About this house rental
Modern apartment located on the 1st line of the sea in Oliva. It has fantastic views of the sea, community pool and can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
The communal garden area offers an area of 250m2 where children can play. In the apartment you can enjoy the fantastic views through the living room window. You can also cool off in the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3.5 meters and has a depth of 1.2 to 1.9 meters and is shared with the neighbour on the ground floor. You have access to 1 mobile barbecue where you can unleash your imagination to create your best dishes outdoors. The home’s privacy is partial and there are 3 spaces to park vehicles.
The living room, dining room and kitchen -with AC- are in the same room. In the living room you can relax watching satellite TV, admiring the views or reading a good book. In the dining room there is a large table to enjoy family meals. The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare any dish you intend to, including electric stove. In the apartment there is 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds each and the remaining 2 with 1 double bed each. All rooms have closets and, if needed, have access to one cot for little kids. This property has 2 bathrooms with 1 shower each, 5 radiators for cold days and one more AC unit in the hallway for the rest of the house.
In Oliva you may go swimming or just sunbathing on the large sandy beaches, where you can also enjoy water sports such as sky-surfing. This property is 3 minutes from Oliva Nova Equestrian Center, where you can take private lessons in riding and where state championships are also held. Furthermore, it is very close to a 18 holes-par 72 golf course; the ideal place to spend the day practicing your swing. The property is also close to the Montgó’s Natural Park, which is ideal for hikers, and the agricultural area of Oliva, where the Font Salada, with beneficial properties for the skin, is located.
Your pet is welcome, as long as it does weight more than 50kg.
