Much nicer apartment than expected from the look of the building. Recently renovated and looked very attractive. Location was excellent but parking was difficult. A number of things went wrong in the apartment, despite it looking brand new, which has prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating. Host was very obliging.

Wonderful Apartment
Loved this place. Photos are accurate. Upscale appliances - fridge with water & ice on door and a separate wine fridge. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Nice linens & thick towels. 5 minutes from the beach. Grocery and shops nearby. You can walk to anything you need. Noise not a problem. Brigitte met us at stated time with key and explained everything and again the morning we left. Free parking in underground garage. Very secure. Space a little tight but not a problem

We enjoyed our 2 week stay with our 9 year old son in this beautiful apartment! It was furnished with all of the necessary amenities and the beds were very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was luxurious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The decor was tasteful and everything was spotless when we arrived. The manager was prompt in meeting us at the apartment and she was very friendly and easy to get in touch with prior to our arrival. We loved the convenient location which was a 2 minute walk to the local farmers market and there was a small grocery store right across the street. The train station is a 5 min. walk and there is a wine store on the street right next to the apartment entrance. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. On site parking was a huge benefit if you rent a car. There are many day trip opportunities to Spain as well as surrounding areas in which a car would be necessary. Our only complaint would be that the AC wasnt hooked up yet, and we had a couple of very warm nights. A fan would have been helpful since the AC wasnt working. The bedrooms were quiet, however, the front kitchen/living area was somewhat noisy at times if you have the windows open. All in all, we would definitely stay at this apartment again and we highly recommend it!

Location haut de gamme, très bien située
L'appartement a été refait à neuf avec un équipement de haut de gamme. Il est très bien situé, en plein centre, à 100 mètres du marché. Les chambres sont un peu fraîches en hiver. L'accueil de la personne en charge de la gestion a été très bon.

Fantastic apartment.
The location was ideal - close to the market and local shops. Although the street was busy, with bedrooms at the back and generally well insulated, noise was not a problem. It was also within a few minutes walk of the port and the beach. The accommodation was well laid out with loads of storage space and a large living room with a well equipped modern kitchen. Beds were comfy too and great also to have 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. There was also parking for a car (which we did not need but would be a bonus if using a car as parking in St Jean can be a challenge). Difficult not to give this stay anything less than a 10/10 score.

Appartement absolument conforme aux photos, très propre, lumineux, agencé avec goût, fonctionnel, cuisine très bien aménagée (cave à vins, réfrigérateur américain ...), excellente réception wifi. Appartement où il fait bon vivre !
Emplacement de parking très appréciable (voire indispensable à Saint Jean de Luz).
Situé à deux pas des Halles et de tous commerces.
Tous ces éléments nous ont permis de passer de super vacances et nous avons déjà hâte d.y revenir.

Sans hésiter!
L'appartement, lumineux, a été refait à neuf avec soin et réflexion; il est complètement équipé, dans le moindre détail, et parfaitement aménagé avec des éléments de qualité.
Situé dans le centre de St Jean, avec tous les commerces possibles et presque en face de l'office du tourisme, il bénéficie d'une place de stationnement, en sous-sol, bien utile.
Son agrément a contribué au plaisir de ce séjour de 9 jours, renforcé encore par un accueil chaleureux et prévenant.
