Two-storey apartment in the heart of Salcombe, sleeping six in three bedrooms.
Normandy Watch is a fabulous two-storey apartment in the heart of Salcombe, with enviable views over the estuary towards East Portlemouth. There are three bedrooms; two which feature King-size beds and the third which features two single beds, as well as a shower room and a family bathroom. It has a large open-planned living/dining room with two large sofas, a wood burning stove, and fantastic estuary views. There is also a modern kitchen/breakfast room. Outside, there is a glorious sun terrace to the side of the property with outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco summer dining. This spacious holiday home is in a wonderful central location, ideally suited to couples or families particularly those with a dog.

Four-ring electric hob, integrated double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Microwave and dishwasher.
LG Smart 43” TV and contemporary wood-burning stove.
Telephone for local and incoming calls only.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
