It was a great neighborhood for walking to scenic spots or grabbing the metro for a trip across town. Groceries, coffee, restaurants or just window shopping was all a few minutes away. Very quiet at the apartment as well.

The appartment was very well located, very clean and the host was nice and easy to communicate with. The only downside would be the size of the appartment, but I guess it is the reality of living in Copenhagen.

The title speaks for itself. You're litterally at some minutes away from the place to see in Copenagh if you walk. I found also that the decoration inside is good.

Clean and comfortable. More a studio than an apartment. Bathroom too small.
Inconvenient having to either make up bed every morning or manage with smaller space.
Good location.

Diverse Supermärkte in näherer Umgebung.
Nachteile: Etwas staubige (Küchen-) Einrichtung,
Dusche ohne Abtrennung,
Intensiver "Raumduft-Spender",
3 von insgesamt 7 Tagen keinen WLAN-Empfang.

Review for stay from 27 April 2016 to 02 May 2016
Thomas April 2016:

It is very central located and convenient for city trips, everything can be reached in walking distance and busstop around the corner. The bed is too small for 2 persons. The bathroom is a combined toilet/shower. All you need is present such as tv, kitchen, WiFi. There is full fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc so the stay is made easy. A very good and more relaxing alternative to hotels which we recommend.

Central location with easy walking distance to major attractions. A lot of restaurants and small lunch establishments in the immediate vicinity. Apartment is small but has everything necessary. Especially the kitchen is well equipped. The bed is a little narrow for two people. Nice courtyard at the back of the building.
We truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Review for stay from 24 August 2012 to 28 August 2012
The apartment is well located, reasonable walking distance to the Royal Palace (Amalienborg) and the shopping street of Stroget. For design fans, the office of Cecile Manz is really not far.
We did not bike, but in hindsight, a bike (rented) would be best for your stay. We advise not to rely on the Copenhagen City Bike Scheme - we were not able to find two bikes during our stay.
The apartment is in a historical building, with windows giving on the street and on a inner court. Some families stay around, making it feel like a residential neighborhood where real people stay.
The ameneties of the apartment are basic but well enough for our four days stay (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, signing toaster). The apartment was reasonably well cleaned. The apartment does not have a laundry machine, but a laundromat is around the corner. Pay attention to the lamps in the kitchen, they are classical Danish design (&Tradition Flowerpot). We are not fans of the shower that uses the whole bathroom.
The booking service is easy through the website. Communication occurs near the beginning of the stay. Linens provided may be a bit of mystery for North Americans, but it is part of the trip to discover that. For example, there is two duvets of individual size instead of a larger one for two.
We found that it was good value for money.

A clean and cozy little apartment with almost everything you need, situated in a quiet side street close to the centre. It would have everything you need if it had a washing machine, however, there's a laundrette within 3 minute's walking distance, and I didn't mind having to use it because it made me feel like a local ;)
The shower/toilet is a little on the snug side, but everything works just fine, and you get used to it.
Despite the size, it doesn't feel cramped, even for two, and having got to know the city, it'd be hard to beat for the location. You're within walking distance of so much (the King's Gardens and Rosenborg Slot, the Gefion Fountain, The Little Mermaid, the Marmorkirken, the Queen's residence, the Royal Danish Playhouse (Skuespilhuset), a metro station (Kongens Nytorv), a train station (Osterport), a friendly bike rental place (Pedal Atleten, Oslo Plads 9; opposite the Osterport train station), yet away from the noise and crowded streets of the very centre.
Put it this way, I'd stay here again.
