Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ohne Ansprüche okay … wir waren nicht glücklich.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage. Es war ruhig aber in wenigen Gehminuten war man mitten im Geschehen

Leider war das Bett sehr hart, die Bettwäsche und der Vorhang hatten Flecken … der Balkon lässt sich nicht komplett schließen weshalb … Moskitos und Ameisen konnten ins Zimmer. Leider ist das wohl in allen Zimmern so, denn nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal lies sich nichts machen. Das Bad hat ebenfalls ein offenes Fenster. Leider keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck zu verräumen … Das angeschlossene Café hat gesalzene Preise …

Did not like it there

Location is good, and the lady at the reception was very sweet. Food was tasty and pretty reasonably priced

I did not like our room. It looked a lot more basic then on the pictures. We were on top the floor and it was extremely hot even with the curtains drawn and the AC running all day. It was literally impossible to be in the room in the afternoon. Balcony is large but the view wasn't pleasant. There is zero sound insulation, I could hear my neighbours chatting very clearly. I found this property overrated. Maybe we didn't get lucky with the our room, i don't know.

Gorgeous Rooms!!

Can't recommend enough! The room was beautifully decorated, very spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great, just a short walk from Sairee Beach and the restaurants and bars in that area. The staff were also super friendly and helpful.

No complaints! Just wish we could've stayed longer!

Over priced

It was close enough to all the bars restaurants and beach but far enough for a quiet nights sleep

The beds were really hard which gave me a bad back.. there was no tea or coffee it kettle provided in the room. They had no card machine so it was very difficult start from the off as I had planned to pay for the stay with my credit card so resulting in my having to pay charges and interest to get cash from my credit card to then pay for the hotel stay

Not great value for money, there are much better places to stay in Koh Tao.

Location was great. On arrival, the room was spotless.

Room wasn’t routinely cleaned, they used to just leave toilet roll and waters outside the door. Had to ask to have room cleaned as ants had started to come in from under the door. No hot water, cold showers everyday.

Great location, nice staff, bring cash to pay for your stay!

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They don’t do the daily cleaning but they will always leave you a toilet paper and a bottle of water every day in front of the room.

The only downside of this b&b was that you have to pay in cash for your stay. They do not accept cards. As well as the doors of the balcony won’t completely close, so there were ants quite everywhere, but it wasn’t very disturbing.

Room was spacious and comfortable, good bathroom and shower.

It wasn't Bed & Breakfast as advertised, you had to pay additional if you wanted breakfast. A little too highly priced for the facilities compared to others.

Perfect

The coziest hotel on Koh Tao. Sairee beach is a five minute walk, it is very quiet, there are no tourist crowds, and squirrels run into your balcony. 7/11 and some great restaurants are also within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, good water pressure. Our favorite room was the corner one on the top floor. The hotel has a comfy and shady terrace with delicious homemade food and great calm music. Tay (I hope I spelled the name right), you are incredible! Thank you and the entire hotel team for our time here. We will miss you and Noooona very much. Sending you all many hugs! <3 <3 <3

a great property for the price.

this accommodation is very good value for money. The staff are lovely. The location is perfect because you are close to everything but not on the busy roads.

The beds are way too hard in our opinion and the way how the building is built allows any noise to be heard throughout, so this can mean some noisy nights.

clean room, provided water everyday and also had a water dispenser in the cafe. balcony was big, great location, quiet and just out the way but close enough to all the restaurants. staff very polite

for breakfast i had pancakes which i didnt really like but the cafe itself is really cute and nice vibe overall would come back!

not a great experience

good location

the property didn’t look like the images, quite run down. the doors weren’t secure and lots of gaps. there was loads of bugs in and outside the room. ended up going to a different hotel but could not get a refund. if the doors were upgraded and the bug issue was resolved the property would be fine.

The staff were so nice and friendly. the room was spacious

That the reception closes after a certain time, the hotel is in darkness when you come back after dinner. The vent in the toilet is constantly open so you can’t close it to keep out the geckos.

Samantha’s is a quiet and welcoming place to stay, close to the beach and easy walk to restaurants.

Modern and spacious room and bathroom. Balcony had a nice view.

Location is close to the beach, restaurants, cafes. Drinking water refills daily Room is modern minimalistic Bed is comfortable, Aircon ok, bathroom is big Staff very nice and friendly

No day to day cleaning, but if you ask them they will make up room nicely. Lot's of mosquitoes everywhere in the island, very painful bites - not related to hotel.

Fraud , would not recommend

The room was ok

We were forced to pay only cash, no other options to pay via terminal or card transfer was denied I was not expected that in a hotel with such price per night such kind of service was not available. The name of the hotel doesn’t reflect the truth as there is only bed, but for breakfast you should pay in the cafe My room was clean, but the bed linen of my friends who stayed next door was dirth
