Apartment in a late 19th Century house in Salcombe, sleeping six in three bedrooms.
Edinburgh House is a spacious and comfortable three-bedroom duplex apartment with stunning panoramic views across the Salcombe Estuary towards Snapes Point and South Pool Creek. Within walking distance of Salcombe’s town centre. Providing well presented, light and airy accommodation over two floors, the apartment has three bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, a sleek kitchen/breakfast room with appliances including an American fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a sitting room with outstanding views. There is direct access onto private tiered gardens and parking for one car.
Amenities: Gas central heating and hot water.
American style Fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle.
Flat screen TV, DVD, Dab digital radio, MP3 hi-fi music system.
Wifi available.

There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
