Sehr gut gelegen in Strandnähe, Shops, Restaurants usw.

Location was perfect for what we were looking for, villa was very spacious and good value for money. good facilities and access to Nissi beach.
we struggled to get access to the property when we first arrived, there was no one there to meet us and we didn’t have the code to the lock box. Additionally, the air con wasn’t working in one of the rooms, and it wasn’t fixed after we had asked multiple times.

good privacy and had everything we needed/wanted.
all of the sunbeds had slight rips in them so require slight update too them as this made them uncomfortable.

Everything was fine, really. And we could check in at 12.00, very early. That was very kind from the Host. All of my friends were satisfied.
Nothing. This accomodation is totally perfect!

The really good thing of the Villa was the position, really close to the beach and to the nightlife zone. Plus, there are 3 bathrooms which is really nice to have.
The house has a lot of broken things (somebody threw a punch on the fridge, sofas are in terrible conditions, pavement poolside is fallin apart) but the worst thing is that access to the Villa is free for whoever wants to get inside, as the garden has no fence at all; we had some of our stuff on the clothesline stolen. So, as a resume, the house is quite good but it's not worth the money spent for it.

Comfortable beds - that’s about it.
The property is FAR from luxury. The villa and garden had absolutely no safety standards. The pool had tiles missing that made it sharp on your feet and there was algae growing in it too. We had children with us and there was a sharp bit sticking out where the pool stairs were, which my nephew sliced his finger on when getting out of the pool - Booking.com were made aware of this but did nothing. We had a total of 2 cereal bowls, 3 drinking cups and very limited cooking supplies, bearing in mind this is a 6 person villa! The sofas were absolutely ripped to shreds, you couldn’t sit on them, and the fridge and oven fan both had fist dents in them, as if someone had punched them. When you get there, there’s a sign on the door that states what you need to pay if something is damaged, a €0.50 glass apparently costs €100 if you smash it, which is funny because we had such limited dinnerware, the property have obviously been taking the replacement fee but not replacing them! All the rooms had some handles missing from the drawers. I honestly could go on and on…

great location and very suitable for a large group as we rented all four villas !
the pool was a bit too dirty and there were ants everywhere in the house.

The pool and outdoor area
No safety box
Weak Internet ( not working all the time )
Hot water not available all the time

House as a size is nice but bedrooms run a bit small.
Worst thing is that the a/c units are too too strong for the room sizes, so there was no normal temperature. 26C was freezing and at 27C around 5am it was too hot.
If you plan on having a relaxing holiday a/c will not help you.
Downstairs bathroom stunk from day 1 as it seems that the shower didn’t have a S in the drainage.
Comfortable beds and couches i can say yes. Swimming pool is nice as well, but carefull of the falling liner stones, you might hurt your feet.
One thing i can say about the owners is that they don’t care about their customers and you need to beg them to do something
1st day the house was filthy and owner had the audacity to tell us “sleep in the house till next day”. Imagine if I hadn’t called 3 days before to let them know we are bringing kids….
After some begging a really nice couple Mr Dimitris and his wife Maria came to help and spent 3+ hours cleaning the house.
Shower curtains were disgusting and new bath towels never came at day 4 as promised.
Overall our days were ruined by the a/c. Cleaniness will be ok in the future i guess as Dimitris & Maria are cleaning from now on. Damages are minor, but I don’t think a/c units will change anytime soon as its a VRV duct system.
A/C very strong and cold
Bad smell in downstairs bathroom
Shower curtains too filthy
New towels never came
Too small bedrooms upstairs
Had to beg the owner to properly clean the house in the first place

Location was good
We arrived on the property on the 12th of August at 18:00. I was the first to shower at 22:00. The shower down stairs flooded and the water reached the dining area and the bedroom. The mop was disgusting and smelled bad and therefore we couldn’t use it! We contacted the person on the number sent to us by the property as he was listed in booking as the contact for any issues with regards to the villa and he was UNWILLING to help. He was extremely rude and condescending. This was by far the WORST customer service i have ever encountered. We are paying 350€ per night and we thought that we could at least shower in humane conditions. I was so disgusted by my showering experience i had to re-shower upstairs especially after cleaning up all the disgusting mess. This is simply unacceptable. We had to go to the supermarket in order to buy mops since the ones provided were dirty and cleaning supplies to fix the issue. We spent another 50€ for this and i wont even mention the fact that we were on holiday and shouldn’t have to deal with cleaning and unclogging a dirty shower! This is probably the WORST place we have ever stayed at.

Nothing - it was unsafe
No dishwasher.
Hardly any cooking equipment.
A broken French window that had to be repaired by the kids who had to buy a screwdriver to fix it.

Excellent location, 5 minutes to the sea, 2 minutes to the supermarket. Spacious, clean area. The host complied with all requests and quickly responded to messages.
It would be nice to have a grill. It would also be nice to send a message or specify the time when the person who cleans the pool will come, he scared us a little :D

The location was good and the house had a really nice outdoor area.
The house was not clean when we got there. There were ants on the beds and none of the people we had in the house was able to sleep as they were disgusted by that. It’s not acceptable to expect guests in a house that was probably not in recent use and not have it cleaned the previous day.

I chose that property for my birthday.Everything was fine the beds were very comfy. We had a really good time.It could just be a little cleaner but thats okay. The host was very kind and polite he even let us check out almost 4 hours later with not any extra charges.Definitely coming back on summer!
