. Inside, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. No balcony.
Access is via a set of outside stairs comprising 54 steps.
An uncovered parking space is allocated to you on the property, closed by an automatic gate with digicode.

The flat is located in Mas d'Angeline, an old stone farmhouse that includes two other holiday rentals as well as the owner's flat.

Situated in a quiet residential area at an altitude of 250 metres, nature lovers can take advantage of the Via Alpina hiking trail, linking the Rock of Monaco to La Turbie. Just 1.4 km from Monaco's Avenue Hector Otto, the location offers easy access to all the area's attractions.

- According to the GPS Maps itinerary, walkers can reach Avenue Hector Otto in Monaco in around 15 minutes by taking the "Via Alpina" hiking trail and the 2 lifts at the Patio Palace. To walk up from Avenue Hector Otto in Monaco to Mas d'Angeline, allow around 19 minutes due to the steep gradient.
The rental is for a specific period. Arrival from 5 p.m., departure before 10 a.m. Contact us to schedule an appointment for check-in and check-out. The stay cannot exceed the reserved period.
