The pod was cosy and warm
Nothing that we didn’t like

Even in early December, with crisp frosty mornings this lovely little Pod was snug & warm. Beautifully clean & well appointed with a basic but more than adequate level of internal equipment. Lovely views & a good field for dog walking for ‘the necessary’
It’s a minor thing but be aware toilet & shower are in a block a short walk from the pod. That said each of the 3 pods has its own dedicated bathroom space - i think mine (hazel) was the largest

Really clean comfy camping pod. The private toilet and shower again was very clean. The owners were lovely, helpful and genuine.

Peace and quiet, everything needed was provided. Great location, perfect place to relax
I knew that the toilet was a few steps from the house, but going to the toilet in the middle of the night and putting on a jacket was a bit uncomfortable, but it was doable, it all depends on the weather outside.

Could not fault the property for the money
Only criticism is the fridge in the pod kept making a noise didn’t bother me as I sleep well but kept waking my wife up

Very comfy beds. Lovely views. TV. Barbecue. Fire pit and wood. Parking spaces. Able to bring our dog with. Walking fields. Lots of towns and villages close drive by. Sarah and Peter were very welcoming and helpful.
Tiny sink in amenities block bit this is really being picky and having to look for things.

Perfect, I forgot bedding but Sarah stepped in and sorted me out, lovely location ideal for what I needed

The owner is really lovely, the site is so quiet and peaceful and the pods are amazing, private, secure and adorable. The pods have a separate keypad entry toilet block to keep them secure and they are very clean and suitable. The local area is beautiful and the pubs in the area are very nice. We used it as a base to explore some of the Peak District and it's super well placed for this.
There isn't anything I can put here

Super warm welcome from a lovely host. Pods were absolutely spotless. Small and cozy but perfectly practical with fan and hester. The individual shower rooms with heated towel rail were a real bonus.
Two great pubs in the nearby village.
Our shower was a bit feebly and went everywhere but I can hardly pretend this affected our stay at this impeccably clean, quiet and relaxing site.

The pos was perfect, everything we needed was there plus more. Although separate shower blocks you have your own bathroom and toilet for each pod. Which really made the stay more appealing. Great view. Very clean and polite hosts

Nice location, easy to find and visit several towns nearby.
The pod was a lovely base for a few nights and the facilities were good.
The bathroom was a little small but manageable, maybe could do with a lockable door so other pod users cant acess your bathroom when out.
The fire pit and bbq were great for dry nights and all the cooking utensils were helpful. The logs and chocolate buttons were a nice touch too.
Fridge was a bit noisy at night but got used to it.
Bed was a bit creaky when moving on it especially when turning over.
very comfy and soft though.

The pod had wonderful, uninterrupted views across the countryside. We had exclusive use of a nearby shower and toilet. We liked that we could bring our own bedding and the site was eco-friendly. Sarah gave us a warm welcome.
All good.

Clean, TV toaste, heaterr etc brill. Starter pack logs etc. Separate loo and shower was great, small but functional and warm. Very cosy
Crunch gravel at night to loo but v minor issue, but woke other peoples dog.
Bit of road noise but can't really avoid this in Derbyshire

warm and comfortable , good location
i think a little outside enclosed area/gate on the pod would be beneficial so you can let your dog out

The host was really friendly once we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay in the cozy pod. The value for money was really good. We had our own shower room with toilet in the seperate building at the back of the pod, and around the side of the building was the sink with washing up liquid and a sponge inside the pod which was excellent because I have been to a different accommodation where these details hadn't been thought of and we had to buy our own.
Inside the pod was a toaster, microwave and kettle with all the necessary utensils (including scissors and chopping board 👍) and cups and plates etc.
There was also a TV with Netflix which was an exceptional bonus because it meant that we could have a film night. We were also given a packet of sweets and chocolate which was a lovley touch.
We felt very welcomed and had some great night sleeps. The view from the pod was beautiful, the shower room was very close and the field around the accommodation was well lit up. Whilst we were staying at the pod we walked along the country road to the pub where there were Hi Vis jackets provided in the shower block and a small battery powered light bulb inside the pod.
During our stay we had access to wifi 😁 We would definitely want to visit again.

Lovely warm welcome when we arrived very friendly and helpful hosts. We had the willow pod with a double bed which was very comfortable, everything we needed was already in there we just had to take our own bedding. Fire and bbq provided outside the pod which was great. Really beautiful views also. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Thankyou
