops for daily shopping. From the front door there are 30 steps to the shores of the Mar Menor, 300 steps up to the Mediterranean beach. In particular, the Mar Menor is inviting with its wide, flat strip of water to many water sports a: windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, water skiing, sailing, diving, as well as the simple swimming is due to the high salinity and warm temperatures in the summer a floating pleasure.

In the very neat, spacious and well equipped house you live on 200 square meters distributed on two floors: 3 large bedrooms with 3 spacious sun terraces with double beds, equipped with air conditioning. 2 large bathrooms (shower and bath) on the upper floor. On the ground floor the large, newly fitted kitchen with all appliances comfortable (u. A. Hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher) and 4-person dining table, plus a utility room with washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer. The living area is divided into a dining area with six seats and a spacious living room with fireplace and couch area. Access to two large garden terraces with views of the Mar Menor.

A total of four large terraces (two up, two down) overlooking the Mar Menor, garden with old olive trees, hibiscus and oleander; Shower and barbecue in the garden. Parking for cars in the driveway. Dt. Housekeeper separated in the back building on the ground; is if desired, helpful available. Una Zona muy tranquila, una casa que no le falta un detalle, y aunque este como portero de la casa nuestro amigo ralf es como si no estubiera. Al principio tenia un poco de reparo por que esta viviendo dentro de la misma parcela, pero he de decir que para nada nos sentimos acosados ni nada, al contrario nos ayudo en todo lo que pudo

Absolut empfehlenswert ! Das Haus bietet alles (mehr) als man braucht zum Entspannen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielmehr war von allem vielleicht sogar Zuviel da (Küchenausstattung, Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser....). Ralf und Petra, wohnen nebenan, sind super nett und hilfsbereit, aber dennoch total diskret. Die Gegend ist ruhig, zweite Reihe am Mar Menor. Durch unbebautes Grundstück von einer der beiden großen Dachterrassen mit direktem Blick auf eben jenes. Rüber zum Mittelmeer sind es nur fünf Geh-Minuten zum herrlichen Sandstrand. Falls La Manga an sich, aufgrund der Bebauung, den großen (hohen) Hotels und Feriensilos jemanden abgeschreckt, dem sei gesagt, davon bekommt man optisch und akustisch in dem Haus nichts mit. Zugeben, es hat eben keinen historischen Kern, es gibt keine alten von Karthagern oder Mauren hinterlassenen Bauten. Aber diese findet man dann in der weiteren Umgebung, mit dem Auto (empfehlenswert) kein Problem. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir können das Haus auf jedem Fall empfehlen. Danke nochmal an Petra & Ralf.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 3 Wochen im Juli in der Villa Calinda. Das Haus ist sehr gut und vollständig eingerichtet. Die Verwalter Ralf und Petra die in einer Einliegerwohnung in der Villa wohnen sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und helfen gerne mit Rat und Tat weiter. Die Lage der Villa auf der Manga ist hervorragend, die Strände (Mittelmeer und Mar Menor) sind auf diesem Abschnitt auch am Wochenende nicht überfüllt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf den Urlaub im kommenden Jahr in der Villa Calinda.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester bis Mitte Januar da und sehr zufrieden. Es ist ruhig um diese Zeit und das Wetter ist immer noch warm. Jeden Tag Sonne! Wir haben herrliche Strandspaziergänge gemacht und die Umgebung erkundet. Das grosse Haus ist super gepflegt und bietet viel Komfort. Dank der Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern konnten wir abends kuschelig warm unsere Lieblingsfilme schauen. Wir wollen wieder kommen.

waren 29 Tage im August dort. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die untere Terrasse einfach genial. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche und Super Kühlschrank. Etwas nachteilig, es gibt unten keine Toilette und die Betten waren etwas weich. Ralf und Petra waren immer hilfsbereit. Die beiden Meere optimal erreichbar und mit den Rädern konnte man schön die Insel erkunden. Die Nachbarschaft war manchmal etwas laut, aber wer absolute Ruhe sucht mietet eher etwas in den Bergen. Rundum ein absolut perfekter Urlaub im Paradies ! Edith und Klaus

Die Villa liegt an einem ruhigen Strand am Mar Menor mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer und die Bergkette des Festlands am anderen Ufer der Lagune. Im Haus hatten wir allen Komfort, den wir uns wünschen konnten, Klimaanlage inklusive. Ralf und Petra sind großartige Gastgeber - zurückhaltend, freundlich, hilfsbereit - wenn man fragt, gibt es Geheimtipps für Einkäufe und einsame Bade-Buchten. Wir können dieses gepflegte, schöne Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

There was no air conditioning and the small fans on the ceiling were worthless. We stayed up until 2 am when a little sea breeze gave us relief outside on the veranda. We had a youngster showing signs of heat stroke.The next day we had to get a hotel for the rest of our stay and immediately contacted the owner. She told us to turn in the keys and clean it, which we did. I was expecting she was willing to work with us on the situation. She said her description of property did not state a/c so she is not at fault and refused to offer any compensation. I really tried to nicely indicate it was impossible to stay at her home, based on temperatures, but she wouldnt budge. Her ad does say the beach is 30 steps away, but that is through another persons empty lot, so not true. A sea breeze was non-existent.I could pick apart her ad, but my point is we started with a poor taste of the European hospitality. Zero on hospitable owner.

Die Villa Calinda liegt in einer ruhigen und tollen Lage auf La Manga. Das Haus ist sauber, in einem sehr guten Zustand und bestens ausgestattet.Schöne grosse Terassen, genau das richtige für einen Familien Urlaub. Direkt am Mar Menor und nur einpaar Schritte zum Mittelmeer. Der Strand am Mittelmeer ist sehr breit und war selbst in der Hauptferienzeit immer leer... Durch die nahe gelegene Bushaltestelle ist man immer flexibel und kommt überall hin. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Hausmeister Ralf und Petra die immer hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht waren das unser Urlaub Perfect war...wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es gerne weiter empfehlen...

wir haben im Juli zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage ist top, unmittelbar am Mar Menor . Außerdem hat man nur ein paar Schritte zum Mittelmeer. Das Haus ist für einen Strandurlaub sehr empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat wunderbar geklappt. Herzlichen Dank. Wir haben uns auch über den Abholservice mit Einkaufsgelegenheit sehr gefreut . Vielen Dank an Ralf und Petra für die Mitfahrgelegenheiten zum Einkaufen und Sightseeing. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt und wünschen allen Gästen eine gute Zeit und erholsame Ferien. Wer einen Urlaub in La Manga plant, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Nochmals Dank an die Vermieterin und viele Grüße.

Das Haus Kopp bietet für Paare die perfekte Ruheoase...Abends auf den Strip, flanieren, Bars, Kneipen Discos...und nicht zu vergessen die deutsche Bar die HansBar....in der Galeria Flameco . . . und am Tag Ruhe pur im Garten, am Meer keine grölende Touristen. Alles in allem Ideal für 2 Paare. Getrennte Bäder und Schlafzimmer...dann gemeinsam auf den Sonnenterrassen Frühstücken...ohne Lärm und Verkehr.

Eine Anreise mit Norwegian Air. Der Hausmeister des Hause holte uns von Alicante Flughafen wie abgesprochen ab...wie eine Sithingtoure bis La Manga del Mar Menor. Das Haus lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen. Ein traumhafter Blick aufs Mar Menor. Super Klima bei ds. 15-19 Grad. Dadurch benötigt man selten eine Heizung. Hier ist sogar ein Aldi. Sehr Familiengerecht und moderate Preise in den Lokalitäten….wir werden schon für den Spätsommer buchen. Top . . .
