Perfect

Loved this place it’s in a great location 5 min walk from centre. Staff are so helpful and kind. There’s a mini market basically 7/11 outside the reception which is very convenient. Pools lovely and cool. Rooms are spacious and good AC

Good stay

Room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The room comes with a fridge, kettle, and bowls/forks and spoons. You also get pool towels. Decent size balcony. When room was cleaned it was done well. Easy walk into town, probably 4 minutes so not essential to have a scooter but we did hire one for 3 days and this was prefect to see more of the island. Cheap laundry at 40 baht per kg. Also got picked up from the pier at a good rate of 100 baht per person. Staff were friendly. The 24hour shop on site sells super cheap beer.

When we arrived after the check time of 14:00pm they were still cleaning our room, and unfortunately the forks and spoons provided hadn’t been cleaned at all, however when asked for them to be cleaned this was done quickly. There was no info provided about Wi-Fi etc. We had a few weird experiences with the cleaning system. If you wish for your room to be cleaned you have to leave your room key in the basket at reception before 12midday and once it’s cleaned they move it to another basket so you can collect when you come back. One day we left the key in the ‘to be cleaned’ basket and when we came back it hadn’t even been touched, even though it had been moved to the ‘cleaned’ basket…I went to reception to ask and one of the ladies just apologised and said she would it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes around and the same situation occurs, our key was left in the basket before 12 midday and when we came back all they had done was made the bed, non of the bins had been emptied, no toilet roll replaced, no water replaced etc, so I went to reception and asked that the room be done as this was two days in a row. It was done within 30 mins but the staff didn’t look very pleased that they had been asked to do it! We didn’t have any issues after this but it was very frustrating seeing as we were staying there for 9 nights! You constantly have to ask for toilet paper and bottled water, why not just leave it outside peoples rooms if they don’t need a full room clean? Surely it would make everything easier for guests and staff included! Also had to pay a 1000 baht deposit for the room key which is the highest we’ve ever paid!

מלון די מאכזב אבל סך הכל תמורה טובה למחיר.

מלון די מיושן אבל סהכ בסדר. מיקום טוב - 5 דקות הליכה מהרחוב המרכזי ומרצועת החוף, ככה שנהנים מהשקט של המרחק אבל תוך זמן קצר אפשר להיות במרכז העניינים. יש מינימרקט שפתוח 24/7 בתוך המלון שזה ממש נוח. החדרים נקיים ומאובזרים.

המלון מיושן, מקלחת די ישנה ומבאסת. הוילונות לא אטמו את האור כמו שצריך אז קמנו מוקדם כל בוקר. לא תמיד יש מישהו בקבלה שאפשר לפנות אליו אבל באופן כללי הצוות כן נחמד ומנסה לעזור במה שאפשר.

A hidden gem in San Re

Lovey quiet room just a few minutes walk from the centre of SaiRee. A little shop is on site for all your basic needs. Family run business and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay there again.

Good

Staff at reception were very friendly. Room was clean. 10 minute walk to Sairee Beach. Balcony was big with nice views. Supermarket on site. Pool was nice and big.

Rooms not soundproof. Rooms didnt get cleaned unless we asked for it (getting fresh towels, restock toilet roll etc). Bed was short in length.

Very pleasant!

Staff were so lovely and very helpful, booked all our transport for us and gave us a free taxi included to the pier. We asked them very last minute to help us find a bus to khao sok as online said sold out! They said they can book us on a bus no problem :) The rooms are very big and have lovely balcony’s. Very clean rooms and nice view. Good pool and has mini market on site open 24/7 very handy. Laundry service very good too. Location was so good, 10 minute walk to the beach and main area of sairee beach! Couldve stayed here much longer!

Had trouble setting aircon up to begin with and our tv didnt work but wasnt an issue.

Great spot close to Sairee but just far enough away for peace and quiet

Good location, mini mart attached to the hotel that is open 24 hours. Very clean and big rooms.

wonderful

this our second coming here from a few months ago as we enjoyed it from being a bit quieter spot to rest away for the busy street which is only a 6minute away , it’s clean and comes with a fridge and a pool you can lounge by and they have there own little shop outside which is handy .the staff are great and will help you with anything you need all in in all a relaxing stay :)

Nice & affordable stay in Koh Tao

Nice staff, Tours available (I recommend the around the island), nice Pool area, Free tea and coffee in reception area, Mini market at the front with good prices, Pool towels provided, shower with Hot water.

No housekeeping during our 4 night stay & the accomodation is after a very dark road, but just 150m or so, so wasn’t an issue.

I would recommend this place for a few nights :)

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were very welcoming! Free tea and coffee was very nice :) Good location. The pool was great to cool off in! Very clean room and a great size.

There are some caged birds which is not only very sad to see as they should be free to fly like nature intended, but they are also very noisy, especially early in the morning. The bed cover was too small for two people, but they very kindly gave us an extra one when we asked- thank you 😊 You have to walk through a bit of a river to get too and from the beach/main walkway. The Internet wasn't very good where our room was. The shower was lovely and hot, but not much pressure. The motorbikes were sometimes noisy. I think this is probably more of a problem for some rooms than others, but our room was very near to where they parked. Despite these things, we enjoyed our stay and even extended for an extra night!

you can and should find better

they do your laundry for 30 baht per kilo and it’s close to a lot of nice restaurants

the rooms weren’t cleaned every day, nothing was changed. the pool doesn’t look as great as the picture, there’s never any sunlight on it unless it’s early in the morning. it’s a really bare and empty room compared to the amount of money you pay per night. there’s nothing around the shower so the water goes everywhere in the room. geckos got into our room at night which wasn’t fun

Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the pool was great. Double room was huge with a balcony which overlooked the pool and mountains, would definitely recommend. 10/10

Very good

Really clean, peaceful location approx 10 -15 mins from the beach. Nearest restaurants max 5 mins and handy supermarket on site. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He arranged transport and boat tickets for us at cost price. We liked being a short distance from the beach and bars and didn't mind the slight uphill walk. Great value accomodation.

great value for money

it’s great value for money, it’s clean, beds are comfortable, they even provide a laundry service and you can rent a motorbike, it’s close to shops and restaurants

the aircon is super loud at night, even if you turn it off there is a box outside belonging to it which is still running which is so loud that it you are a light sleeper it’s impossible to sleep

Little hidden gem!

Little hidden gem! The room & bathroom was a good size. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A/C and fan worked great and quietly. The pool was nice, and just what you need during the hot days to cool off. Wifi was good, and you get free coffee, tea and water. Its not directly in the busy area (party area) but just a short ride on the mophed (~2min or ~12min walk), however - if you want a good night sleep thats the place to be. The staff was super nice.

Exceptional

Nice big rooms and nice and clean swimming pool. The guy from the hotel was very helpful. You can arrange travel or snorkeltrips. Everything is on walking distance or you can rent a scooter at the hotel. They use a small area from the pool to teach local children to swim. Nice to see and also important for the kids.

Great stay close to the beach in Ko Tao

Clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and the staff are really lovely. The mini mart is really helpful and cheaper than 7/11. We rented scooters and arranged further travel with the reception. Highly recommend.

Laundry is 30 baht a kilo, moped hire onsite is 200 baht, the staff are lovely, there’s a mini mart onsite. Room was huge and very comfortable. Location is good, only a short walk to loads of restaurants and definitely the place to be on Koh Tao

Superb

This hotel is amazing, I liked it so much I ended up staying 4 more nights. Even though I arrived earlier then the normal check-in time I could get into my room immediately. The room was super clean and the bed is very comfy. The view from my balcony was magical: palm trees, the sounds of birds and beautiful sunsets. There is a small supermarket downstairs that has a bit of everything, from snacks to mosquito spray. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Example: I wanted some laundry done, preferrably the same day so I could pack that night. Normally it takes them a day, but when I asked, they made sure it was done in time, and for the normal price too (30 baht/kg, super cheap)! The hotel is a short walk from the main road (5 min) of Sairee and the beach (10 min). Be aware that this road is not completely lit, so bring your phone/torch when walking there at night. It is very safe though!

Your room will only be cleaned when you ask them and hand in your room key. I didn't know this, so it took me a couple of days before I asked. When they did clean my room, it wasn't done very well. They forgot the bathroom and I'm not sure they changed my sheets.

Exceptional

The rooms are very nice and super clean. They have everthing you need, including a fridge. The accommodation also offers a laundry service (charged extra of course). To Sairee Beach it's 10 minutes by foot and you have a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.

Spacious hotel rooms, lovely pool area, and helpful staff! Great value for money, Would recommend!

The staff were so nice and helpful. Really thoughtful and caring. The rooms were very big and spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Pool area was fabulous.

I wish there were more sun loungers at the pool but overall I wouldn’t complain at all!
