This quiet, centrally located and beautifully furnished home is truly a destination that will provide relaxation, enjoyment and lasting memories with family and friends. The home has an open and spacious feeling and boasts a beautiful backyard including a covered seated patio area with heated pool and spa for enjoyment year round. The home is outfitted with a large living room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath, full kitchen/dining area, dining room and media equipped loft. The vast amenities include wifi internet access, ultra HD SMART Roku LED TVs including Netflix and Sling TV access, sound bar, LG washer/dryer and outdoor gas grill.
The property is conveniently located in the heart of some the best dining, entertainment, music festivals and lakes in central Texas. Property was exactly as described, tranquil, clean and we all enjoyed our stay. My mother-in law said the only thing missing were TVs in the other bedrooms, other than that it was great!

Great house and location. Disappointed that the pool was full of green algae and cloudy, unsafe for swimming . It was reported in a previous review and not taking care during our stay at the end of June. As a pool owner, I treated it with little chemicals they had and brushed daily. Had it sparkling by the end of week. Big disappointment as this is the reason for renting the house. Lots of small issues such as light bulbs not working in kitchen and wasp nest by doorways that we had to go purchase spray to kill. The house was clean and location wonderful. Needs to list all rooms are upstairs.

Overall I felt like the property was nice and worked for our families vacation. We were fine with all of the bedrooms being upstairs, but agree with a previous poster that this should be included in the listing. It would not be great for someone traveling with individuals that can’t navigate stairs very well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice sized. There is a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot and a nice variety of cookware. It would have been nice if there were at least a couple of dishwasher pods to get you started overall the house was well stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed the use of the pool while we were there. It sure felt good after a day of Texas heat.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool could have been cleaner. There was algae on the bottom. Newly purchased wash cloths were put out before they were washed. It would have been helpful to know all bedrooms and full baths were upstairs. My dad has health issues and it was a bit challenging for him to get up and down the stairs.

We were 7 middle aged moms and greatly enjoyed the house, kitchen, pool and hot tub for our getaway weekend. Funny to mention, but very important for menopausal women, is that all the temperature controls were highly responsive and effective - house cooling, pool & hot tub warming - for our needs. Beds and couches were all comfortable and 3 bathrooms were essential; the house was very clean and up to date. Location, communication, and access were all great.

Well appointed cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for day trips to Austin, Kalahari resort and Magnolia Market. Kitchen was well stocked, pool and hot tub were great and the beds were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in while traveling.
Scarlett is a friendly and responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful neighborhood! Nice size home! Everything you need was supplied! However the pool toys/floaties were covered in scum and dirt as was the bar area. The pool cleaner/robot was in the pool the entire week however not cleaning. I felt it deterred my kids from swimming so we did move it to the side.

Beautiful home, very clean and great communication with the owner. They were very prompt with every response.
There was an issue that couldn’t be predicted by the owner, but once communicated to them they did everything they could to fix it. I’d highly recommend this home!

We booked this house for a Thanksgiving visit with our son who attends UTI. It was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of room, clean, & comfortable.
The heated pool and hot tub were such a nice treat. The location worked well for the things we had planned.
This home totally met our needs and then some.
The hosts were awesome! They were readily available to answer our questions before and during our stay. They even came out to the home on the holiday weekend to replace a part needed for heating the pool.
A big plus were our deer sightings. It seems there is a group of deer that wonder the neighborhood, we saw a lady feeding them over her fence and once on our way to the house they were right on the side of the road and did not run off when we stopped for pictures.

This house was perfect for our stay for the Rogue Invitational in Round Rock TX. The house is adorable and clean and in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Plenty of space for our family. The pool was delightful!

Felt like home as soon as we walked in it felt like if we were walking in our own home and that is something rare to feel at least for me the neighborhood was nice and quiet and we even saw a deer so that was cool. Loved the place over all.

My four best girlfriends and I stayed here for our annual girls summer getaway. And it was amazing! The pool was the perfect highlight in the scorching summer days. Stayed here with a couple of other families for a competition and we loved the house. Neighborhood is quiet and nice and had lots of wild life. We saw so many baby deer!
The pool wasn’t transitioning one day and the host was super responsive and had the pool guy out same day. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and she was by far the most responsive and quick to resolve the small issue. Would stay again.

Our family came to the Austin area to be somewhere warm and enjoy some pool time and we really enjoyed staying here. Nice quiet neighborhood and stylish decor in the home. The pool heat was such a nice bonus because the weather was a tad cooler than normal, but we were still able to swim and enjoy the pool and spa. We appreciated the host’s good communication to a couple of our questions as well. Nice place for a relaxed getaway!

We came to the Austin/Round Rock area for a soccer tournament for my sons. Adorable house with comfy beds and lots of space. Nice yard, pool, and hot tub. Owner kind and helpful! Kids had a great time. Nice little town nearby.

We enjoyed being on the property. It was easy to find in a good location near a major highway. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The pool and spa were so nice to have. The heating was a little iffy for the pool, but not the spa. The complimentary coffee was a life saver! The internet was great, and the access to TVs were convenient. The walk in bathroom/closet duo was really nice for space. I would be very happy to rent again when I need to be in the area.

Family vacation
This house is in a good neighborhood. I walk every day so it was nice to have lots of large shade trees. We saw deer every day. The house is as advertised. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes/pots/pans and more than I expected in pantry items. My grand-kids LOVED the pool. There were plenty of pool floats and some pool toys. My only negative is while everything appeared clean the floors were not clean. My grand-babies' feet were completely black when they ran around without shoes so we had to keep shoes on them at all times if they were not asleep. I contacted the host and she offered to send someone over but I just told her to make sure it was addressed for future guests. We would stay here again.
