About this house rental
Great 17th century owner's house with beautiful courtyard, enclosed by large stone walls, quiet and sunny to spend a good time outside (meal or rest), you can come with family or friends.
All rooms are between 20m2 and 35m2, except for one bedroom.
5 minutes from the train station, in the city center, (near the town hall) 2 minutes from the beach of Plat Gousset, Herel beach, the nautical center, the fishing port and marina.

We stayed in this wonderful house in Granville for 9 days, 5 adults. We could not have been happier. The house itself exceded our expectations. Cleanliness was impeccable. Comfortable rooms for everyone, kitchen roomy and well stocked. Very nice communal area, sitting room. The patio in the courtyard a nice addition the house itself.
Our hosts, Severine and Ludovic were extremely nice and helpful, quick to answer any questions that came up.
At last, Granville is a haven for everyone who wants to get away from everyday life at home.
We will most certainly want to come back!!

We had a great week with extended family (my husband, our two children, ages 12 and 8, my brother and my parents) in Granville. Severine was very helpful and friendly all the way from the reservation time to the end of the visit. We were a bit delayed with our arrival and that was no problem either :) We could not immediately work out how the oven worked but could figure that out, too. The house has everything, great for cooking and doing things with wonderful facilities. As we were 3 generations in the same location it was important to us that everyone can have a bit of peace and quiet, too own there own and that worked out splendidly in this house. The house has great location, you are right there by walking to e.g. to 2 beaches, restaurants, shopping, other sights etc. The train station is 10-15 min walk away and easily reached, one of us in the day of departure left with early morning train to Paris and that went really smoothly. There is a lot to see around granville, too. We took a day cruise to Jersey and that was fun. Also we visited a zoo and nearby calvados estate and castle, and a lot to see left for the next visit :) Granville is a lively beach town without the overcrowded touristic feel. We can warmly recommend this house and Granville to everyone! :)

La maison est meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons rarement trouvé une maison aussi bien équipée. Tout est parfait. Merci à Séverine et au plaisir de revenir.

Wij hadden en heerlijke week in het ruime huis van Severine. Het contact liep heel soepel en voorkomend. Wij genoten van de maritieme omgeving met de 2 havens, de Fruits de Mer en de wandelingen langs de kust in het stroomgebied van de rivier de Lude.

Perfect for Four Golfers Visiting Granville
Severine's house was absolutely perfect for our group of four friends visiting Granville to play golf, sight-see a little bit and enjoy some great local restaurants and pubs. The host handled all communications and instructions perfectly - she was very responsive at all times, and all instructions were very clear. The house itself was really great - lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and living space for four single guys to spread out. And the courtyard area was where we spent most of our time - a beautiful place to lounge, eat and have a beer during the great weather we encountered. We would return to Severine's house in a heartbeat when we return to Granville.

Nous avons passé un super weekend, la maison est magnifique, décorée avec gout mélangeant l'ancien (pleins de vieux objets) et le moderne, très spacieuse, les chambres avec leur salle de bain sont parfaites, la cuisine est très bien équipée, le salon est super agréable ainsi que la grande salle à manger , la cour extérieure est très agréable avec son barbecue, l'emplacement de la maison au cœur de Granville est génial , nous avons fait de magnifiques ballades , les contacts et l'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont très chaleureux et prévenants, nous recommandons vraiment cette maison et nous y reviendrons .

Très belle location pouvant accueillir 8 personnes sans problème très bien située au centre de Granville, proche des commerces et des plages - on peut se passer de voiture - la maison est très bien équipée - jolie cour intérieure - propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeante - nous reviendrons !

The perfect place.
The elegant town house is even better than in the pictures: spacious, cosy and charmingly decorated with a great eye for style. The layout of the building is cleverly thought out for a large family with each having ample space for themselves away from the others and various bathroom and WC options. The kitchen is well equipped and the location could not be better for shopping, eating out and anything else in fact. Easy parking is just across from the property, whilst one really does not need a car as even the beach is only a short stroll away, as is the harbour and the train station. Granville is one stunning holiday destination and still not too overrun by tourists.
Séverine and her family are most welcoming and generous, she responds to any query straight away and gets the balance of looking after her tenants and leaving them to their own spot on. We had three wonderful weeks here and are very much hoping to be back some time.

Ett fantastiskt hus där ingenting saknas, med en mycket smakfull inredning och perfekt läge. En mysig enskild innegård och ändå mycket centralt beläget i den mysiga och vackra staden Granville. Ägaren har ända från bokningen varit mycket hjälpsam och under vår vistelse fick vi mer information och hjälp än vi hade trott var möjligt. Det kändes mer som om vi besökte vänner i Frankrike än som vi hyrde ett hus av främlingar. Vi är mycket nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera detta vackra och välkomnade hus! Stort tack till Severine och hennes familj!

Maison très grande et très agréable. Literie très confortable. Idéal entre amis. Super emplacement dans le centre de Granville, avec quelques nuisances de bruit certains soirs ( c’est ça aussi le centre-ville... ).

Maison très accueillante et très bien décorée. Tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter de moments calmes à l'intérieur et proche de tout pour partir en ballade selon les envies.
Les enfants ont adoré dès que l'on a passé la porte ! Bons moments assurés.
L'hôtesse très disponible avant et pendant le séjour, à s'assurer que nous étions bien installés.
On a pu profiter d'une semaine en famille mieux qu'à la maison !

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem geräumigen, gepflegten und sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verlebt. Sehr charmant - zentrale Lage, aber im Innenhof ganz ruhig und entspannt. Die Umgebung lädt zu unterschiedlichsten Ausflügen ein. Sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu den Vermietern.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette belle demeure pleine de charme et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est très grande ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son intimité, les matelas sont de bonne qualité ( nous avons tous très bien dormi ce qui n’est souvent pas le cas dans la plupart des locations) et sa situation en centre ville permet de tout pouvoir faire à pied ! Je relouerai volontiers cette maison si je retourne en vacances à Granville. Bravo à Severine et Ludovic !!

Superbe séjour dans cette propriété pleine de charme dont la surface habitable et la grandeur des pièces, salon, chambres, salles-de bain permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité et de se sentir à l'aise. La déco est top et rien ne manque au confort des locataires. Quant à la situation géographique, une fois stationnée, plus besoin de voiture pour profiter de la jolie ville de Granville. Tout est à proximité et néanmoins vous êtes au calme. Merci aux propriétaires de leur confiance et à Séverine d'avoir toujours été disponible chaque fois qu'une question lui était posée. Nous gardons précieusement l'adresse car nous reviendrons assurément pour un autre séjour familial ou entre amis. P et MA AUBIN

We really enjoyed our stay in Séverine's and Ludovic's beautifully restored and decorated house in the center of Granville, near the sandy and rocky beaches.
The city has lots of little shops and very good restaurants with modest prizes, but it's the house that was really the star of our holliday. It is extremely well equiped, nicely decorated and everything is new and clean.
Séverine was the perfect host.
