We loved the place. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and very clean. The fuseball table was the highlight for the kids and the location was great for getting to the river for floating or quick drive to Mt. Bachelor. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again sometime with friends.

This is a great house. It works so well for our group. Well outfitted kitchen, big dining room table we can all sit around. The new grill made grilling tri-tip a breeze. The house is so convenient to Mt. Bachelor. We call it our ski chateau. We've been coming for five years and will be back again next year.

Location is perfect for walks to river and MTB rides in Phil's. Just a few minutes from town. Lots of space for larger groups including a big dinning table for everyone and a garage for bikes and other gear.

This rental was perfect for two families with teenagers and kids. Close to Mt. Bachelor for snowboarding and close to town for everything else. The house had everything we needed for a 4 day trip.

Fun Place In Bend
Well located for both skiing Mt. Bachelor and walking into Bend (about 20 minutes to a great bear/restaurant). Also, less then 10 minute walk to get to the Deschuttes River Trail, and a beautiful trail system. The house was well set up for 2-3 families with kids. I really liked that the upstairs had a great set up for a large group to watch TV, play video games and the downstairs sitting area was set up for cozy reading. Really fun table that was great for game playing, and beautiful kitchen for cooking. It is also dog friendly and they even had dog dishes and a dog run! In my opinion, the rules around being quiet after 10pm were super reasonable given we were in a residential neighborhood. If our travels take us back to Bend with a group, would stay there again.

Another great stay
Our ski group stayed at the house on Linton Loop again. We've stayed here four times. That tells you how much we like it. The location is great for getting up to Mt Bachelor. The kitchen is well equipped. There's a large dining table that we can all gather around. We'll be back again next year!

Beautiful and spacious place to stay
This was a very nice house with all the amenities one could want! From the hottub, to the board games, to all the additional games in the garage, it made for a really great time shared among friends and family.

Had a great stay!
This was many of the group’s first time in Bend. We were charmed with the town itself and the neighborhood this home was in. It was quiet, clean, and spacious. There are rules that are clearly shared, such as no use of the hot tub after 10:00pm and noise maintenance after that hour. However, seeing the family-oriented atmosphere of the neighborhood, I understand being respectful; this was no trouble.
Tressie, who managed the booking, was very easy to communicate with. She was understanding when we needed to amend the reservation to bring a small, polite dog with us - this really was a life saver so last minute! Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this home to other guests.

Great family home!
Wonderful size and location - very spacious for a family of 10. House was a little dusty and smelled a bit like a dog had stayed there previously but overall, clean and comfortable. Owner was easy to get ahold of with questions and made an effort to assist.

Nice property but a bit over rated.
The town of Bend is not easy to navigate with all the round abouts, you need an app. for directions to get around if your not a local. We parked downtown by the Library (2 hour limit) with hardly no cars in the lot and received tickets on 3 vehicles ($25 each). This really dampened our trip and welcome to Bend.
The most annoying thing was the "hot tub" issue. So much that we did not even bother. Bombarded with communication, flyer, and stickers throughout the house it left a bad taste in our mouths. The house to the north used their hot tub, late into the evening with out event. Re evaluate how this presented. We get it however we are professional short term renters who travel the world, dont treat others like children.
Overall our stay was good, Bend has a lot to offer, with the river being a central focus, is a youthful community, expensive and sorta in the middle of no where, state and local Goverment are far to progressive. Perhaps a nice place to visit once, but I would not choose to live here!

Bend at its Best!
Great location near Phil's trails, walk to the river and minutes from Downtown. Large and inviting home and our extended family really enjoyed our time there.

Mom and kids getaway
Property is perfect but very strict rules due to it being in a “local” neighborhood. Felt like we were being watched by the neighbors and always concerned that a call would go into the owners if the kids were having too much fun outside or the adults laughed too loud while sitting outside. Not being allowed to sit in the hot tub after 10 due to the neighbors. Notes on all the doors and mirrors warning about extra fees if neighbors complain about anything.
WiFi never worked.
Beds were super comfortable!

Great Home, Great Location, Heater needs to be fixed
The home layout was really perfect and the location, location, location was really great! The heater needs some attention. It was not working correctly for some reason. The upstairs would get very hot and the downstairs and specifically the master bedroom and bathroom stayed very cold, The information for the wifi was incorrect too but we figured it out. We would stay here again!!

This was an excellent property. It felt like home. The only update that needs to be done is the hot tub. Many of the functions (jets, lights) don’t work.
