Our bestvstay in Protaras the last 9 years!

We gave been visiting the are for the past 9 years. This was the bwst stay we ever had!! So close to the beach, 1 minute from the nearest supermarket and in the main street of the Protaras life! We had 3 kids with us who enjoyed the terrace as we also did! We had a ping pong table, an outside bed, 2 different big houses for kids play, sunloungers, seating area, a trampoline!!! The house was big, clean, even with a dishwasher, washing machine, a ninja airfryer, blender, everything was awesome! Exyra towels for the beach. It has been an abosolute joy staying there. I highly recommend especially if you have children with you as you do not feel cramped!!!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Perfect apartment for family. All the facilitys that you need for a comfortable staying. The location is on the main street and about 3 minutes walking to the beach.

The water pressure is low when more than one person is taking a shower. The apartment is on the main street so it's a bit noisy.

Exceptional, I would definitely choose that place again.

The terrace is exceptional. From trampolines to wonderful jacuzzi. Beds are very comfortable, I wouldn't to have better privately. The apartment got everything you need, dishes, silver, toaster, electric grill, coal grill, big fridge, etc., etc. Probably the best equipped apartment I ever have. Location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and pubs. View is fantastic. A lot of place to relax on the terrace. Electric grill was dead, but the host bring brand new next day!

As location is very attractive and let say in the city center (next to the road where all pubs and restaurants are located) it cause also some issues as there is very loud even up to 2 a.m. There is no cleaning service (I know this is an apartment, not a hotel, but some apartments has it, just to let you know), even if you stay longer (we were there 6 nights). So you need to wash your towels by yourself (we didn't get any new, even we have requested it). There is no vacuum cleaner so not so easy to get ride of the sand that you bring from the beach. Pictures are not from latest date. All staff at terrace is a bit used comparing to the pictures from booking.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a villa in the middle of our stay. We enjoyed both the flat and the villa. All of the staff were helpful and very responsive to our requests.

Perfect stay!

Simply loved the apartment! Cleanliness was great. Excellent amenities, good internet speed. Nice and clean Jacuzzi, the sea view from the balcony was stunning. The staff was always willing to help, appreciating and respecting their clients! Very good location, it is situated just 1 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and bus stop. Highly recommend!

Excellent short stay at Seaview.

We were upgraded from an apartment to a villa due to a burst pipe. The villa was great and had everything you could possibly need. A very enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend.

Jakuzzi was excellent. Space is a huge and well equipped.

Internet did not work. Owner did not answer at our questions all days of our stay.

A lovely apartment in great location with good facilities and brilliantly stocked kitchen.

The jacuzzi was all ready to go however by the next day it had started to smell. We had to request they rechlorinate it which they duly did. Whilst we had to wait for this, it was all done promptly. I would have expected it to be sufficiently chlorinated from the start.

We liked the private area which is basically a huge balcony with shower, table and chairs and trampoline. The apartment had all we needed, it was comfortable and clean. Its location is also good, close to Fig Tree Bay and another nice beach (don't remember the name now).

We didn't like the apartment's proximity to a bar where they played music until midnight or even past that, but I guess they can't do anything about it, the apartment is surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Perfect location, just 1 min walk to the beach, 4 min walk to Fig Tree Beach. There were all possible electrical appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, blender, toaster etc. Free drinking water and ice. Jacuzzi is the best thing to relax in the end of the day.

I hope video cameras in the rooms are just a prop 😄

the promising luxury vacation has become a reality

Based on the pictures, our small group were really looking forward to relaxing here. It seemed almost unbelievable based on the pictures that we would get this well-equipped and wonderful apartment. And it came true! Truly amazing! We were most looking forward to the jacuzzi, which we didn't end up using, because the wonderful beach was so close. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Spacious and very modern interior. Water and wine as nice welcoming gifts. I particularly liked the water machine. The several packs of ice cubes in the freezer were just icing on the cake. Very attentive! It is definitely the best location in Protaras. Excellent location you really just have to step out the door and find yourself on the street full of tourists in the crowd. I am not writing this as a disadvantage, because whoever stays in such a place should be aware that this is a party town which is always busy and crazy party-goer, with a vibrant nightlife.

All the facilities were of a quality and everything you could need was supplied. It was a lovely touch to find bottled water in the fridge and a bag of ice in the freezer. They even provided a bottle of wine !

Very impressed with the apartment and location. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was located in an excellent positiion within the centre of the main street of Protaris, there was great access to the beach and to the pubs and restaurants. Couldnt have been happier with the location. Nightlife is vibrant.

There was very little I didnt like, slight sewerage smell coming from the bathroom which we used candles and air freshner to disguise. As stated above, nightlife is vibrant and was enjoyable to hear however it didnt quieten down until 4am - FYI. Not a criticism,
