This modern 600 sq ft studio apartment on the historic West Side in Cookeville is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway, college visits, local downtown festivities and sporting events! Come enjoy this convenient location where you can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, Crossfit Mayhem, Tennessee Tech, and most importantly, Cookeville's famous Ralph's donuts! It has a full size bed, sofa, roomy chair, full kitchen, bathroom with shower/tub and outdoor porch! You will enjoy the historic feel of the loft with the exposed brick walls and tall ceilings! The Loft was the perfect respite during our week. We came to Cookeville to move our daughter into her dorm at TTU. It was so close to campus and incredibly comfortable for the three of us! Once we were done each afternoon we could come back and relax in this beautiful apartment! We walked to dinner each night and enjoyed dessert on the lovely deck. We could not recommend this beautiful space highly enough! We have definitely found our home away from home when we are here to visit our girl! The hosts were so kind and welcoming and we just had the absolute best experience!!

Overall, the property is exactly as adveryised. The entrance is on the backside of the bldg and some of the neighbors do not take care of their prooerty which takes a littke away ftom the charm. My 1 big concern in the unit was the commode. It was very sluggish and It never quit, but i was worried evertytime i used it. Probably needs some attention.

This downtown loft was perfect for the 2 of us and walkable to almost everything, nice eating establishments, breweries, shopping. We were only in town for 1 night but the lift was perfect. So clean, super comfy bed, a true 5 star! Thanks and we’ll definitely be back!

This unit is charming and perfectly located among a fun array of restaurants and shops. Beware however, if you suffer from a sweet tooth - it's just steps away from a cookie shop, an ice creamery, a donut place, and a bakery ... you may need many laps around beautiful Cane Creek Park Lake to work it all off! We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this loft for our trip to Cookeville. It's walking distance to most stuff and easy to to get around. Short distance drive to TN Tech and other parks, like Cane Creek. Dogwood park is walking distance and a wondeful city park with a creek and playground.

My wife and I were in town for me to run the Blister in the Sun Marathon. The place was just what we needed for the weekend, clean, well appointed and great communication with the Host. We really enjoyed staying in the downtown area. Dinner a Crawdaddy's is a must if you visit.

Enjoyed our stay. Many options for local eateries within walking distance. Will be back. Note: semi-steep/slippery stairs up to loft and front door that swells with rain. Plan accordingly if coming and going a lot.

Perfect location with restaurants right around the corner. The loft apartment was decorated so nicely with thoughtful touches. The roof was loud with the rain, but it was still a great night. The metal steps might be risky for older folks. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient. I was able to check in early and the unit was beautiful. Due to the age of the building, there were a few leaks from the ceiling but me having rented the place for myself it did not matter to me. Centrally located in walking distance of plenty of things. The place is very clean and there were parking spots feet from the stairs if you had rented a car like I did.

We love this VRBO for the cozy vibe and central location. The bed is so comfortable and a great place to relax between activities. This is our second stay and have a reservation to stay again. It’s a convenient walk to all the best restaurants and coffee shops. We are TTU parents and come to Cookeville frequently in the fall for the women’s soccer matches. It’s a gem!!!

This neat little spot gave this busy mom and dad of 5 a great place to land for a couple of days to connect, calendar and chill! Walk to local shops, park, library, museums, cafes and restaurants - highly recommend Back Room Bistro! If you need some groceries Spring St Market is real close! Super easy reservation process with good communication throughout.

This loft is very comfortable, clean, quiet, and the location is great. There are several great restaurants and two breweries within walking distance. The check in process went smooth and there were no issues with this property whatsoever. Great place, we hope to be back soon!

I was born and raised in Cookeville but have lived in Oregon for 20 years. When I decided to come home for a visit, my husband suggested I invite my sister and make it a girls' getaway. He did the research to find us a "cool place," and boy, did he hit the jackpot. The loft is not only the perfect combination of homey and chic, but it is dead center in the heart of historic downtown, the most walkable and quaint part of the city. My sister and I had a fabulous and fun getaway and will definitely stay here, again.

We loved our stay at the loft! Everything is exactly as it's pictured, only cozier! My husband and I loved curling up on the couch or the leather chair and reading for hours. The kind sized bed is SO comfortable. The loft is located in an area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. We walked everywhere we went! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Cookeville!! The location can’t be beat. I pretty much walked every where I wanted to visit. The apartment itself is super cozy and my dog and I felt home right away and she’s super nervous about new places. The hosts are super friendly and all questions I had were answered right away! Beautiful loft in the heart of Cookeville!

This loft was just perfect for my month long stay this past September. It is located in the heart of the historic part of Cookeville and was an easy walk to various shops and restaurants. Plus, it is just down the road from Tennessee Tech. It has been updated to include all needed amenities, including a HUGE walk-in closet. Lindy was so sweet and easy to reach before and during my stay.

First, we have to say that dealing with Lindy was so easy and so pleasant. If you have any questions, she will get back to you quickly and help in any way that she can. The loft apartment was perfect for our weekend stay in Cookeville, but we can easily imagine settling in there for a longer time - it had everything we could have wanted. It is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Add to that the charm of exposed brick walls, wood floors and ceiling, and a private outdoor space just one step outside the door. Knowing that there is such a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cookeville will draw us back there many times! Highly recommended!
