We found this little place super last minute after our cruise was cancelled. We met lovely people staying in the same resort and had a great time exploring the pier, boardwalk and other places St. Petersburg has to offer! We will definitely be back.

Overall the condo was beautiful (As expected)... There was an issue with the poolside Spa. There seemed to be a problem regulating the chlorination. One day the pool was closed for a hygiene reason.

Overall good experience. Our Beachfront condo was missing its screens for the slider. A big part of enjoying the beachfront is listening to the waves at night. The interior paint was discolored, tile was broken in master bath and the front door near latch looked like it was held together with Bondo.

Stayed there for the second time in November, so it's fine. Plenty of sports channels available for soccer fans. Fabulous views and only a short walk to the excellent pool. Reasonably well appointed. Could do with a new sofa for comfort and as a tea drinker, an electric kettle would be good. Minor points though - we'll certainly go back.

We rented the same unit as we did in 2013. We submitted a review of problems and the owner chose to ignore them. We will NOT rent this unit again unless we are assured the rugs and garbage disposal have been fixed.

Land ́s End has a very nice location. The condo in building 11 has a wonderful view to the gulf. The whole property is very neat and well maintained. There is such a large swimming pool which you can hardly find anywhere else on the beaches. The condo was clean and some updating works were also made in comparison to last year. The furniture is light and in good condition in all the three rooms. You can also find beach chairs and umbrellas in a cupboard.The kitchen utilities could have some more updating. If you book a condo in Land ́s End you need a car. The nearest restaurant (Caddy's) is about a mile away - convenient for a breakfast or lunch on the beach. On the opposite side you can find the Ka ́tiki bar - every evening live music (mostly really good one).The next Publix is about 2 miles away. The beach along the property is wide, sandy and never overcrowded. The only downside was in this year that it was never cleaned with the beach cleaning machines during the 4 weeks. The whole staff of the Resort Rental Agency is very professional and all of them are very helpful and kind - especially Janet, the office manager. Thanks for all of you.We can recommend the Land ́s End condos for everyone, but especially for people who are not too keen on lively actions and so.Anyway, we return next year again.

We've been stayng in the same condo at Land's End for over 25 years. Any minor problems have always been handled promptly and courteously by the rental company. The staff at the complex do a great job in making sure that rules are followed at the pool. The condo has been updated with new furniture, TV's and WiFi. The sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. Plenty of eating places in Treasure Island, St. Pete's Beach and St. John's Pass. Looking forward to going back in 2015.

The building is right on the beach. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Ocian view is great. Condo was clean and beautifully furnished. It was very helpful to have the appliances like washer/dryer, stove, fridge and so on. The AC is not heard from the master bedroom, so did not interrupt sleep.

Once we were in our rental everything was good. Location is ideal for a beach vacation. One of the showers in our unit did not work, and the rental property was messaged, but never received a response back. Luckily there was another shower in the unit. Just wanted to note it that it was like that on arrival. The decor in our unit is very uncomfortable and outdated, and the screens to the balcony need to be replaced. They did not stay on the tracks.Other than that the property is very nice, and we look forward to coming back.

The closet door has been broken for a year, the dryer is so loud you can't use it when anyone is sleeping or even trying to have a conversation. ( I talked to last year's renter of the same unit.). It has not been updated at all and furniture and beds are old, bedspread dirty, we had to wash all dishes before using them. The elevator stopped working twice in building 11. I like the property, just not this unit. Pool area is great!

Had stayed at Lands End previously and had worked through Resort Rentals as well. This return experience was not as good as the first. Some of the issues are with Resort Rentals and some with Lands End itself. Will list items as they arose chronologically.
(1) First trip on the elevator it got stuck and i had to call for the emergency line for help. The response on this was fairly quick but getting stranded on and elevator is never pleasurable.
(2) The people Resort Rentals are using to prep the unit did not do a good job. When I went to get into bed the first night I discovered they had only placed a fitted sheet on the bed and no top sheet. There was not an extra sheet for a kind bed in the unit.
(3) The next morning a got a piece of glass embedded in my foot from a floor mat in the kitchen.
(4) Found another piece of glass in a floor mat later that day. Removed it before someone could step on it.
(5) Trash bags provided were too small for the kitchen trash can and were thinner than sandwich bags. When I tried to remove one it came apart and I had to did the trash and garbage out by hand and re-bag it. Went out and bought the proper kind of trash bags.
(6) New policy of charging $10 per person for visitors not staying with you is ridiculous. I have friends who live in the area that I would have liked to have visit but declined to do so because of this policy.
(7) The unit itself is very nice and very well equipped. My compliments to the unit owners for this.
(8) Paper products (paper towels and TP) are low budget and cheesy. Would expect better at a high end property.

We love the property and location. Our unit was clean and we loved the location of the building. The comfort of the furniture was the main drawback. The living room had very dated wicker sunroom furniture that was terribly uncomfortable for relaxing in the evening to watch tv. The Master king bed was firm which was too firm for my comfort but would suit others. There was major renovation going on in two neighboring rooms on our floor. The noise of the tools (like a jackhammer) used to take up flooring was heard loudly in many condos in the building. We couldn't even talk on the phone in our unit because of the noise. It would have been nice if the management group would have warned us or provided another room in the complex. You could not rest during the day at all or stay inside if rainy because the noise was so bad. This took place 5 various days of the 14 days we were there. The bathroom shower handle was not operating properly. They came to fix it but didn't have the right parts. The property owner put a hold on repair until they contact the original installer. Otherwise, management was quick to fix other items.

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. The views of the gulf are perfect and both the beach and pool are close to the condo. Having 2 younger children this made going to the beach and pool super easy. We will definitely be looking to visit this condo again in the future.

Beautiful Property Inside and Out
Beautiful decor and well stocked kitchen amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful, uncrowded pool area and gorgeous landscape throughout property. The gulf view from the balcony spectacular. The beach umbrellas and chairs that were provided by the owner were an added bonus. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us!

Land's End is a very nice community. It is well maintained and is safe and secure. We have stayed in the same unit several times. We are usually there in the fall but this time we were there in mid May, too.
The unit is as described and was clean and comfortable. The ocean themed decor is very nice. Really the only things we needed and did not have were kitchen items such as baking sheets and large bowls.
We spent a lot of time on the beach and at the pool. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach and meals on our balcony.
We went to several nearby restaurants including Verducci's and the Taco Bus. Both were very good.
We would definitely recommend Land's End and Resort Rentals to others and plan to return again, hopefully in the fall.
