About this cottage rental

Enjoy our beautiful Lake Home. It is on the Water Beach & has Amazing views. It is a great place for families, couples, and friends to Relax, play, staycation, workcation. It is an ideal location and a great place to enjoy all year round.
amazing large patio area sitting on top of the water which is fantastic to enjoy; catching the sun; watching the beauty of the sunse; great for yoga etc. . If you prefer shade; we also have a large deck under a large tree that brings great shade. The water is sandy and gradual. There is often a nice sand bar depending on mother nature. It is a large bay great for nice walks. It is also great if you like water activities.

There is a great walking and biking trail close by. You are also within 15 minutes of great amenities and restaurants. We are dog friendly. We ask you to please pick up any doggy do.

No Parties. If you want to party, Do not book this property. We ask and require you to please respect the Neighbours and Environment. No Parties are permitted and No Noise Disturbances for the neighbors. The neighbors should not be able to hear you. Please no loud music, yelling, vulgar language, etc. This is at any time of day. There is zero tolerance as this is key for being good neighbors and for the bylaw.
Please note we have a NO PARTY POLICY. Music levels and noise needs to be kept to a reasonable level so as not to be heard by and as to not disturb the neighbors. We have to have a No Noise Neighbour Disturbance policy. It is a nice family area to enjoy.

Our lake home/cottage Four seasons. The fall is fantastic.

Our guests comments that the home is larger than the pictures show - 2200 sq feet. The master bedroom is large with a King Bed and ensuite. The large Sunroom is great overlooking the water for relaxing with the views. It's great for Yoga. The family room and kitchen are open concepts. large outside deck for dining and seating area that overlooks the water. . The sunroom is also amazing for yoga looking into the water and or relaxing all year. A great weber grill also.

You can bask in the sun or move to the large shaded deck to enjoy with mature trees Both overlook the water to enjoy the views. This is a private beach for the local cottage owners. The lake is only a few steps out the door. Litearally you are on top of it. Relax, walk, swim, read paddle, fish, and enjoy. The bay is known for great bass fishing. Enjoy nice walks along the beach or take a long walk on the trail.

Beach access is at the back, very close. Use at your own risk. Not supervised. Lake\ beach can change; Weather dependant. Should not use in storms, waves, etc.. See Niagararegion .ca for lake quality condition. Use of Beach stairs is at own risk; There is also Beach access at the St. corner with no stairs

Close to amenities like groceries, stores, golf courses, restaurants, bike trails, farmers markets, and only a short drive to Niagara Falls.

My husband and I took our toddler and dog with us for this trip. Overall it was an enjoyable vacation. The backyard was lovely and our son loved playing in the sand on the beach. We visited Niagra On The Lake and the falls which was easy to do from this location. There were some unexpected qualities of the house that initially left us a little disappointed but it wasn't too difficult to overlook since we mostly stayed in the beach front side of the house. The listing does state that this is not a "luxury" property but I didn't know what that refferred to until we arrived. The beach facing side of the house was updated and functional. The issue we had was with the showers. One had a leak and although functional clearly has caused the floor to slope in the bedroom. We only used the 2nd bathroom for that reason which had a handle that fell off when turned. We were still able to take showers but in retrospect I should have asked for photos of the bathrooms before booking the house. The bed spread was older on the king bed and I would have felt more comfortable with a duvet cover that was washed each stay. The owner of the home was very kind and responsive and offered suggestions for places to visit close by. We had a nice relaxing time but were glad to get back home.

Brad and Kim were great hosts. Their place is a Jem, the house itself is nicely decorated and cozy. The place is deceivingly expansive and large. The two washrooms are key, a lot of nice bright sunlight especially in the "studio" section with windows all around. My in laws, wife, children all loved it. We stayed in four two other places in the Lake Erie area, this was the best spot by far. The house is also pre-equipped with essentials,which is great. The view is amazing, we had a lot of fun on the beach as qell. Its shallow, has sand bars, great for kids, nice calm waters. I would definitely recommend this place, 5 stars. Great place, thanks. We had a great time exploring Canada’s South Coast while staying at the cottage. Central to Niagara, Niagara on the Lake and Crystal Beach. Clean and just as described. Hosts were great with giving us tips on how to make the most of our visit. We really had a great stay!

We had a great getaway in January. The cottage is large and well appointed. The views of the water were amazing and we enjoyed beach walks every morning. We would love to come back in the summer to really take advantage of the view and the cottage. Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to an illness in the family but we will definitely plan to come back!

My family stayed here while we explored the surrounding area. It's a lovely home, with a view that is EVERYTHING. The kitchen had every cooking utensil we needed, the bathrooms had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed the walking trails and the patio overlooking the water. Pizza from Mabel's was amazing!

We stayed for a week in January, and the cottage was exactly as expected. It was cozy and had a great view of the lake. We had daily walks on the shove ice on the shore and along the beach where we were able at the protected beach area to the west. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised there were no books or board games at the cottage, but there was a deck of cards, and those came in handy. It was very quiet as the neighbouring cottages were empty, and we enjoyed the the privacy and solitude. We would certainly consider returning in the future.

The property is amazing even though it rained the whole time we were there, the view from the windows facing the lake is breathtaking. Be careful if you search Safari for places to go near the house, it shows distance from the house 50 minutes or so when in fact it is only 6 - 10 minutes. We ate at an amazing Italian restaurant “The Barrel “ was only 10 minutes away. Many others to choose from. Thanks Brad and Kim for sharing your home, it is very clean and comfortable. Overall just awesome.

Had a nice stay at Brad's cottage even though the weather wasn't the greatest. The view of the lake was fantastic from the lakeside cement patio. The kitchen is well stocked and the seating areas are comfortable. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned so it does get a bit toasty in the living areas when the sun shines in - lots of fans provided to combat the heat. The bedrooms are musty smelling so might be beneficial to have the furnace fan run more frequently throughout the day to keep them fresher. Thanks for the stay, Brad!

Loved the place. Nice large rooms a big kitchen and 3 different r sitting areas. Beds and bedrooms were dark and private and comfortable. It was only a 90 minute drive for me so that was very convenient. The beach was clean. House was well stocked and very well priced for the long weekend. I can guarantee you that I am going back there very soon. Thank you for having us

The location is excellent. Short drive from Buffalo. Beach was excellent. Shallow bay with lots of sand. House felt spacious and our family was very comfortable.

If you are looking to relax and enjoy a fabulous view, this is the perfect place. The cottage it's self was average (could have been a little cleaner). As we spent most of the time walking on beach walking along the neighborhood paths or sitting facing the lake reading our books we were very happy. Brad is a great owner and replied very promptly to our questions.

Inside was beautiful but no central air. Outside needs some TLC. No kayak or Canoe like add says. Overall I had a good time but was a little overpriced.

We had such a great time, the place was clean. The owners are super nice, when we inquired about the BBQ and fire pit before our stay, we were surprised that they brought in a new BBQ and a fire pit for us. They also had an amazon fire stick that has Netflix and Disney plus for the kids. I would definitely go there again.

It was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The weather being a bit chilli and rainy, we were a bit disappointed not to be able to start gas fire place. Some instructions needed, or maybe out of order. As we arrived at dusk, we contacted VRBO to get the house number. We couldn't find it in emails. We felt pet hair and sand on couches could have been cleaned better. But all in all, we enjoyed our time there. Loved the location and slept very well. Due to sightseeing, our actual time at house was short. We would consider staying again. Thank you so much.

The family and I had a great stay, the property was exactly what we were looking for; cottage-y feel, close to the lake, great beach access, quiet, secluded, but also close to 'civilization' if we had to run out for anything. Property was in great condition, we had access to water 'toys' and management was easy to contact and quick to address any questions that we had. Would love to spend time here again.
