About this house rental
Built in 2012, our spacious and cozy family vacation home is situated in the popular NW area of Bend. Immaculately appointed with two living rooms and everything you need for the perfect getaway for your family or large group. The house is walkable to fabulous restaurants, fun brewpubs, the gourmet Newport Ave Market, Drake Park, various hiking trails, and located only minutes away from Mt. Bachelor skiing.
Our home has a spacious floor plan that allows our guests to relax in multiple areas. You will enjoy the openness of the main living room with built in tv and gas fireplace, & dining room with large table that opens to the patio. The gated/private patio has plenty of seating, and outdoor waterfall, large Sundance 6 person therapy spa, and a nice barbecue for grilling fun!
The well appointed kitchen is fully stocked with utensils/cookware with cooking options of a convection oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee pot, and microwave. There are plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. to create lovely dinners.
There are four bedrooms, a bonus room, and three full bathrooms upstairs. Through one of these bedrooms, you access another living space with a pull-out couch plus a Smart TV, a full bathroom, and an additional bedroom. **Please** note that there are four bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has the access door to the bonus area and the fourth bedroom. The bedrooms are decked out with lovely linens to provide optimal comfort.
Amenities include natural gas heat, air conditioning, driveway, two car garage, one gas fireplace (upstairs fireplace is for decoration only), 3 HD TVs, private/gated patio with plenty of seating, outdoor waterfall, large Sundance six person therapy spa and a nice barbeque for summer fun!
We love dogs! Your small to medium sized one is welcome with a non-refundable deposit and our approval. There is a $25/day additional fee for your dog.

This house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space to hang out together and space to get some rest on comfortable beds. 3-1/2 baths were a bonus. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen equipment as well as the gas barbecue grill. The location was great- a short walk to the river and Drake Beach Park, as well as short drives to area hikes and Sun River. The highlight for our grandsons was the July 4th festivities (especially bounce houses and slides) at Drake Park. We’d definitely stay here again when we visit Bend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is close to many establishments, and also a great home base for spending a weekend on the mountain. About 1/4 mile walk to nearby restaurants, and 1 mile to downtown. Both easily walkable.

Family wedding brought us to Bend from Maine. Our immediate family of 7 adults and a 1 yr old and 5 year old had plenty of room to stretch out. Excellent location. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. A+

What a great stay at this property. It was spacious, clean and inviting. The location was close to downtown Bend and alot of other activities and eateries. We were visiting Bend for my son’s wedding and it was great to have such a relaxing home to stay in. Thank you very much!!

Great place to stay with family and friends. The house is well supplied, roomy and comfortable. Great location, downtown Bend and parks all within walking distance. My only suggestion is to improve the front and back yards by removing weeds.

We ran into a couple of issues upon check in, but the host was really communicative and understanding. The house was awesome for a group of people. All bed rooms are upstairs which made it nice for noise management. Plenty of parking and good location to shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

This Bend home is cozy, well-equipped and a fabulous location. You are walking distance to great markets, restaurants, and parks. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving meal and then enjoying games, football and movies in the rest of this lovely home. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful stay! House had so much room for all of us and the location was perfect. Just close enough to town-but still tucked away in the neighborhood. Comfy beds and nice linens-couldn't ask for anything more :)

We were in town for a pickleball tournament and this house was perfect for our large group of adults. The location is very convenient and the home is extremely well-stocked with cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils and pans and all the basics needed for cooking. Two car garage was great given the heat. Fans and central air kept us cool. A++! Thank you!

We were walking distance to many fun places. There was enough room for all of us. Especially appreciated the gift card to the market. We purchased coffee filters for the house since there were none. We would return.

Great location and space to spread out
Our first time in Bend. The property location was great. Close to the market, restaurants, and Drake Park. Some construction is going on in the area which actually helped eliminate any road noise. The home had plenty of space to spread out for our family gathering of 9. We liked that the number of bathrooms was plentiful and one even had enough space for a makeshift office for virtual work meetings. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have the garage to store our gear. We enjoyed our time in Bend and appreciated Annie's responsiveness. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay
Our family converges in Bend every summer. This rental had a great location and management was very responsive. The house was large and spacious to accommodate our family. I appreciated the kitchen appliances and extra bedding, towels, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay
The house was great. Well equipped kitchen. Way more equipment and appliances than any other rental house I've stayed in. Nice bathrooms. Hot tub was broken when we got there but the host was able to get someone out to fix it so we got to enjoy it for 1 day. Communication was great and they made up for the hot tub issue.
Only a few negatives. The listing says it sleeps 10 but I think that's only if couples share a bed. There are 4 bedrooms with 1 bed in each. 1 pull out couch. The other couch doesn't pull out. 2 people had to sleep on the sectional couch. So I wouldn't say it sleeps 10.
Landscaping could use some attention. It doesn't really matter for a rental but there were massive weeds trying to over grow the steps to the hot tub. Front yard could use some attention.
The fridge took a very long time to cool down.

Beautiful Bend Home
We had a wonderful time staying in this stunning Bend home! The location is amazing, with so many fantastic restaurants within a short walk. The house is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and was well stocked with everything we needed. There is so much to do in Bend, and everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. We had the perfect vacation and would highly recommend staying in this rental.

Great for a family vacation
This home's four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms allowed the 8 of us to have privacy even while enjoying togetherness. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils so well that we didn't go out to eat, but spent good times preparing meals together. A great hot tub, ample garage space, and gracious acceptance of dogs enhanced our winter vacation in this home.

Great 1st Time in Bend
River West was the perfect place for us to stay on our 1st visit to Bend. It's location was walking distance to almost everything we needed or wanted to go to. The homes layout was perfect for our family of 5 (23, 21 & 13) to have our own space but also multiple great places to hangout together. We'll definitely checks its availability on our next visit to Bend.

This house is great
This property was wonderful. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, nice bedding and comfortable furniture. There is plenty of room for a large group with the extra living space upstairs. The one oddity is the missing door on the master bath. Also, the proximity to Newport Ave makes for a noisy early morning if sleeping in the north side bedrooms. Overall I would recommend this house to anybody and stay here again in the future! Thanks for the great home!

Bend adventure
Very pretty....excellent location with close proximity to Downtown And walking distance to restaurants, park and Market. It is on a busy street but there is access to the garages through a quieter street. The house is very nicely decorated and very well stocked with paper goods , soaps shampoos etc! There are two outdoor areas.... one on the second floor which was very helpful to my 87 year old Mom.... only wish we would have had time to use the hot tub on the first floor patio. The owners were very helpful when I communicated with them.
