Ein schönes kleines Hotel auf dem Land, mit Nähe zu Venedig!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer und das ganze Gebäude sind modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Für eine Einzelperson sind die Zimmerpreise hoch. Mit Familie rechnet sich das schon eher.

Prima prijs kwaliteit, gunstige ligging voor de boot van Fusina naar Venetië.

De service was uitstekend, fantastische bakkunsten bij het ontbijt. Goed parkeren, ruime nette kamer. Goed onderhouden.

Het dakhout kromp of zette uit gedurende de hele nacht waar je wakker van werd. Het bed was te hard voor ons, kussen te klein. Geen plancet in de douche.

The Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. There were bakeries and nice restaurants near by. The staff was friendly and she gave us at the check in a few tips for restaurants and our trip to Venice.

Beautiful location. Extremely quiet and pleasant. Just a short drive to the port (Fusina) where we got a discount on parking, and took the boat into Venice. There's also the bus that leaves you in Venice city. Lovely hosts!

Nothing really. I loved it all. Perhaps consider that the location is quite isolated and you will need a car to travel from there. not recommended if you don't have own transport.

Wonderful hospitality by a very friendly and incredibly helpful host/owner. She offered us good advice on how to get to Venice and good local restaurants around the hotel. The place was clean and comfortable and offered a very nice breakfast. 100% recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful but if I have to say something I didn't like, the only things were very minor inconveniences like no place to plug in and charge your phone near the bed and no shelf in the shower to place shampoo and soap on. That's it. Not hardly worth mentioning.

thanks to Anna we had a comfortable stay

convenient location for purpose of our stay. Accessible, spacious lift, parking close to property. Anna was very very helpful and told us about local restaurants and shopping centre. She accommodated our request for water kettle, glasses, cutlery, plates.

There was no fridge in the room. No place to put soap in the shower. there are stairs in the room to access sitting area however we hit our heads a few time’s because the small table is located under the stairs, stair frame is metal so that is not safe.

Great Single Night Stay for Cruise Out Of Ravenna!

The property was well maintained and the rooms for the price point were comfortable. This appeared to be a family owned property and the lady we dealt with was very hospitable and she went above and beyond to try and make us comfortable and happy.

This property is a gem sadly located in an area of industry. The property is beautiful it just needs to be picked up and situated in a different area. There are no food options close by and there is no sidewalk to get to the town. We had to dodge cars walking on the side of the road in the dark with our phone flashlights on so we could be seen. Also, while I understand I was in Italy and the language is not English, the ability to communicate was way more difficult than we had anticipated. Had to use iPhone translate app for all communication with the hotel staff!

Very comfortable accommodation, tasty breakfast, great location for Venice.

This was a super comfortable place to stay. Parking is right in front of the building, there is a big lawn and play structure and fruit trees and grapes on the back. There is an elevator and the room was very big and comfortable. We stayed in a two-level room and the view of the fields was beautiful. The location was great for Venice, we rook the bus to Venice and it took about 20-25 minutes from the center of the village which was a 3-minute drive. There was free parking right next to the bus stop.

Very good

It was very clean and well organised, the hosts were friendly and hospitable and the property was ideally placed for our needs (short drive to Fusina to catch our ferry to Greece).

We didn’t have any dislikes.

Short and enjoyable stay

Very friendly family, new and very clean, spacious rooms, playground for kids in the garden, and fresh eggs and vegetables from the farm made our overnight stay very comfortable. We also loved the pizza in the very close take-out pizzeria, managed by the same family.

All was good and we hope to come again next year.
