SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

the view is awesome

This hotel charge us more without telling us the exact price for one more day we stayed.... who would spend 500 bucks on a two-beds room after the bar exam..... The manager spent some time on this dispute with us and literally told us she would not continue thsis conversation and told us she is the one in charge. It is a horrible attitude for whether a manager or a frontdesk.... SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We have checked the price for the thrid time at least for 5 times with the reply of "Yes the price is the same with the two days(we stayed) ". The only proof the staff would count on is the confirmation letter, anything they promised you orally is not countable or reliable........ After being charged more and getting service like this, I think this hotel needs more improvement on the staff management and service.....

Pet friendly and clean!

Great establishment that is pet friendly. I loved that it was well kept, clean, and that the customer service was great. Places I've been too that are pet friendly are dirty or not well taken care of. The pool was nice and we also enjoyed the steam room.

I got the breakfast included option and it was weird how they tell you not to get more than 10 dollars of food per person. Which was strange and unclear in the booking.

Poor staff service and limited staffing seem to be an issue at this hotel. Very disappointed.

The staff at this location did not meet my expectations of good service for the Marriott chain. The front desk computers were not working properly at check in and again at check out. They were unable to print a hard copy of my final bill. The final bill was emailed to me. I have to say the credit card charges were all over the map and did not reflect the final bill I was emailed. I will be contacting the manager to get this sorted out. Very disappointed.

Nice place but very noisy!

Close to what we needed to do.

There is a night club in the hotel. We were on the 12th floor and for hours while we were trying to sleep all you could hear was the bass and music downstairs! Kind of annoying and no real way around it.

Bad

I did not sleep. They had a rooftop party and the noise was constant. Had a meeting in the morning that I missed due to lack of sleep. Forced me to find an alternative hotel

Good

Great location, close to Keybank Center to see Buffalo Sabres game. Lot's of restaurants close by to choose from. Rooms clean,beds comfy. Pool,small bowling alley, nightclub all within.

View from room was the rooftop and fan units, and windows of other rooms. But windows were blackout.

Nice but next time it will be for a better reason with my friend there.

Front desk and security very caring and helpful and in control of noise and safety.

Hotels need therapedic neck pillows. Usually foam w neck roll. A lot of mature adults have neck and back issues.

Great for Nightlife

I liked the location and the accessibility to restaurants in the hotel.

I was woken up from sleep 2 nights by yelling and banging by other visitors. Last night I was woken by a couple screaming on balcony at 3:30 in the morning and then loud music. Staff seemed unconcerned basically could care less. My room was ok but for the price it should have been cleaner walls were dirty and no hair conditioner in the shower and the body wash that was available looked old and gross. One tiny bar of soap to wash our hands and no face clothes. I have paid less for much much more amenities and nicer hotel. If you want a night of partying at all hours this would be perfect place. Suited for a younger crowd that wants to go to clubs nightly. No separation from loud music and rest.

Exceptional

Located within walking distance from to everything! The room was clean and comfy with a fabulous view. You have to check out Patrick’s Rooftop!

There was a spider in the pool.

Good stay for single/couple

The room was nice and clean with modern style. Fun place for single/couple stay but for a family stay I'd look elsewhere.

There were few parties in a building and in neighboring building as well so it was a bit noisy. I assume that does not happen everyday. No breakfast because of some issues in kitchen but they still charged for the snacks from bar

Bad

43 bug bites during stay!! The bites quickly become inflamed and itchy. Those bites last for a month and haven’t recovered! The general manager was also arrogant to the issue. He refunded one night fee to us. When we offered to talk to him with this issue, he told us to “be okay with it”?!! There are forty three bug bites on feet, legs and back! We do not care about the refund at all. All we need is a friendly and an understanding attitude. We will never choose this hotel again. we also planning to file a formal complaint to the court.

excellent short stay.

the bar inside was on fire, the music food people was excellent! very trendy

the view. I needed a better view of the city! I was not able to use the rooftops because of the many weddings. I was not able to use the pool.
