Me and my friends of 15+ years love to take a yearly trip if possible where all of us reunite and spend time with each other since we all have wives/kids/careers. This time we decided to stay in the Orlando area and chose this wonderful property hosted by Steve & Sandy. Since day 1 when I booked the owners have sent me many messages with extremely helpful info and even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactual. They have been nothing but sincere and kind and I would absolutely recommend and book with them again. Thank you for having us Steve & Sandy!

My family and I had the pleasure of being guests at the Villa by the Castle to celebrate our children's May birthdays. Let me start off by saying the villa did not disappoint! We traveled with our twin 1 yr olds, our 2 yr old and and our 11 yr old plus the grandparents. Everyone was so comfortable and throughly enjoyed their stay. The amenities were plentiful and Steve and Sandy really put a lot of thought into their accommodations so that each guest, no matter the age, could be comfortable. From fully equiped sleeping arrangements for all ages (cribs etc.), to a fully staged kitchen equiped with all your cooking needs during your stay. The pool was clean and ready for use upon arrival. The pool staff even came to clean the pool during our stay. Steve and Sandy, I can't thank you enough for all you did to make our family vacation a success. We WILL be back!

Eleven family members together. The house and the resort offered everything anyone could want. We spent 2 days at Disney and I at Universal and then the other days we enjoyed the house/resort amenities. We cooked in several evenings with the fully stocked kitchen. It was perfect for our family. The owners were super nice and made the entire process easy.

My wife and myself wanted to have a once in a lifetime Disney experience for our family which included our 3 sons and their better half’s as well as our 4 wonderful grandchildren. So it was very important to us to have no surprises. Well from the very start our host Sandy and Steve were absolutely marvelous they made the whole process really easy and they covered ever detail of the rental process. If I had a question I got my answer immediately.
The house was everything we expected and more. It was spotless and organized and everyone really enjoyed the game room and pool.
Disney world was an easy 10 min drive from the house so we didn’t need to get everyone up really early to get to the park.
The days when we didn’t go to a park the main pool area in the resort was fantastic. I couldn’t recommend this house and the wonderful host any higher. If I could rate this review eleven out of ten I would.

I had pretty high expectations of the property given the other reviews - it not only met but exceeded those expectations. The house was wonderful. Clean, bright and everything you need. Nicely decorated. It was a great place to come back to after a day in a Disney park. The communications with Sandy & Steve couldn’t have been better. If I could give it a 10 plus I would!

The house was clean, had plenty of space for my family and was very kid-friendly. My daughter loved swimming in the pool, and it was great to be able to use the crib and strollers rather than having to bring our own. The neighborhood felt safe and we had a great time at the community pool with water slides. The house is an easy, short drive to Disney. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We can't say enough about our stay at Villa of the Castle. The house is perfectly laid out for a family to have fun, relax & create memories. Our boys spent many hours in the private pool. The house is fully stocked with everything you need which made it easy to unpack & enjoy!

From the moment we booked our stay, we were taken care with the upmost respect. We are a local family located just an hour and a half south from the property. We took a Family, birthday celebration and had the Best time. The neighborhood is elegant and beautiful. Impressive amenities. Centrally located to anything you might need. The home is perfect and the care and attention from the owners was nothing we ever experienced before. We are Thankful and Honored to be excepted as their guest. And will definitely keep this experience FOREVER. Thank you Sandy and Steve for being so kind.

We stayed for a multi-family gathering that included some Disney adventures - it was a perfect house for our 11 people, including kids who loved the clubhouse, the pool, and the nearby fun! Steve and Sandy are incredibly communicative and helpful!

I brought my staff to Orlando as a way of thanking them for their hard work and I wanted to stay in a place that blessed them. We were all blown away by this home and hated to leave. I can't recommend this place enough! It is one of the cleanest and well-kept Vrbo's we've ever stayed in and it is clear that Sandy and Steve are committed to excellence. Steve and Sandy were amazing hosts! Their quick response time and vast knowledge of the area helped us in so many planning details. The house has everything you could think of! House was very clean and stocked with everything a family of 7 with 2 kids could need! You can’t beat the close location to Disney, Walmart and a tremendous amount of restaurants. Our family of 11(6 adults, 5 kids age 8 & under) loved this vacation home! The pool and hot tub at the house were fabulous! The game room was a big hit with the kids! Clubhouse amenities were great! It was so nice to have lots of space for everyone-we will definitely be back!

Our family went on vacation to visit Disney and found this home to be exactly what we needed! It had all the amenities we could have asked for and more. Steve and Sandy made everything so easy for us, the home was clean, prepared and they communicated with us each step of the way. We loved being able to dine and chill at home after a long day. The clubhouse was awesome as well and the children enjoyed the water slides and the games. As our time drew near to an end we all wished we had more time to just hang out at the house and play!

We stayed at this property to visit universal and Disney and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and very helpful. The property had all the baby equipment we needed so we didn't need to pack our own. The property also has wonderful amenities to entertain kids and infants both in the house and at the property club house.
We were only about 20 minutes from Disney and maybe 25 minutes to Universal and that made it easy to get to the parks at opening.
We definitely plan to stay at this property again if it's available for our next Disney vacation.

Too notch experience start to finish. There's a reason why Sandy and Steve have flawless ratings and reviews. I've never met either of them in person yet feel a strong rapport and genuinely believe they are both very nice people. I just can't say enough about the quality of the experience they provided and the house was everything we expected and more. Well done!

This house worked great for us and let my teen and college kids spread out a bit and have their own rooms and bathrooms.
House was very clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. We didn’t use the pool or game room but those seemed nice as well.
The house is inside a large gated neighborhood so it does take awhile to enter and exit due to car backups and it isn’t necessarily walkable to shops or restaurants if that is something you’re interested in.
About a 15 min drive to Disney with traffic and all of the stop lights.
Sandy was great to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her Vrbo.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. You just can't ask for more: spacious, clean, near to everything you will need from entertainment, (for us: Discovery Cove, Legoland, Sea World) to shopping and restaurants. It is also only about a block from the clubhouse and arcade/swimming. Steve and Sandy, our host answered any questions I text them within minutes. You can't ask for more and we hope to go back one day.

Our family of 11 (children ages 6, 9, 12 and 16) stayed here over Thanksgiving for one week. It would be impossible for you to find a better place to stay if you are considering renting a home near the Disney World parks. The owners have thought of everything to make it easy for renters. In addition, Sandy & Steve are excellent hosts, always responding quickly to any questions or issues you may have.
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, is spacious, has comfy beds, super nice washer and dryer, lovely pool, is close to anything you would need (Starbucks, Walmart, the parks). This is the best house we have ever rented.
When not at the parks, the kids used the pool (pool toys are provided), the X-Box, and the pool table and air hockey in the game room.
Our time together at the parks was the highlight of our week, but this house will always be remembered as a highlight also. You cannot go wrong if you decide to rent this house.
