This house was ideal for a bunch of middle-aged siblings to celebrate a long weekend in Nashville. The living room and back patio were great places to relax and converse; Kitchen was well-equipped; beds and bathrooms quite comfortable. A few minor housekeeping nits have been communicated to the owner. Overall, this was a very enjoyable home.

This place is so cute! Beds were good. Couch was comfy. Hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of walking those hills. Very cute neighborhood. Highly recommend this for families and large groups. We were a small group so only used down stairs mostly. We didnt cook so i dont know about the stove. Great place!

Well appointed home with period pieces and charming outdoor spaces: jacuzzi, eating area and terraced path to the road above. Bright breakfast room, off street parking, modern kitchen and TVs made this house a treat to stay in.

Nashville FRAMILY trip
Upon arriving at the Orleans home the outside was not tidy (leaves everywhere on back patio an just not kept up real well) grill cover off laying on the ground, hot tub area ran down definitely could handle a refresh. The front door was literally wide open when we got there. In the kitchen I would recommend a Keurig coffee pot for sanitary reasons. It is unsafe to dip into coffee, sugar, etc that’s in canisters for ALL GUESTS. There was trash juice under the can in the kitchen upon arrival and a pile of dirt with a potato chip swept in the corner of the kitchen. The couch, throw pillows an chairs are unsanitary. It’s not possible to thoroughly clean between guests. I would recommend leather so it can be wiped down an cleaned. I certainly don’t want to lay on pillows and a couch that other people have done an had who knows what on. Very unsanitary! And the couch is a sectional that doesn’t even stay together.Too many dusty trinkets setting everywhere. The rugs need shampooed or thrown away they are not clean. The upstairs bathroom sink doesn’t drain. We each was left 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay. We would have brought some had we known there wasn’t enough (instead we bought an 18 pack and left them) it would be nice to have some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels, clothes, etc. The beds was fairly comfortable. The neighbors woke us up and one of our 2yr old babies up 2 nights in a row being loud partying/ talking outside. Hot water/ pressure was excellent. Parking decent but not great having to share a driveway. Overall it’s like going to your great grandmas house who can’t see to clean. Not real satisfied with the money we spent nor the experience with our first AirBNB.

Girls' Weekend!
This house was so perfect. Beautiful old Nashville home in a cool, upscale feeling neighborhood. Pretty backyard with hot tub and nice seating areas outside. The home had plenty of sleeping space for our group of 8. Could've EASILY slept 10 people in the bedrooms, plus room for air mattresses if needed. The 3-1/2 bathrooms were also perfect for a group of women. Rides to Broadway averaged about $15 and we never had any issues getting picked up or having to wait long for a Lyft at all. The owner always replied to my messages before and during the trip and made sure we had everything we needed. I would most definitely rent this home again!

Family Reunion Fun
The house is quirky but adorable with lots of character. With a house this old, it was great to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner addressed all of our inquiries during our stay in a prompt fashion. Convenient to everything!

Home as advertised, but...
The home is as advertised – good location, clean, and convenient. It is very close to another home, which could be a factor as it was for us when the neighboring home’s roof was replaced for three days and was a significant noise 7am-5pm.
The major issue that came up was with the financial arrangement with the homeowners. They were unaware that VRBO changed its policy of not charging damage deposits up front and unwittingly misrepresented that the deposit was included in the total quoted cost, to be refunded at the end of stay, something that was verified by me directly in email communication prior to booking. Once the stay was completed, I was expecting my refund as agreed prior to booking, and they refused it, saying I was never charged it to begin with and the price of the home was fair. Since this was a mistake on the homeowner’s part, I expected a good faith remediation. There was none. I am extremely disappointed with how the homeowners handled the situation.

Cool place in a great location!
We had a great stay here. House is in a nice neighborhood for walking around and convenient to anything we wanted to do. Both house and yard are unique and a fun place to hang out, and the hot tub area is a great feature.

Orleans house
Our stay was great. Three bedrooms on first floor. 2 upstairs. Absolutely great for the grandparent not having to climb stairs. If this was in the details I missed it, BUT a very pleasant surprise for me was a baby gate , highchair and a pack and play since we are traveling with a 2 year old. Les than. Mile to Vanderbilt Med Center. Perfect for our need. Greg and Marcie are great hosts. Thank you both so much.

Great Location and Lots of fun
We enjoyed our time and had everything we needed for our stay there. Nashville was a lot of fun and we will definitely be back in the future. This home is close to all the action but far enough away to be able to enjoy your own time as well.

Great location for Vanderbilt reunion
We had a group of 11 staying at this property for our reunion at Vanderbilt. The location was wonderful and it was easy to walk or Uber to campus for the events. The home was very comfortable for our group and the amenities were fantastic. Loved the stocked pantry and lots of comfortable places to sit and catch up with our friends! The owners were amazing when we realized that one of the air mattress had a leak and the other had a missing cord. As soon as we let them know they very quickly bought and delivered replacements so that our entire group would be comfortable! I will absolutely stay again for future Vanderbilt weekends or trips back to Nashville with a large group!

Great Accommodations!
The home was in the perfect location for walk ability. The home was clean and very well stocked. Loved the jacuzzi and outdoor seating area. Our only disappointment was the wooden play yard for our young grandson, that showed in the listing, was gone.

Our son’s graduation weekend with family
This house was absolutely PERFECT for our weekend with family, celebrating our son’s graduation from Watkin’s College. We had 11 people, ranging in ages from 3 years old to 91 years young, all staying together. Everyone had their own space to retreat to and we all had plenty of space in the common areas to be together and visit. The house was incredibly clean and loaded with all supplies that we needed. There were no unwelcome surprises only lots of great memories made by all! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your precious home!

Owners that go the extra mile
Not only is the beautiful and historic Orleans House a special property, but the Owners go the extra mile to make your stay special. All the staple items that you just take for granted in your kitchen at home were stocked and available saving countless trips to the market (and added cost). Uber to the Broadway tourist area was $10-$20 (depending on peak vs off peak). The convenience and comfort of being "at home" was far better than our previous stay at Marriott Union Station hotel and less expensive than if all 3 couples had gotten rooms there again (at $300+/night).

Extremely clean, cozy, warm, well decorated, well stocked kitchen
We were a group of five long time friends who met for our yearly reunion this year in Nashville. The home was exactly what we needed, five beautiful bedrooms and three and 1/2 baths. Great laundry room. Was in an easy to find area with access to many Nashville venues. I would gladly suggest this home to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay. Owners were kind and accommodating.

A perfect home in a perfect location!
Another amazing stay at the Orleans House. This was my second visit to Greg and Marcia's beautiful home. We came for another milestone birthday girls weekend. The house is in a perfect location, easy Uber ride to downtown and walking distance to anything youau need. Greg and Marcia are wonderful hosts. Response always timely. They have made their home a perfect destination for guests with the amenities they provide and the comfortability of their home. They were gracious in allowing an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight schedules. While I know this is not always possible due to reservations pending, we were fortunate enough to have this made available to us. Greg even took the time to send back an item left behind. I will come back for a third time if I can!!.l Thanks for everything. You won't be disappointed with your stay here!!

Enough room for everyone!
There were ten of us rangeing in age 73 to 3 so many beds and bedrooms were needed. We were able to fit in and each of us had a space of our own. The 16 year old really enjoyed her bedroom and keeping in touch with friends. The location was great and it did not take long for us to get to our destinations. The house had a well stocked kitchen and was up to date. We liked the neighborhood and felt safe staying in the house.
