Not enough parking spaces

Room was comfortable. Mini fridge was clean. Price was good, no hidden charges.
As soon as I got to my room after checking in, I saw a Q-tip in the bathroom trash. It was easy to see, so I wonder what else was missed. Also, hotels don't seem to take into account that some people are short. It wasn't easy to get into the really tall bed.

Great property. Staff was excellent
Not really about the property but there was a fire alarm that was pulled at 1130pm. No fault of the staff, it could have been a disaster if it was an actual fire, we had to evacuate down 11 flights of stairs just to be told to go back in as soon as we exited the building. What made it worse is half the hotel ran a marathon that day..

Upon arrival, the room was hot. Inquired at the front desk, maintenance was sent up to assess. The A/C was broken and could not be immediately fixed but we had to leave the room for our event. Left the room, with all of our things, open with the man in it. The windows were dirty with spiders. Tye curtain was ripped. Not what I expected from a Hyatt.
Torn curtains. Dirty windows. Broken AC

Great location for the casino and sporting events. Clean and comfortable room.
Ice machine on our floor was broken with no sign. Pool looked dirty and outdated. No info about parking on-site however it's cheaper in the lot across the street

Staff at front desk were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
Multiple problems with the room. Closet door didn’t shut. 1/2 lamp wouldn’t turn on. Toilet didn’t properly flush and would always leave toilet paper. Tub didn’t drain, AT ALL. Blow dryer was broke. Food found on the carpet in room when I checked in. House keeping knocking on the door at 8am, trying to come in the room. We had not checked out and check out isn’t until 11am. So I didn’t understand why they were trying to come in the room.

There’s a breakfast menu but couldn’t get an answer if I could chose an item and it was free so ended up going to a few local places instead with more options.

The staff at breakfast were AMAZING!
Upon arrival there was water dripping from the ceiling in our room and a huge puddle of water on the carpet amd smelled mouldy. I immediately went to the front desk and was told they would send maintenance up. It was already 8:30pm and I was travelling with a little one who needed to go to bed. This was not an option as tbere was no way that carpet would dry and it smelles like mould. The front desk insisted there were no other rooms... swore up and down that my only option was to have maintenance arrive. After I did not budge, she finally was able (magically) to get me another room. The hotel has seen better days... used to stay there a lot before the pandemic, but has certainly gone downhill. The rooms are dirty and need a bit of tlc.

The bar staff was friendly and helpful. I liked their friendliness and quick service. Beautiful hotel lobby
For the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to pay for food. And the quality of food as well as options were limited. The rooms carpet was dirty and I we had to catch a maid to get room service.

Spent a sleepless night. Air conditioner wasn’t working. Called desk twice. No response. Unpleasant experience. I would’t recommend this place to stay if you are travelling for work.

The room was clean and soundproof. The water pressure is great. The bed was comfortable except it was a lit bit too soft.
The room size was decent and we can have a peek of the street from the window level 6, which wasn't bad.
There was only one king-size bed even though we had three people above 16 years old. When I book, that was one of the options during my reservation and I was told that I can request a folding bed. When calling the front desk to request a folding bed around 9 pm, I was told it was first come, first serve, and they had no more left. The only possible solution was to come down to talk with their manager. So I went down to the front desk to talk with the manager on duty. She was polite but with some noticeable irrespectiveness. She was facing me from the left side of her body. She apologized "first come, first serve" was the wrong message from the front desk staff. She also said that since I booked from a third party, Booking in this case, the service was not guaranteed based on the fine print. I didn't verify the fine print or argue with her. I just need the issue to be resolved. She also said that they were oversold that night (Sat night), and she had to turn away some guests. I didn't know how this could happen and didn't have time to understand what did she mean by saying so. Fortunately, she offered to provide us with extra blankets and sheets to make a "bed" on the floor. I agreed so the sleeping bed issue was resolved.

Central location
Room was dated and had a strong smell. Walls are paper thin! TV didn't work, and I have a5 year old lol. This hotel also doesn't have a pool. We had spent 2 nights prior in Niagara falls and it was cheaper to stay in Niagara- not sure why this hotel was so expensive, so not with the money I paid.

we stay there for Mother’s Day trip and we’ve been shopping all day and when we came back to the hotel, there was electricity shut down and we had to move to another hotel and they paid double of price. It was really inconvenient no flashlights and no solution for residence that stay there and pay in advance.

Nothing.
After I modified my reservation, they decided to cancel it instead without any warning. When I arrived in Buffalo, I was left stranded, scramming to find a new hotel on a moment's notice. Not only was the staff unhelpful and unapologetic, they were also rude, hostile and incredibly difficult to talk to. This was also Booking.com's fault and mistake, so both the Hyatt and Bookings.com were both terrible.

The front desk staff and the Atrium and Starbucks staff were always very helpful and pleasant!
Parking options weren’t clear upon arrival. Decided to valet park and waited for some awkward time before someone came to my car — when they did it was a woman who didn’t appear to be part of the staff and it was not a great first impression.
Although our guest room was clean, the bathroom sink was not. Our friends next door had broken glass in their bathroom when they arrived.
The hotel policy did not offer room cleaning for stays of 1-3 days so we did not have garbage cleaned, etc. For a Hyatt Regency and the price per night, I felt this should be provided.
