Suited us well, great people but a little investment needed.

The staff were great, proximity to our needs. Ease of access to Nottingham. We didn't use it but the attached restaurant looked lovely.

Breakfast would have been nice but was available nearby. Shower was pretty poor, very low pressure.

Warm welcome, good clean comfortable room with a very large bathroom. Excellent food on the one night we dined in.

Breakfast included was headlined but we were not informed that this was not available u til 24 hours before arrival. It seems strange that a provider of an extensive A' la Carte menu cannot pro ide a simple Continental Breakfast. We were given a discount on the final bill however....but we were inconvenienced.

Generally the property was good but it felt like a sideline to the pub below. Breakfast was a joke. Few cobs etc on top landing , help yourself!!

The location was good for me. Bed linen very clean.

Continental breakfast very basic. Seats in room looked grubby. No extra blanket.

lovely cosy stay very friendly hosts great restaurant.

the location was perfect for what we needed it for. Quite liked the self serve breakfast. The restaurant was amazing great food friendly staff.

Very good

The bed was soo comfortable! The room was perfectly clean and the staff were very attentive. The only downside I have were the bathroom facilities, very clean and functional, but squeezed in to a tight space. That aside, this is a hidden gem and I very much enjoyed my stay, best nights sleep in a long time!

Breakfast was awful just opened packets of bread and crumpets for a toaster, juice cartons were empty, already opened milk and cheap cereals, & very very noisy room

Beautiful spacious room and bathroom. Great location for being able to attend training at Weleda HQ in Heanor. Thoughtful options for continental breakfast. Warm welcome.

No cooked breakfast option but not a "biggy".

The young lady on reception was very friendly and professional, a credit to the business

Noisy in the pub until late on a Friday and dog barking in the morning - maybe not for light sleepers Tiny car park which was full but street parking nearby
