About this house rental

Charming terraced house, 50m2, typical of the Costa Blanca, ideally located in the urbanization of MONTE-GOLF FASE VIII - VILLARMARTIN - in ORIHUELA COSTA, 200m from the 2 non-supervised swimming pools (ONLY 1 swimming pool OPEN during COVID19), in a quiet area, close to three famous golf courses of VILLAMARTIN, Campo Amor, Las Ramblas
Welcoming house, soberly furnished and very comfortable, with two bedrooms and bathroom with Italian shower, open kitchen overlooking the living-dining room. All perfectly equipped with air conditioning and decorative fireplace.
On the front and the rear is two garden terraces. The front of the house has a shady awning. Rooftop solarium with all the garden equipment and barbecue.
Unheated swimming pools can only be used from April to the end of October or November depending on the weather. During COVID the 2 swimming pools are desinfected according current regulations.
THE END-OF-STAY CLEANING FEE (70€) AND SUPPLY + WASHING LINEN/ HOUSE LINEN (20€) ARE TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH TO THE HOUSEKEEPER. ELECTRICITY AND WATER CHARGES WILL BE PAID TO THE HOUSEKEEPER IN CASH ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, AMOUNT DEPENDING ON YOUR CONSUMPTION ON METERS READING.

The beaches of La Zenia and Playa Flamenca are 4 and 5 km from the house. The city of Torrevieja is 12 kms. Do not miss the heart of Villamartin with its many restaurants and entertainment. Supermarkets are close to the rental (5 to 10 minutes walk), not to mention many regional markets in the area, and one of the largest shopping centers in Europe called La Zénia to see absolutely!
Tourism: Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante, the nature park of La Matta, the salt of Torrevieja and hiking in the surrounding Sierras and their villages. Sun and heat guaranteed nearly all year.

Very nice single storey house. Extremely well equipped with all the kitchen equipment you could need. Nice large screen tv with plenty of channels. Very fast reliable broadband. I was very pleased with this property and would defiantly book again. A car is needed but they are cheap to rent. This by far the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in Catherine has thought of EVERYTHING that you could possibly need even down to needle and cotton! It is so clean and tidy everything is labled on the draws so it’s easy for you to find,the housekeeper is so welcoming and helpful explains everything within the apartment,not far from the town we will be definitely returning asap can’t recommend enough thank you for a perfect holiday.

maison très propre , descriptif conforme a l'annonce ,La communication avec Mme GROS est excellente, mise à dispositions de la documentation et le mode d'emploi de la maison de A à Z vraiment , une terrasse devant et derrière + solarium , personnellement je n'ai jamais vu une location aussi bien équipé il ne manque vraiment rien , chapeau a Mme Gros , a recommander fortement

Wonderful house . We stayed here for 5 weeks Lovely and clean , fantastic roof terrace with comfortable furniture , great to sit out in the evenings The kitchen was really well equipped ( made a birthday cake because there were numerous cake tins ! ) We have stayed in Villamartín many times over the last few years visiting family nearby so although the area is hilly ,it suited us as we were close to our friends and family Thank you Catherine we have had a wonderful stay , hope to return again

La maison est très fonctionnelle : rien ne manque car vous avez tout sur place (ustensiles de cuisine, linge de toilette, linge de maison, etc....) . La communication avec la propriétaire est excellente, très professionnelle car elle vous informe et vous donne des renseignements utiles pour votre séjour. La remise de clés est facile avec une personne disponible et sympathique. La grande piscine avec accès sécurisé et un maitre nageur pour surveiller à partir de 13h (parfait). Nous avons très satisfait de ce séjour. A recommander sans hésiter

The house is horrible situated. In a very narrow street. So you have to park as close to a wall as possible. The beds are in serious need of replacement. Your back is in agony after the stay. The sofa is also garbage material. The housekeeper is so rude. I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

We stayed at the house in Villamartin for 8 weeks and had a wonderful stay. Communication with the owner was first class, with prompt replies and solutions to all our queries both before our arrival and also when we were there. The house is clean and very comfortable with all needs catered for. Many thanks to Catherine (owner) and Christa (housekeeper) for looking after us so well.We hope to be able to stay again in the future 🙂

nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans cette maison très propre et hyper bien équipée (bcp de rangement dans les chambres, TV vidéothèque, tout ce qu'il faut en cuisine comme à la maison, sanitaires nickel) le calme a été vraiment un plus ! seul point négatif la pente à monter pour se rendre à la piscine mais quelle récompense : une superbe piscine très propre aussi bien dans l'eau qu'à l"extérieur ! très peu de monde ! commerces à proximité, belles plages très propres ! merci à Mme GROS pour mise à dispositions de la documentation et le mode d'emploi de la maison de A à Z en français et Anglais. la gardienne ne parle pas français mais ce n'est pas du tout un frein, on a réussi à communiquer ! nous conseillons cette location et nous reviendrons !

Appartement où rien ne manque, on se sent comme chez soi ,Madame Catherine apporte beaucoup de soins au bien être de ses locataires !Quartier très calme,de belles ballades à proximité,température printanière pour la saison .Prêts à renouveler!! Madame GROS a un grand sens de l'accueil, même si elle n'est pas sur place, elle a à cœur qu'on se sente comme chez nous. Tout est très bien calé avec la gardienne pour l'arrivée et le départ. La maison est très bien équipée (électroménager, vaisselle...) et très propre. Belles terrasses avec salon. Aucun bruit de circulation, quartier assez calme. En 12 minutes en voiture nous sommes au bord de la mer, idem pour le grand centre commercial de la Zenia. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Estábamos de vacaciones allí a finales de julio, casa agradable en un bario muy tranquilo , limpia y había todo lo que necesita la persona en un viaje y aún más, me sentí en la mía . Hubiera gustado encontrar a la propietaria Catherine que parecía muy simpática, quizás la próxima vez, puso a nuestra disposición todo lo que había en su casa (necesario para la cocina, para el cuarto de baño, para la piscina...) y preguntaba siempre por si nos faltaba algo. No disfrutamos de la piscina porque los niños preferían la playa, para ir a la playa, es necesario tomar el coche pero no está muy lejos. Volveré con mucho gusto.
