The pictures for this property are outdated and it was pleasant surprise as it is very well appointed. We had a wonderful stay! It is ski on/ski off onto a green and the accessibility with walking to restaurants is fantastic. Would definitely stay again at this property.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our accommodations.
The property was poorly appointed in comparison to other places we have rented through VRBO.
We found an undergarment in the bedroom which indicated the property had not been cleaned thoroughly.
The property was described as being located on the first floor - when indeed you will need to climb several stairs to access it on the second floor.
On our last day, housekeeping knocked at our door at 8:23 AM asking when we planned to leave - check out is 10AM.
We discovered that part of the tack strip between the kitchen and LR flooring was exposed when my husband stepped on it.
Finally, there were a couple of things with the shared spaces (- ie pool hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, the quarter machine is broken, the game room was closed) which unfortunately cast a poor light on the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property.
We did find the staff to be friendly and helpful when asked for assistance or recommendations.
Please note we don’t like leaving negative reviews; rather we hope our honest feedback is helpful.

Our family stayed here for 6 nights over Christmas 2016. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean and well maintained with complete kitchen supplies for us to make many meals in the condo. The condo also had great heating to keep warm, which is funny to mention, but over the years we've had two instances at other properties where there was horribly inadequate heat (both were instances in which in floor heating systems did not work, which was not easily fixable as most properties slopeside tend to be full up at Christmas time). So, now we ask about this before confirming a reservation. Again, not an issue here, but worth noting this condo is warm and cozy. The condo is right on one of the main runs at Snowmass, so getting to the hills and back is very easy and convenient. The condo property provides a secure place to lock up skis and snowboards right next to the hill that is very convenient. The front desk provides locks for this as well as portable locks you can use out on the slopes when stopping for lunch or breaks at the slopeside chalets. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and immediately attentive 100% of our stay. The condo is an easy walk to the Snowmass mall for access to shops and food there as well as the main bus lines to get to Aspen and the other mountains in the area. One of the Snowmass shuttle lines stops right at the entry to the condo in order to shuttle to other places in the Snowmass area. We didn't have a rental vehicle on this trip and didn't need one with the transportation options so close. We liked the condo and would stay again and would recommend it to others. As the only negative, the VRBO ad for the condo suggests that the unit has its own washer and dryer, but this is not the case. There is a coin laundry facility on site, but there is no washer and dryer in the unit itself. We packed lean with the idea that it would be easier to do laundry in the room as needed. I think the listing description could be more clear on this.
