You can even go fishing right from the back yard! This house was absolutely made for entertaining and enjoying life with its huge covered patio, large open living room & magazine worthy kitchen. It even has its own wet bar! Grill out on the big patio with family & friends or take a stroll to downtown Round Rock for fun local bars & restaurants just blocks away. The city’s massive trail and park system is also within walking distance. Enjoy the central Texas native landscape and wildlife. This is an ideal space for family travelers, ladies/guys weekend, family staycations, bachelorette gathering, company retreat or business group. 15-25 minutes from Austin hot spots!

We had an incredible weekend stay! The house was perfect for my youngest sister’s bachelorette. The loft full bedroom is on its own side of the house so it was perfect for me and my middle sister to go to bed early! Lol The bar window opens to the pool! Also the space and pool is much bigger than pictured. If I ever come back to Austin I will keep this house in mind! Thank you Shanna!

The property was perfect for our stay during a summer baseball tournament. The kids loved their time in the pool and caught fish after fish.
Shanna was so tentative, responsive, and cooperative. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived.

We truly were impressed with the house, the neighborhood and the proximity to the grocery store and key areas we needed to go to. The girls enjoyed the pool and the boys enjoyed fishing in the creek. The adults enjoyed sitting on the patio after a long day of activities. The host is generous with amenities including games, coffee supplies and such. She was very responsive to any questions we had. I was personally impressed with how clean the large home was with it passing several of my spot wipes on the floor. The loft bedroom is charming but the tiny bathroom not best for big / tall people. I loved this home!

House had all the amenities needed and then some, relaxing poolside and creek views. Property was within driving range for all to enjoy surrounding things to do.
We showed up early and for unseen reasons, had to leave late and Shanna was very helpful and understanding in accommodating. Would recommend this property for enjoyable getaway.

We had a large group of family members with small children from mostly northern states come to celebrate a HS Graduation. This house was 1 of 2 we rented for the event and it was perfect.
The large number of rooms and beds afforded everyone space to spread out and enjoy their stay. The pool and access to the creek provided entertainment for the whole family as well as a way to cool down.
We were able to hold a celebratory gathering at the house and had no problems or complaints. Everyone had a great time. If given the opportunity and need in the future, we would absolutely rent this home again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home right on a large fish filled creek. The home was large clean and comfortable for 11 of us celebrating my nephews graduation. We were out and about the majority of our stay but the younger kids couldnt wait to get back to fish the creek in the large parklike backyard whils ghe adults enjoyed some drinks on the large comfy patio. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect home to host 10 women for our friend’s bachelorette party (one of the few homes we found that actually allowed parties). The home is clean, spacious, even came equipped with a bin full of cowboy hats and other props perfect for photos. Beautiful pool and backyard, overlooking the creek. The property manager, Shanna, was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for my out of state family.
In town for my daughter’s graduation from nursing school we weee able to have a wonderful gathering with plenty of room. It was very cold during our stay but we will rent again to use the pool next time.

This property was perfect for our needs! We particularly liked the wonderful pool, beautiful backyard, and amazing kitchen which was so well stocked and had a professional size refrigerator/freezer and 2 dishwashers! We would definitely stay there again!

My daughter wanted a fun house to host her bachelorette party of myself and two friends, her sisters and many of her friends. We ended up with a party of 12. The house was perfect for it. The host has thought of everything to include such as mirrors, games, party hats and bar supplies, floaties for the pool, etc. She also had EVERYTHING and then some, for the kitchen. Checkin was very convenient. The house layout was great. The older adults were able to sleep on one side of the house, away from the noise, allowing the younger adults to party a bit later. The living room has a massive couch that was great for socializing as a large group. The pool was very nice and the creek was very peaceful. Great VRBO!

We had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend. Shanna responded quickly to all questions /concerns. The property was beautiful and had plenty of room. So thankful I found this little gem for my family to stay in when they came down for my daughters wedding.

For us this was a first visit for some of son's sisters' extended family. We found everything we needed plus more without any hassle or problem. Plenty of accommodations and spaces for a varitey of actiities. Just sorry some members had jobs to get back to and we could not stay longer. Thanks so much!

Great Family Friendly Property
The house was clean, well- stocked, and had great activities for all of the age ranges we had (2-60). The pool and fishing in the creek were awesome and the creek served as a great back drop for some family pictures!

Amazing!!
I have maybe wrote two reviews in my whole life, but I couldn’t pass up on the opportunity! The pictures from the website paint a picture of the home, but the owners must like to surprise their guests as this home is AMAZING! Spacious, clean, stocked, very well maintained. 2 families of 4 stayed in this home and it could have been 5 families of 4 with room to spare. The kids never got bored! Rather it be from the pool with a diving board, the unlimited amount of card and board games, the giant Jenga or the creek that was FULL of fish, there was never one kid saying they had nothing to do. Owners/staff was available 24-7 and responded almost immediately if ever needed. 1000% recommend this property! Thank you again for a wonderful stay and far exceeding all expectations!! AMAZING!!

Holiday weekend getaway
We could not say enough great things about this property. The host really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We really enjoyed hanging by the pool every single day. We were close enough to head into Austin for a day while also enjoying everything Round Rock has to offer.

Wonderful place to stay
The home was nice and clean when we arrived. The owner even makes sure that the ambiance is set on vacation mode, aquarium pictures on the tv, bubbling aquarium by the kitchen, side lamps on in each room. The house made a great first impression. The kitchen was super stocked. There was a lot of left-over items in the panty (so much so that we had to box them up to have room for our stuff), the fridge had all the necessary condiments, there were treats and fresh fruit. And more coffee and tea than you could ask for. The home has 3 coffee pots, which we did not expect, but made it super easy for everyone to make coffee exactly the way they want. The backyard is beautiful. We did not feel like we were in the middle of the suburbs. The pool was nice and clean as well. A big factor for me are the beds and bedding. The master bed was very comfy. Others said their beds were as well. The sheets were a nice thread count and in good shape. Also, lots of nice towels and washcloths. The owners took great care to make sure every room was perfect. Overall, this is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.

Girls' weekend vacation
This house was perfect for a bachelorette weekend getaway! 14 of us were more than comfortable during our stay and everything about this house was perfect for how we wanted to set up decorations. The pool and entire back patio area was perfect for our group to hangout and play games. The owner was also very easy to get in touch with if needed. Couldn't have asked for better!

3 week stay-very comfortable!
We went to visit family and stayed at this great home with a view of water in backyard ready to fish! The pool was great-my kids literally used it daily and dreamt about the pool each night. (were from Seattle so were not used to sun in november..lol) The house had everything stocked from 3 kinds coffee makers to the coolest fridge & freezer ever! Thanks for making us feel at home!

A little paradise amidst the pandemic!
This house was equipped with everything needed for both kids and adults for a self contained, safe getaway during the pandemic! The house boasts the perfect layout for a large family, with five bedrooms downstairs and a big loft area with another bed upstairs. The living area is so expansive and looks directly out onto the pool so you can easily watch any swimmers. The pool is in immaculate condition and the covered patio area is large with multiple seating areas. The 100 degree weather didn’t stop us from enjoying every meal outside because the covered patio was so inviting! Everything in the house was in excellent working condition and there were so many little “extras” that were above and beyond what one normally expects from a vacation rental - many inflatables and sunscreen available right on the patio for the pool, a kitchen stocked with granola bars, oatmeal, and cereal for guests in the kitchen (a real hit with my kids) and jumbo Jenga and cornhole games for more outdoor play if you ever tire from the pool. The owner, Shanna, was so helpful and eager to answer any questions regarding navigating the city. She even took the time to tell us to be on the watch for the bats as they fly over the creek in the backyard in the evening - what an awesome sight we would have missed without her heads up! The house is just a few minutes walk from a beautiful paved concrete trail that is partially covered with trees on either side (and even a tunnel that was a highlight for my kids to skateboard through) and also just a few minutes drive from the Play for All park. My kids would have been content just playing in the pool the entire time and exploring by the creek that was right in the backyard. Check out was an absolute breeze. Only regret I have is that our entire family wasn’t able to get together to enjoy this house. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you, Shanna, for salvaging our summer during the pandemic with a safe and beautiful spot to play and relax!
