The space
This palatial modern villa enjoys a south-facing aspect and it is located in a tranquil private urbanization on a hillside. Walking distance from the town and only a short drive to historic Gandia, Oliva and impressive blue flag beaches. Its elevated position provides views overlooking the mountains, orange groves and the lush green valley and town below. The villa was custom built over 4 levels using very high specification materials to give an overall aspect of grandeur. Its extensive, beautifully furnished, comfortable accommodation is complemented by double glazing, central heating and air conditioning in some rooms. The Villa is equipped with a multi-room sound system enabling you to play the radio or your favourite tunes throughout the property via your phone, MP3 player or CDs. Multiple sun terraces, a beautiful covered dining terrace, paella house and private swimming pool facilitate outside living and enjoyment of the wonderful climate in this area.
