About this apartment rental
Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo (Unit 306) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.
Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.
The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite counter tops and complete cooking utensils for great meals. The main living space features a deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain.
The condo also features WIFI, Dish TV, ski racks outside the front door and and plenty of closet space for all your equipment. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit and a gas grill on the deck. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The rental was extremely comfortable and roomy 3 couples stayed there without being crowded. The rental was clean and fully stocked . The views were amazing. The only downside was the king bed in the bedroom with the double doors needs to be replaced the mattress was in very poor condition and much too soft

I like the amazing views from our balcony! It was also very spacious and able to accommodate a huge group and had all that you needed to cook. That was awesome. The unit does need ceiling fans because the floor fans are very old and noisy and although it was cool outside the unit felt warm when there wasn’t a breeze. The middle room had poor ventilation and we couldn’t use it. Sleeper sofas weren’t that great either. Other than that the unit was amazing.

We rented this home for a couple of families to share, and it was perfect. Lots of space for the kiddos to get energy out before we went to the mountain. Three of the four bedrooms have access to a patio, which made for gorgeous views in the winter (certain it's even better when rented in the summer). We hope to rent this again on future trips!

A group of 3-4 couples ski each year. This year was Purg. It is usually hard to find a unit that sleeps 4 couples (king or queen bed per couple). Let along an affordable unit. This unit was the nicest condo we have stayed in at any area we have stayed so far. Nice, clean, roomy. Short walk to the lifts and slopes. The unit is on one floor, which is so much nicer than the many multi bedroom units with vertical rooms on three floors. and it has an elevator. Nice, adequately stocked kitchen, and we have some discerning chefs. There is not a lot of dinner dining options in the mountain village, and we like to cook in. So it worked very well for us.
There is great communication and assistance with the property manager. Check in, check out, daily use instructions are all very clear. The minor issues encountered in all rentals were easily overlooked by the nicety of the visit.
We all enjoyed Purgatory and will be back and will stay with this rental. Thanks

We loved the condo, location and space the condo had. When we first got in there, all of the dishes, cups, etc were disgusting and dirty. The front bedroom and two pull out couches are awful. The king mattress sinks and the pull out mattresses are thin, unsupportive, and absolutely gross. Our kids slept on the best pull out but don't expect any adults to sleep there.

Our group of two families love to ski together and this place was perfect for our group. We had a great time skiing, cooking, playing games, and hanging out.

We drove over 17 hours from South Texas. The scenery is absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. The only downfall is that we booked during the week and not knowing the area, we realized EVERYTHING was closed at the resort besides a liquor store I believe. For us to get food or anything we had to drive 40 mins one way to Durango. Other than that, everything was amazing with our stay.

The only downfall is that we booked during the week and not knowing the area, we realized EVERYTHING was closed at the resort besides a liquor store I believe. For us to get food or anything we had to drive 40 mins one way to Durango. Other than that, everything was amazing with our stay.

Overall it was a great stay. Perfect location. Spacious. The kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. The place was very clean. It was perfect for what we needed. I thought the BBQ was a nice touch. There was an issue with one of the beds but they responded right back about it. My only critique is they need better pillows. The pillows are paper thin.

Great location and beautiful views! Spacious and clean. The only problem we had was the oven wouldn’t work! Property management did reply promptly and offered another unit for baking. We made due with broil and still had a great time!! Would love to come back in the summer!!

I would highly recommend using them and we will personally use them again for future bookings.
