We were welcomed with fresh flowers, cookies, fruit, wine, cheese and an apricot tart. Such a lovely surprise. The nightly sunset was breath taking. We had a friendly, female tabby cat that was missing an eye adopts us. She kept us company each day. We named her Sammy. I hope the next guests enjoy her as much as we did.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property, I went with my husband, 2 children and disabled mother. The elevator in the house allowing my mother to have access to all floors was a fantastic addition to the property.
The management was a fantastic communicator, and fixed any small issues very quickly. Having a car definitely helps as the hill up to the house is incredibly steep and in the heat, not easy to walk up. Highly recommend this property, and would love to return.

I loved the view from all of the decks on the property. Each room on the main and 2nd story had a view of the Sea. The basement rooms had a nice patio to enjoy. The amenities were amazing and the pool was awesome after a hot day. There are plenty of grocery stores and dining areas to visit as well.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Our host was very kind and allowed us in early. She walked us through the house and left us some delicious goodies which was very generous.
The house had everything we needed and the views were amazing and the sun sets stunning.
This property is up on a hill so renting a car is advisable. It’s only about 25 minutes from the airport and a very easy drive. Everything you might need is within a 5-10 minute drive. Lots of eating options close by and the beach area comes alive at night.
All in all we had a wonderful stay here.

We stayed for 7 nights. The property is spacious and in a great location related to local supermarket, beach, bars and shops.
Pros:
- lots left for you to use: shower products, washing machine liquid, dishwasher tablets, coffees, teas, herbs, spices, bin bags, we barely had to buy extra things.
- the rooms are spacious, air conditioner is good quality, lovely outdoor space with loungers.
- the view of the sunset from the balcony is unbelievable.
- the beds were comfy and the cleaner changed the sheets midway through.
- property host was so helpful when there was a power cut across Saronida (rare, thankfully, we were just unlucky due to a day of high winds). Very responsive.
- there’s a beautiful cat who visits the deck, she’s injured from a fight and her eye is damaged, but she’s so lovely.
Cons:
- location at the top of a steep hill. Not ideal without a car.
- ants are problematic in Greece so prepare to use some bug spray and keep the bins clean.
- mould on the downstairs en-suite bathroom ceiling. Nothing major, didn’t cause any alarm, but needs addressing.
- pool isn’t heated so was very cold even though it was 30 degrees outside. Would probably be ideal for July/August when hotter, but was just too chilly for us to get much use of it.
Great stay, happily go back.

We were eight adults in the accommodation for 14 days, the accommodation is a bit outdated. The pictures on the portal do not reflect the current condition. The accommodation is on a hill at the top, if you are not good on foot ... you should use a car. Since the accommodation is not exactly in a holiday stronghold, you can't immediately get a taxi for transport to the top. It takes about 10-15 minutes on foot, depending on your condition. The pool is good, the water was always very cool, even though the temperature was 35 °C. The pool is very clean. The sunsets are a dream, from the terrace you have an unforgettable view.
There is a lift in the house which we always used. There are many wild cats in the area which unfortunately also "marked" the outdoor furniture.
There are also locals living in the complex, we were barked at at 3pm during the week for using the pool ... and we wanted to be quieter. and we wanted to be quieter.
The communication with the landlords worked very well, when we had problems ... they reacted quickly.

Can't fault the villa or the host. Everything you could possibly need and a good sized pool. The veiw is amazing. We had a wonderful week.
However unless you have a car you need to be fit to get up the very steep hill. My children walked it every day carrying shopping but I got a taxi it was too long and steep for me.
There is a good sized supermarket and restaurant and bars. But not much else so if you are looking for an action packed holiday this is not the place for you. It is a quiet area.
I would definitely return.

This is a great property for a group of eight with two double a twin and two single bedrooms over three floors. The living space and upper floor have fantastic views over Saronida to the sea. The pool, outdoor dining, BBQ and seating areas are fantastic with amazing sunsets. Saronida is a small town but has some nice bars and restaurants and a good sized supermarket. Very handy for the Airport, Athens, Piraeus and Rafina. Sounion and the temple of Poseidon is just 30 minutes down the coast. Palaia Fokia is 10 mins away with buzzing beach bars and water sports. A great location for a holiday and a lovely helpful host.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Saronida! Great location to enjoy the beautiful sunset by the pool. Close to Athens and many beaches along the coast. Owners very accommodating and helpful. We definitely would come back again!

A very lovely holiday home. Beautiful views of the sea from bedroom and living balconies. There is a lower floor where the 2 bedrooms have a sunny terrace without views
The apartment was modern and spacious but is getting a little tired. Any problems we had were sorted immediately.
The garden is quite small but very pretty with an outdoor shower and large BBQ area. Dining on the balcony, overlooking the view of the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets was amazing.
We didn't realise that Greece has a law where there are quiet times. In the summer it's from 3pm to 5.30pm and 11pm to 7am. This caused us a bit of a problem as we had 2 young children under 10 that loved to go into the pool and play. A lady from the above apartments started screaming at us, in Greek, and subsequently left a note on our door explaining the law. After this episode we went to the beach instead.
The coastline is amazing with a wide diversity of facilities, from the Four Seasons to a small beach bar and plenty of sun beds. During the week, on most of them, you only need to purchase something from the bar. During the weekend it is best to phone a few days in advance to reserve.
I would definitely recommend this property and the area but just bear in mind the quiet times.

We chose this villa to relax after a family wedding in Athens. The villa was very comfortable and well appointed with stunning views over the sea. Good local shops and restaurants.

We've just returned from a 7 night stay in this villa, the pictures are accurate, the villa is gorgeous.
There was a cleaner half way through our stay which was a major bonus and Efterpi was very helpful throughout our stay.
The hill to town is rather steep but there are taxis available for the way back up if you're unable to drive or make it up the hill.
I wouldn't hesitate to visit this area and stay in this villa again.

The host was extremely helpful and addressed all our queries quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Air conditioning throughout met that all people in our party found the property extremely comfortable at all times making it feel like a ‘home from home’ and we would highly recommend this property .

We came to Greece for our daughter’s wedding in Cape Sounio and rented Hidden Sanctuary for our family. There were seven adults and three little girls who comfortably lived and enjoyed being together yet having privacy when we wanted it in this spacious villa.Efterpi met us at the Villa for check in and was available for any questions or help . The villa even came with some staples and food which was so welcoming for the weary travelers . In addition to the pool there were lots of places for the kids to play .
We highly recommend !!!

For our party of 10 adults and teens the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The winter weather did not diminish the views or the comfort of our stay in this well-situated and cosy home. It is well-equipped if you wish to cook or relax at home; however, even in winter, the local town offered a very warm welcome to its bakery, coffee shops, tavernas and grocers. The radio, tv and WiFi kept the teens happy along with the ample range of food:cakes, bread, cheese, yogurt and meats left for us on our arrival. Efterpi was such a kind host who greeted us on arrival and was happy to answer our questions about how to get around the area. A car is essential for accessing the property as it is at the top of a very steep hill; however, there is ample parking in the towns all around and the public transport to Athens is very cheap, frequent and reliable. There is plenty of outside space with garden, hammock, ample seating, pool and impressive barbecue area - we just didn't make use of it. We wanted a relaxing mid-winter break for 3 generations of the family and we were not disappointed with the quality or the range of the facilities available to us either at the property or within the town of Saronida and the surrounding area.

We enjoyed our trip to Saronida. Efterpi communicated with us at every step of the trip to make sure we knew how to find the villa and local amenities, emailing to check everything was fine during the trip etc.
We were a group of 8 adults and found the villa perfect for our needs with plenty of space and an amazing BBQ/outdoor area. Would certainly recommend.

I can't explain how amazing this lovely home is. If you think the pictures are amazing wait until you actually arrive. The views are breathtaking and the sunsets are even better.
This home is very handy to beaches and supermarkets and local restaurants and bars. I found this to be one of the nicer areas to stay than a few that we past driving by.
The owners of this home where very easy to stay in contact with and where beyond helpful. On arrival we got shown around the villa and there was even food left for us to help us on our first nights stay.
I would without a doubt recommend this villa and I will most certainly be back!!

Saronida is relaxed but it has it all...friendly people, fabulous restaurants, beautiful beaches, it's close to Athens and to the airport. We loved the house. It has a magnificent view over the Agean Sea and the islands. The sunsets were amazing. It is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. There three double rooms and three singles. It's well designed, clean and well maintained.I'd definately recommend a car. We hope to return one day.
