Great place! Wonderful host! Another home away from home! I had a great time!

As soon as I booked this accommodation, he messaged me and confirmed the booking. The breakfast was excellent. Apart from the free and excellent breakfast, there is an extensive variety of beverages tea, coffee hot chocolate and plenty of soft drinks available 24 hrs/7 at a very nominal cost. There were also T shirts, caps etc available for trekking also at a reasonable price. Mr. Loui was very cordial and friendly. He was there whenever you wanted something. He was available on phone if he was not present at the apartment. There were unlimited chocolates and mints in the room. The apartment was very tidy and maintained very well. The kitchen was very user friendly and it was well equipped. The wash room was very clean and maintained well. The place was 30 min walk to the Akron Children’s hospital, Akron general and many other hospitals and also close to many adventure trails. So, it is a great place to stay if you are travelling either for work in one of these hospitals or if you are on a adventure trip. He was kind enough to accommodate my baggage as I had a break of 2 days in between by 2 weeks of stay. He often checked with me if everything was ok and if I needed anything.

There was nothing that I did not like about this place.

Great host for a great place!

I really enjoyed the personality and cleanliness of the location. Having such a positive person as your host was wonderful. I recommend the trip for the conversation and value of a good place to stay.

There wasn't much to not like. Great value and amenities. Great cleanliness. The host was definitely the best part.

Louie was a very hospitable host. Perfect stay for our family wedding. It was a lovely continental breakfast. We needed to grab and go and it was perfect. Many options.

Book with confidence - a genuinely homely bed and breakfast experience

Host was highly knowledgeable of the town, attractions and went genuinely out of his way to allow a late check-in and provide a tour of the amazing property and highlight its history and modern facilities. Very recommended and welcoming modern yet homely abode - thank you for the wonderful experience!

The room and the house were fine, good location and clean, had everything necessary for a comfortable stay

The owner and manager got angry at evry small misunderstanding. He was arguementative and even verbally aggressive when i forgot to turn off a light. There is a lot of Christian materisl and signs all.over the house

I‘d definitely recommend.

Nice, friendly and exceptionally helpful host. Great location, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The facility is well equipped with everything you may need. If we ever travel to Akron again, we will definitely stay there again.

The room was small but we didn’t spend much time inside, so it was not a problem.

Breakfast was continental and the coffee was great 👍 The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful on things to do in the area. A lot of convenience’s and no touch sanitizing.

A hidden 💎, a place of peace and a host that connects with guest!

Louie genuinely wanting to connect with guest. Every detail ( from healthy continental breakfast), High End appliances … the mints and Hershey kisses in bowls in the room… the historical artifacts ( Akron) …Did you know that the marble was invented in Akron? lol The brochures with explanation of all the great things to do in the area… Most of all the love and kindness that Louie extended to my son and I.

I really can’t think of one thing.

B&B on OTET

Louie really wants his guests to be comfortable, he thought of everything...but if he wants bike riders, research and suggest a safe route from OTET.

Pretty difficult to get to from OTET. On Exchange St we were so scared once the bike lane went away and we had to share the street with traffic. Safer directions would be so helpful. The morning we left was SO much better. We are not religious, so less of that would be appreciated.

A warm, comfortable respite from over-priced sterile chain motels

Very comfortable room, location in a lovely and convenient residential neighborhood, attentive host, outstanding value

Didn't bother us at all but people should be aware the inn is comfy but simple, i.e. shared bath, assemble yor own (very good!) breakfast, fairly snall rooms (at least ours was).
