This large 4 bedroom + Bonus Room home is located just minutes from the lake, casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort. Very nicely appointed with a contemporary decor, a large dining room, a gourmet kitchen and a large hot tub it is perfect for that family and friends gathering. There is a nice deck for enjoying the mountain peak views and a three car garage and expansive driveway for plenty of off street parking. The house is on a nice knoll above the street, providing additional privacy.

Large dining room/dining table for 14 people. Family Room with wood burning fireplace/stove. Large outside Hot Tub. Washer and Dryer.

We stayed at this spacious house for our family reunion, and there was plenty of room for everyone! It's the perfect place for children because there's a large, fully stocked toy room that kept all the kids happy. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with family and friends. Great location and the house had plenty of room to spread out and even a playroom for the kids. Only complaints are that the house was not all that clean and the linens were pretty sparce. Floors were dirty and left our feet black, there were food bits left on the stairs and kitchen windowsill. The exhaust fan on the stove has a trap that was so caked with oil and food that we had to clean it in order for it to work. There was only one kitchen towel, no beach towels, and one bath towel per person. Not a big deal on the linens, but I would have prepared differently had I known. Lastly, the toilet seats had a sanitary paper strap around them, indicating they were clean, but there was hair and urine on at least two of the toilets when we got there. All in all, great house, but might want to look at a different cleaning company.

Nice large house as advertised. Our family went up there for a wedding and was in need of a large space for wedding preparations and this place fit the bill. It was more than spacious enough for our needs. As in previous reviews, much of the furniture, appliances and extra blankets are outdated. But the house was clean and comfortable. Stairs to the garage and the front door is rather steep and should be a consideration if you have elderly family members joining you. There is no electric vehicle charging unit installed in the garage, but there is a Nema 14-50 receptacle so you will need to bring your own charging unit if you wish to make use of this amenity. Both John and the management company were quick to answer any questions and clear instructions were given for an easy check in and check out.

This owner was very generous to us and forgiving of a mistake that was completely my fault and not his. I was impressed with the way he interacted with me and was kind to us even though we didn't deserve it, which made extra work for him and lost money for him. Book with him.

The house is amazing for groups. So much space. So many bedrooms and hang out rooms. Beautiful area to be. Easy to get to Heavenly or the Lake. So enjoyed our stay here. Only wish we had more people come with us!!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and the large dining room was great in accommodating our Thanksgiving dinner. Heater worked great and the house stayed very well insulated. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. There was a hodgepodge of cooking utensils and pots, pans, and various kitchen items. Thankfully we brought some of our own items to supplement. The house is extremely dated. It is clear the house has not had any renovations or upgrades in a while. Driveway is narrow and parking can be tricky with more than 2 vehicles. We parked our daughter’s car in the garage as she didn’t need it for the duration of our stay.

Owners and management were very helpful and we had a great stay. Then house is very dated and a bit cluttered with old furniture and random kitchen plates, cups. etc.. Walls need a painted and green carpet needs replacing but for the price, this was a great stay.

We again enjoyed our annual trip to Tahoe. We accidently locked ourselves out of the house one night. I tried a couple of times to contact the management company. In spite of their voice mail message that all their operators were busy assisting other people, they never responded to my messages. Luckily, I have the owners phone number and he helped us get into the house.

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Loved the entire house and the loft space was perfect hangout space for the kids. Being able to sled in the backyard and the hot tub was a huge plus. The 3 car garage was perfect to keep off the 5ft plus of snow we got during our stay. The dining room table with seating for 13 was perfect for group dinners, playing cards and Lego building! Having two family rooms on the same level was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family shared Thanksgiving in this beautiful cabin home and was very close to everything. We enjoyed all the space this home has to offer including all amenities. John responded to us very quickly and was very accommodating to all our needs. We will definitely be using this home again in the future 🙌

Had a great time at this home. The location is perfect. The cleanliness could have been a little better. The coffee pot had old grounds that had mold in it and the pot didn’t work but we found another one and made it work. Some of the dishes were dirty but other than that it was great.

We had a great stay at this place for our annual family spring break trip this year. The kids love that room full of toys. They also had fun in the back of the house playing snow and digging rocks. Lol. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing at Heavenly. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Enough beds for everyone of us. We will definitely come back next time.

PRO's 1.This place was very clean. 2. Other reviews listed it out-dated. It wasn't bad at all. 3. Location was convenient to Heavenly and shopping. CON's: (only minor details....) 1. Temperature difficult to regulate for comfort with only 1 thermostat. 2. Bed pillows are pitiful.; ...even tried folding them. 3. Missing remotes for TV's. We never found 2 of them. (MBR and Kids Room) 4. The far Upper Bath Room could use some maintenance.
