About this apartment rental
Seagarden Penthouse is situated on the prestigious Atlantic Seaboard area of Cape Town, right across the beach road from Sunset Beach, and is uniquely special for the following reasons:
- jaw dropping, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and, if you can tear your eyes away from this and turn around, you’ll see the mountain as well…genuine 360 degree views
- a standalone penthouse apartment on the rooftop of a historic seaside apartment block, so it’s more like a ‘cottage-in-the sky’ than an apartment
- lovely private garden on the rooftop with a Balinese daybed where you can sleep out under the stars, as well as chairs, plants and a retractable canvas canopy
- protected from the prevailing summer wind so you can plan your rooftop sundowner party and know it wont be blown out
- its 7th floor eyrie affords endless sea views in a full 180 degree stretch, that ends in a sunset every night of the year no matter what season
- as it’s freestanding, unlike most apartments, it’s airy and light with freeflowing air from all sides
- 3 sets of frameless glass doors opening the apartment completely to the outside
- gentle sun all day without ever getting too hot
- Sunrise Beach with its reef surfspot is right across the road, and there is always something happening in the ocean in front of the apartment – whales, dolphins, yachts, birds…you’ll see something special every single day, very often while you’re having a shower!
- close behind the apartment, on the main road 5 minutes walk away, you’ll find an endless array of international cuisine, cool bars, stylish shops, and great supermarkets
- there’s a huge choice of many other beaches within 5km including the world-famous Camps Bay and Clifton beaches
- 10 minutes to the Waterfront or city centre
- you are totally secure here as there is a 24 hour concierge and security desk manned by wonderful security staff
- the price includes my excellent housekeeper Priviledge twice a week, water, electricity and unlimited fibre internet
- though Sea Point is an urban environment, being high up with only one lane of traffic in front of the flat makes it the quietest beachfront location (be prepared to hear the sea though!)
