The well-appointed modern kitchen design affords the host interaction with guests seated in the lounge, dining and external dining areas on the northern deck. The home is perfect for entertaining friends and family during Winter or Summer with the added bonus of cafe blinds on the verandah along with heaters. By providing a full length verandah enabling every room their own access to the deck and intimacy away from the main area. Being set at one level and fully fenced for that extra level of child safety.

The Master bedroom on the Eastern wing consists of a very comfortable king sized bed, and storage space is at a premium with a huge walk in robe located between the bedroom and its modern en-suite. This wing also has a second guest room with Tri-bunk. This bedroom is ideally suited to children with a bunk bed. The Western wing has the remaining 3 bedrooms with queen beds. These rooms are serviced by the family bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the deck and stunning northerly vistas.

This location is simply enviable boasting Idyllic proximity to some of the southwest most popular beaches, breweries, wineries and attractions you will never be far from your base.

A welcome starter pack of of wood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require further firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Large groups of adults will not be accepted to stay at this property. This house is for family gatherings only. There is a noise bond that will be forfeited if there are any noise complaints from neighbouring properties. Although this property is located in a rural area, there are full-time residents in close proximity to the house who must not be disturbed under any circumstances.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
