Upscale and Spacious Two bedroom with 2.5 Baths,(can sleep up to 6). The apartment is located on the Caribbean sea.,minutes walk from Mullet Bay, Golf course, The Atlantic Casino complex which includes many great restaurants. It is also a walking distance from the new 'Blue Mall' and many other attractions. It is a five mint. ride from the airport.
The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach is modern and one of the most upscale and desirable places to stay on St. Mararten. it includes many amenities; tennis court, gym, his and hers steam rooms and saunas, indoor heated lap pool and hot tub, out door pool and hut tub,on-site Christian Dior Spa, and restaurant. Stayed a total of 5 nights and place was great! Balcony overlooking the ocean, clean and everything was functional and as advertised. Building has nice amenities including sauna and steam rooms and access to beach. Private with 24/7 security. Would stay here again.

Communication with marion was smooth. I have stayed in a few other units at the cliff some with better views however none compare to this unit. I felt we were living in a non rental unit equipped with all the comfort of home. I would certainly request this unit again.

A great condo! The place was clean and spacious with very comfortable furniture. All the appliances were new and in great condition. Plenty of towels and all the cooking accessories to let us easily prep meals in the unit. The owner was super responsive to any inquiries. The views and overall property made this stay spectacular. The pool and beach are exquisite. The front desk was super friendly and happy to help order a taxi or support day adventures. There is a French pastry delivery service!! The gym was above par compared to most US hotels. The grocery store was a short walk with reasonable prices and everything we needed for the week.
A couple watch outs - the elevator went out a few times. Not an issue for our young legs but we got plenty of steps in a few days. The unit only had a K-cup coffee maker so bring/pack some. We are big coffee drinkers and a little disappointed we couldn't use the gourmet grounds we brought. There was plenty of hand soap and TP but we had to buy paper towels (ran out quickly) and soap/shampoo/conditioner for the showers/bath. Make sure to pack laundry detergent - it was nice to wash the beach towels each night and the washer/dryer worked great (and with three kids got plenty of use). Highly recommend!

The location and property was perfect for 5 of us.
Although it’s a VRBO, it feels like a hotel with many property amenities like the sauna, gym, pool and courteous front desk staff.

Unit very clean. Nicely appointed kitchen etc., but bring your own laundry pods, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels . Large open space. Attentive owner who responds quickly. There are some places you can walk to for dinner/ lunch etc. but if you do not rent a a car bring PLENTY of cash for taxi drivers who will spot you as a tourist and charge more if you want to go to Simpson Bay , Marigot , Orientale Beach etc, and other places on the island. We heard renting a car from a local agency is the least expensive.
Nice little grocery stores are within walking as is Mullet Bay beach . The beach below the property is lovely and quiet and private.

We were advised ahead of time by our Host that the main pool was closed for repairs.
We did not know the Lounge, Restaurant and Spa were closed for renovations. Our Host did not know that either.
Elevators did not work on two separate days. Good thing we were on the second floor.
The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was in a good location.
Our Host responded quickly to any concerns that we had.

Miriam is a very helpful and responsive host, who cares about her guests. We had a great time in the condo with my family enjoying sunsets from the terrace. The stuff is very friendly and helpful as well. The kitchen has absolutely everything. Location is perfect! We felt safe. The best area on the island.

Great location and apartment unit!
Really impressed with this property. Close enough to Simpson Bay and Grand Case that we toured around quite a bit. Miriam was very helpful with all of my questions. The beach at the Cliffs is spectacular. We will be back!

The unit was beautiful close to Mullet Bay the best beach on the Island. It was still under construction repair, but the end is very near. We. Would love to stay there again. Mariam the owner was amazing for contacting us about the progress of the unit before we arrived. Anything we needed was looked after right away

Gorgeous ocean front condo!
We had a lovely experience at this beautiful condo. I always keep low expectations as you never know what a place looks like in person when booking online. The condo was outstanding. It was meticulously kept and organized. There wasn't any wear and tear as I would expect on a ocean front property. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely come back on our next trip to St. Maarten. Thank you for a great experience!!

Beautiful, roomy, and comfortable with amazing views
We were extremely happy with this property. We are a family of 4 traveling with my Mother in law as well. It was nice that the adults had separate master suites, and the kids took the living area with the pull out couch, and Miriam had a cot brought in as well that my teenage Son slept on. Everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Several bars, and restaurants, and the casino are within walking distance. We toured the whole island, and discovered that we really did stay in the best area with everything we needed right there. This property was very quiet too! We will definitely be back.

Amazing! Stunning! Paradise!
Words can't express the feeling of walking into the building and looking straight out into the clear blue sea. Throughout my entire stay, I had the views of the sea, the wave crashing on the beach and cliff rocks; the birds chirping. Paradise! The apartment was very comfortable. Clean. The location could not have been better. I felt safe the entire time. I recommend renting a car and driving around to different beaches and restaurants.

Lovely condo in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cliff in this condo, 2A. The views are incredible, the location is perfect, and the unit was very clean. We particularly enjoyed the artwork and the spacious dining areas (bar w/chairs, full dining table, and table on the covered patio). Miriam was very responses to any questions I had while booking, and the concierges in the building were as sweet as can be. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises!

Beautiful and great location!
Very spacious apartment and it was very easy to get to from the airport. This was in a great location and enjoyed our stay there. Loved watching the airplanes come in and the cruise ships head to Phillipsburg from the deck. I preferred staying on the Dutch side over the French side. Miriam was great to deal with and if you like quiet, this is the place to stay!

What a vacation
We have been coming to SXM for many years, but our November stays are pretty new to us. You can't go wrong here, the room was so well appointed for anything you would want, and the restaurant here is a hidden delight. The front desk, the secured parking, the views, I felt every whim was filled. So many places to go within walking distance, but if you need a car, see Leo at Sapphire resort a few doors down, he can set you up with a car for a few days. But I don't want to detract from my time I stayed at The Cliff, it wa s a great place to stay.

Great Location, Views & Amenities
The Cliffs is a wonderful condo building with all the amenities you need. We had two couples and it was more than enough space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and the deck has great furniture to sit out and watch the boats go by. Every day we would see the cruises such as Tango and Lambada heading out and coming back in which was very nice. The ability to use the washer dryer was a nice option as well. The rooms are stocked with plenty of towels that you can use by the pool or take to the beach. There is a grocery store right down the hill that has all the fresh food, drinks, ice, etc. that you need, and it was recommended by Orlando at the front desk who was very helpful. Great level of security in the building as your key is needed to access all areas, even the front drive. Wifi is quick and plenty of TV's if that is what you are looking for, however we enjoyed the beautiful outdoors. We will certainly stay here again for our next visit.

Fantastic Trip in Cupecoy!
My husband and I along with another couple stayed in this beautiful unit for a perfect week! The unit is equipped with all the needs and comforts of home (including a well-stocked kitchen for those who like to cook) and is spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony are stunning and we enjoyed the outdoor tables/chairs and lounger for dining outdoors and relaxing with a book or just taking in the view. The building and grounds are lovely and we really enjoyed all of the amenities of the condo - both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were much enjoyed and we found even in high season to be never busy. The ever-changing beach and cliffs of Cupecoy are truly gorgeous and fun to explore but one must be a strong swimmer to fully enjoy the water - floats help! We walked to neighboring Mullet Bay for beach chair and umbrella beach service and a had a great time. The condo is within walking distance to some great restaurants and grocery stores, casinos & bars. We didn't need a car and found the front desk was helpful in helping us get cabs if we needed to get around. Also we loved the easy access to the airport - traffic on the island can get pretty bad but we had no trouble getting in and out on time. Owner was easy to work with and quick with replies. We highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting St. Martin!

Lovely property on gorgeous Cupecoy Beach
We've been coming to SXM for more than 25 years and have found the perfect property at The Cliff. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Many amenities provided which far exceed expectations. My favorite spot is the large balcony where you can watch the cruise ships arrive in the morning and see the green flash at sunset. This was our fourth stay in this particular condo unit and it never disappoints.
