Nice flat on top level of old building in the heart of Prague. Great location for walking to Prague palace, Charles Bridge, and Old Town Square

The apartment is a bit worn out, the table, door in kitchen has a lot af scratches, and the tube to the shower is broken.
The pictures is not from the apartment I got.

Property was in a great location. The check in process was very clear, just slightly long winded to get the key from a different location to the property. The apartment did smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived despite saying that there was a €200 fine for smoking. We also had an issue where the bathroom door locked itself from the inside and all out toiletries were inside. We managed to unlock it with a different key so it was fine in the end but when I called the host I could not get through and it took them a few hours to get back to us. My glasses were in there so it was an urgent situation and I would have liked a quicker response.

This is an excellent apartment, near the river, close walking distance to Old Town Prague. It is very clean with all amenities to facilitate a stay. Photos are very accurate, comfortable beds and high quality bathrooms. Interesting 2 stage self check in - key at one address, apt at another a few blocks away - but was easy to navigate based on owner provided instructions.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this classy, spacious well-appointed apartment close to public transportation and restaurants. It was very warm when we were there. There were fans but still could've used air conditioning.

Old City is super!!

This is a stylish, modern apartment in a beautiful part of Prague. Conveniently located, it is literally just steps from metro and tram stops, as well as an excellent grocery store. The apartment is clean and comfortable and well maintained. We really enjoyed the large balcony for breakfast and in the evenings. The sofa was super-comfortable when we tired after a day of sightseeing and in the mood for some Netflix. The property manager is excellent, responding quickly to our questions and arranging an early-morning ride to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Bait and switch
Landlord rented this beautiful apartment to somebody else and we did not discover this until we landed. She substituted a dump. The sub had 1 horrible tiny bathroom. The furniture was college apt type. Linens horrible. Most ceilings lower than 4 ft making most of the unit unusable. No ice cube trays and no ice nearby. No wifi in most of rooms for 3 days. No signal on any TV channel. Unit above a loud restaurant. Unit filthy. Unit on top floor and unbearably hot. Loud in bedroom with window open. Miserable experience for mature professionals. College students on a budget might like it. We did not.

This property was exactly as pictured and described. Host Romana and her associate Lenka were extremely helpful. They arranged transport from the airport--flawless meet-up; the arranged a private walking tour--very interesting and extremely reasonably priced; the accommodations were comfortable but a bit further than we thought from the center of Prague. However, the tram made transport in and back super easy. The one snag was a glitchy lock. We had to have a locksmith come out to get us into the apartment the first evening we were there. We couldn't reach Romana, and since we don't speak Czech, we needed a helpful neighbor to call the locksmith. However, it all worked out, and we were provided immediate reimbursement for the charges incurred by Romana.

Prague for Two Days
Location was excellent along with having amenities ready to use in the kitchen and towels/cloths just like a really good hotel. Convenience to all transportation was a huge plus!

This apartment is easily accessed by short walk to the metro and trams, is close to the Vltava, and is a great spot for sight seeing all of Prague - yet secluded and quiet enough to feel like you’re a local. Close to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and shops. It hit the sweet spot.
We loved having two lux bathrooms. The patio and the openness of the apartment made it easy for four adults to have space, and be together. When the bedroom doors were closed there was very minimal sound transfer. The ventilation in the apartment was easily managed by opening windows and the patio door. The washing machine was very useful, and the fans aided with the drying rack.
Perfect experience.

The pictures of the apartment don't do it justice! This is a sleek looking renovated apartment that was spacious. The balcony was great to hang out. Great place to stay with the kids. Only 20-25 minutes walk to the Old Town Center, which is nothing considering how large Prague is. We were able to walk to most of the attractions.
The property managers were very helpful, responding to our questions quickly. They even helped set up transfer to and from airport.
Now, some opportunities for improvement:
This was an unusually hot summer. The apartment did not have air conditioning (understandable since one should typically not need A/C in Prague), and the property managers were kind enough to provide us with 2 pedestal fans. However that was not enough and we found ourselves moving them around quite a bit from one room to another as we moved from one room to another. We asked the property managers to provide us with at least one more, and they promised to bring it, but did not. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much.
The TV was difficult to figure out and we ended up not watching any (probably a good thing :-))

Einige Spinnenweben unter der Decke,
Mobiliar nicht neu aber in Ordnung, Terassenstühle eher schlecht!
Alles andere sehr schön!

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

We rented this property for 3 nts in early Jan 2019 through HA and PragueLoft. When we entered the apt. around 7:30 pm, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke though it had been advertised on HA as non-smoking. It was so strong that our eyes began watering. We could not tell if the smoke had come through the vents from neighboring apts, prior guests or the cleaning staff. The odor was pervasive and unpleasant which would be obvious to anyone who has a sense of smell.
We tried to see if opening the windows/doors would help but it quickly got very cold since it was below freezing. We called HA who offered to buy room spray if we would "sign paperwork". We declined. We called Lenka at PragueLoft who insisted there was no issue on the basis of talks with her maids. (If you think about it, would not be in the maids’ interest to confess to smoking in the apt. or admitting that there was an odor as it is could cost them their job.) Lenka refused to come to the apt. to investigate or offer an alternative place to stay in their inventory of apts. She offered to have maids come spray the next day with disinfectant which wasn't really a solution for this issue. Once strong cigarette smoke is in curtains/rugs, it's very hard to get out. Anyways, she refused to give us a refund for what we had paid upfront.
We were unwilling to be hostages to PragueLoft and have our vacation ruined by a smelly apt so we had to find a new place to stay which was upsetting and challenging.
I emailed PragueLoft requesting a refund since their property was fraudulently and falsely advertised on HA as non-smoking. Tomas wrote back rejecting my request for a refund citing his maids’ testimony. He claimed that we left because we “didn’t like the apartment” and ignored my question which asked if he had been in this apt recently. We booked it over a month ago and were looking forward to staying there. Arriving in Prague after a long travel day and trying to find a new place to stay at 8pm on a Friday night in a city that we’d never been to before (and don't speak the language) was nightmarish. It wasn't something that we wanted to do because we randomly decided that we "didn't like it"!
I’m in the process of contacting my credit card company for a chargeback. I've also contacted the Prague City Council, the Czech “Labor Industrie Board” and the Czech Trade Inspection Office to alert them about PragueLoft's unfair rental practices.

We have used VRBO for over 20 years and have never had a worse experience: one of the dining room chairs was broken, with the wood sticking out; the showers were warm, at best, and if two showers were used at the same time, one was warm, the other cold; no way could you think of taking a bath, if you wanted anything like hot water; four of us had one (very rag-like) towel per person for a week (we were told two pp, but that included a little hand “towel”); provisions were utterly non-existent: two tiny round soaps and two shower/body samples that looked like they came from local hotels. When we asked about the washing machine, we received no response; then upon the second request we were told it was “where the boiler is,” which none of us cared to go into – that was the area that had part of the wall bashed in and lights that stayed on for a matter of seconds, so you were in the dark constantly.
Very importantly, although the “instructions” included pages of large print on each of the “DO NOT…” list, there was not a single explanation on how to use anything: the stove, the tv, the “fireplace,” the toaster (which never worked), the door to the deck, the keys which took 5-6-7 tries to work, both at the apartment and front door – in the dark.
For us, the worst part was the attitude of Romana and anyone else connected to the apartment. We were treated as though we were imposing by asking questions about anything. In over forty years of traveling, I have never rented an apartment that had nothing in the kitchen: no salt, no pepper, no sugar, no napkins, no paper towels, no foil, no ice, no ice trays. Nothing. When asked, Romana told us to go buy what we needed (salt and pepper??) When asking for suggestions, she said to go check Google. The subway station by the house was closed, and we don’t speak Czech, so we were at a real loss. The apartment was supposed to be cleaned, but apparently she forgot. When we got home and reminded her, she then had to check her files, then apologized three times… probably because this is the one thing she thought would make a difference in our rating.
We would not recommend this property. I know that not everyone knows how to be a great host, but if you are in the hospitality business, graciousness and thoughtfulness go a very long way.

Abhilfe schafften zwei Ventilatoren.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Spacious and charming. This lux apartment was perfect for our group of 5. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms with room for 6....the balcony rendered a beautiful view of the neighborhood. Only drawback was spotty WiFi and unusually warm weather for late May. Large fans kept it tolerable. We loved this spot.

Anbefales!

Perfect location if you enjoy walking!
This luxury loft was perfect for two couples. Walking distance to everything, far enough from the busy and noizy downtown, it made it possible to enjoy the local feeling, and every amenity is within reach. Kitchen was very well equipped, nothing was lacking. Balcony had morning sun, afternoon shade, very enjoyable. Plenty of room in shared area for all to be very comfortable. Romana was very accomodating, so was the transportation available to and from airport. I totally would stay there again and highly recommend it!

Great location; comfortable beds; nice to have 2 bathrooms; lacking a few amenities.
Location great for walking to all attractions. Could use a few sharp knives, clothes drying rack. All in all great and would stay again.
