Posizione ottima

Posizione, nel cuore di spaccanapoli a circa 15 Min dalla stazione e mezz'ora da via Toledo, comunque tutto facilmente raggiungibile. L'appartamento è accogliente ed è a piano terra quindi facilmente raggiungibile con valige e passeggino. Il proprietario ed il figlio che ci ha accolto super gentile e disponibili, hanno risolto in brevissimo tempo un disguido e ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli ben oltre l'orario di check out. Come avevo letto in altre recensioni il letto e i cuscini sono molto comodi davvero. Gli spazi sono ampi e la cucina attrezzata di ogni cosa anche se noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata. Bagno grande.

Essendo a piano terra i rumori si sentono parecchio, per fortuna la strada dove affacciavano le finestre non era molto trafficata ma al passaggio di una macchina ti svegli. Il bagno andrebbe un po' rimodernato e aggiunto qualche mobile per appoggio perché si ha difficoltà a poggiare anche solo un asciugamano. Come ho letto anche in altri commenti si sente l'odore di muffa ma diciamo che tutto sommato per due giorni non si tiene conto di queste cose negative.

Un réel plaisir prêt à revenir

La disponibilité de notre hôte ainsi que sa gentillesse il nous a réservé un taxi pour notre départ et a été aux petits oignons pour toutes nos demandes. Je recommande vivement et encore un grand merci à Luis.

La vicinanza al centro e ai ristoranti molto comoda

Posizione ottima. Vicina alla stazione e in via dei Tribunali quindi ottima per muoversi a piedi per il centro storico di Napoli. C'era il phon e gli strumenti per la cucina. Ogni camera ha la sua TV e soprattutto l'aria condizionata molto comoda. Internet wifi velocissimo. Proprietario gentile e disponibilissimo!

Consiglio mi mettere un coltello per il pane e dei coltelli che tagliano e di spendere qualcosa in più per i cuscini o almeno metterne due perché. Il telefono non prende dentro casa, ma nella norma per i palazzi storici con le mura spesse

Good stay

The location was perfect, the apartment had almost everything we needed.

The owner does not speak English, so it was hard to communicate. They forgot to leave soap in the bathroom and the shower top was broken.

The best lodging place for visiting naples and still enjoy good connection to nearby places.

The apartment is located in one of the most convenient places in the city, which makes it a perfect place for anybody who is looking forward to being there as a tourist. The two bedrooms with separate entrances are properly furnished, and the internet worked seamlessly. The rooms open from the common kitchen/dining room area as well as the bathroom. Would definitely recommend it, and if we´ll return to Naples I would try to lodge in the same place.

Very convenient location!. The apartment is renovated and very beautiful. Spacious rooms and bathroom. The price we paid was also fair.

An ok place

It was good they had two big beds and was fitted and comfortable for four persons. The air conditioning was very useful in hot days. It was close to historical centre. We liked there are a few supermarket relative close to the apartment.

It was not clean. My wife has to clean the bathroom, the kitchen, to wipe off the dust. The bed sheets were clean, but stained.

Perfect stay and value for money 😊

The host was responsive and polite even though he did not speak English well and also provided us with guides for the city etc. The apartment was clean, new, renovated, tidy and had many facilities (e.g washing machine, iron and iron board, fully equipped kitchen and kitchenware, towels, soaps, toilet paper and many more, wardrobes TV in all rooms including smart TV and many more). Location is at the heart of old city center. The host let us leave our baggage and use the apartment later than the checkout. There is a security camera at the door outside and the door has a safety lock.

There is no phone service inside the apartment but there is good wifi. The building is old but it is normal for the old city center. Not much to complain about...

Conveniently situated in Centro Storico, the apartment is newly furnished and had more than we needed. There are two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with refrigerator and even a washing machine. We stayed just for two days and only used the stove and a small Moka pot for our morning coffee. We are pleased with our stay and would be happy to stay here again in the future

Perfect place, perfect location *****

Everything was perfect. Accomodation, facilities, location (15 min from Pompei Scavi train station, few minutes away from Pompei ruins and located in the center). The apartment is newly decorated and clean. I definitely recommend Luishouse. The host was very great and gave us some nice tips.
