Appliances consist of an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a wine chiller, and for entertainment, two Smart TVs. Outside there is a front decked garden with furniture, a rear garden with decking, furniture and barbecue, and roadside parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, beach in 1.7 miles, and Salcombe Harbour in 0.4 miles. Enjoy Devonshire’s coastline at Cranford. Note: Access is via a flight of external steps, unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
