Perfect place and appartment to spend even more than 7 days!
Everything in the appartment was well organised, practical and clean. The only exception was the washing-machine, because it hadn't been used for a long-time (we had to clean it and "desinfect" it before using it, but after that it was fine). The host was very helpful and friendly, the email exchange and contacts always direct and friendly.
The appartment is located on the 4th floor and the view to the beach is breathtaking! During the night you can hear the sound of the ocean direct in all rooms...! Even at rainy days (2 out 7 in our vacation-period) the appartment was very cosy and well equipped for such "hard-days" ;-). The description of the rooms and equippment fits 100% the reality in the appartment.
We had a magnificent week in the appartment and Perros! We will definetely return to the town and appertment!

Superbe appartement aménagé avec goût. Séjour de rêve sous un radieux soleil breton. A faire absolument : la sortie en mer pour voir les macareux et les fous de bassan (l'embarcadère est au pied de la résidence).

Une belle adresse face à la mer
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un appartement bien équipé et en bon état, très lumineux, agréable et surtout avec une vue magnifique sur la plage de Trestraou. L'accès direct à la plage (en bas des marches) est un atout indéniable, particulièrement apprécié des enfants.
Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Jean-Claude avec qui la communication est très facile. Nous gardons l'adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Perros- Guirec

Das La Roseraie bietet durch seine Lage eine sehr gute Aussicht über den Strand von Perros-Guirec. Unter allen Appartments in diesem Haus hat dasjenige der Familie BEATRIX aber wahrscheinlich den allerbesten Ausblick, u.a. nach drei Seiten. Das Appartement ist groß und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die letzte Renovierung liegt wohl erst ein Jahr zurück. Die Spiegel neben den Fenstern (und rechtwinklig zu diesen montiert) erzeugen den Eindruck, man würde noch einmal viel mehr sehen.
Außerhalb der Hauptsaison haben auch kurz entschlossene eine Chance, dieses tolle Appartement zu buchen.
De par sa situation, La Roseraie offre une très belle vue sur la plage de Perros-Guirec. De tous les appartements de cette maison, celui de la famille BEATRIX a probablement la plus belle vue, y compris sur trois côtés. L'appartement est grand et décoré avec goût. La dernière rénovation date probablement d'il y a un an. Les miroirs à côté des fenêtres (et montés perpendiculairement à celles-ci) donnent l'impression que vous pouvez en voir beaucoup plus.
En dehors de la haute saison, même les voyageurs de dernière minute ont la possibilité de réserver ce superbe appartement.

une splendide vue par les fenêtres
Un patron très aimable et chaleureux qui nous a bien accueilli. L'appartement a une ambiance charmant et clair, beaucoup de fenêtres indiquent vers la côte. Il a tout ce dont on a besoin: four, fourneau à l'induction, Micro-ondes, refrigérateur-congélateur, cafetière expresso, machine à laver et sechoir et sèche-linge ce qui sert à réduire les bagages. Des lits commodes, celui du chambre parental pourrait mesurer - à mon gout personel - plus que 1,40 mètres, J'ai adoré le bruit des vagues. Tout le monde se sentait heureux à cet endroit.

Découverte reposante de la côte de granit rose
Idéalement situé, l'appartement de 63 m2 vous accueille avec sérénité. très propre, lumineux et surtout avec une vue incroyable sur la mer, les deux semaines nous ont comblé.
Que dire de Jean Claude, très sympathique , disponible et à l'écoute. La région vous occupe en réalisant des randonnées pour tous les niveaux, chacun avance à son rythme.
De nombreux marché locaux ont lieu tous les jours avec du poisson frais, des crustacés ....
en conclusion, du bonheur apaisant durant ces deux semaines. Michel et Yvette

Bel appartement spacieux et lumineux
Appartement conforme à l’annonce, on s’y sent bien tout de suite, espace, lumière, rangement. Au pied de la plage de testraou et du sentier des douaniers, au 4ème étage avec ascenseur vue sur la mer, l’accès au centre ville nécessite la voiture (5 mn) car cela grimpe mais place de parking dans la résidence.
Le propriétaire accueillant, et disponible tout au long de notre séjour.

Envie de revenir
Le calme, la vue et l'emplacement de cet hébergement en font une petite bulle où il fait bon se ressourcer. L'aménagement de l'appartement, en plus d'être cosy, est très fonctionnel. Il y a beaucoup de rangement, ce qui ne nous donne pas l'impression d'être de passage.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir aller nous promener ou faire de petites courses sans avoir à prendre la voiture.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen schönen Urlaub mit der Familie notwendig ist. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der wunderbaren Ausblick und die Nähe zum Strand. Man merkt, dass die Wohnungsinhaber sich bei der Renovierung und Gestaltung der Wohnung viel Mühe gegeben haben.

And for English-speaking readers, just to say that this is a wonderful holiday location, right next to the bay. We loved the apartment, which is well-equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. Its views from the fourth floor (there is a lift, but we enjoyed the stairs!) are really amazing, in three directions. We enjoyed watching the dramatic Spring tides (which you don't get to see, of course, in Summer). In Summer Perros-Guirec is a happy, thriving place to be, but even in February the area was lively and interesting. The weather was mild and a few people were already swimming, exploring the rocks and walking on the spotless sandy beach. Perros-Guirec is a lovely little town with a great market, a colourful port nearby, charming shops, and lots of style. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. Thank you for a great week!

Beautiful views, spacious, bright apartment
We had the lovliest stay in this apartment. It's beautifully lit, spacious and the view of the bay is breathtaking. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed, offering suggestions for outings and activities in the surrounding area and were kind and understanding when our travel to Perros-Guirec from Paris on the day of our arrival took longer than we expected. The coastal walk that is accessible directly behind the apartment was a favorite of ours. Thank you for a lovely, lovely stay. The O'Neill family hopes to join you again in the future!
