The twinned Maisonettes are organized around an aquatic area where the water is at 30 ° open from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. every day.
The indoor pool communicates with the outdoor pool in summer.
In any season, the indoor swimming pool allows you to enjoy the Hammam Sauna (10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.), bubble baths and waterfalls ...
Recently the Residence opened a restaurant where we offer breakfast service, meals and the possibility of take-away meals, a bar and a shop (small bakery, cold drinks ...).
The Tourist Residence located 800 m from the charming port of Cancale, beaches 2 km away.
You will have the pleasure of visiting cities like Saint Malo at 12 km, Dinard 22 km, Dinan 32 km and Mont Saint Michel at 45 minutes.
Please note that the Residence does not accept animals.

WLAN access was very cumbersome, the pool was fine, location also. The house itself was quite small, the living room too small. The furniture was worn down. We had a nice little outside seating area.
You can walk to the nearby beach. Beaches for swimming is a 10 min car ride away.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was good for what we needed. We had 3 adults and 1 child in our 3 bedroom rental. Could have added one more child if needed. The kitchen had the basics. The pool was a fun place for the kids even in the cool weather. Front desk person was friendly and outgoing. Dislikes. Far from Cancale. Farther than I realized. Towels were not included. Basic Kitchen stuff like towels, sponge, soap were not included.
Internet did not work. However, cellular was fine so only an issue for the kids stuff. Beautiful town and area...nice to escape the crowds of Paris...Mont Saint Michelle is an easy commute....downtown Cancale did have parking available and dining was good.

Het vakantiepark in de buitenwijk van Cancale is duidelijk gedateerd. Wel netjes maar niet goed onderhouden. Geen douchegordijnen of andere afscheidingen in douche en bad waardoor het altijd kletsnat werd. De plaats van de hangende tv, vlakbij een hoek op hoofdhoogte, is niet goed gekozen. Wij stootten er allemaal ons hoofd. Zwembad is prima evenals de route naar het dorp.

Accueil chaleureux, logement propre, au calme, idéal également pour une famille avec enfants. La piscine couverte est vraiment un plus quand le beau temps n'est pas au rendez-vous. Je recommande.

Bon sejour en famille
Maison appart Fonctionnelle, propre et pratique pour les visites en journee l hiver au Mont st michel, St Malo, Cancale, Dinard et la piscine hammam sauna pour se detendre ouverte assez tard. Convient + aux familles avec enfants. Nous avons pris une maison 6 pers a 4 pour avoir 2 chambres a l etage, il y a 2 salles d eau et 2 wc. La piece de vie est tres petite mais nous etions en balade en journee donc pas de pb , ou a la piscine chauffee qui est le plus de cette residence. Tenue par des gens tres sympas qui nous ont permis de rester une nuit de +. Prevoir bcp de serviettes ( mais on peut en louer), des claquettes pour se rincer a la location car les vestiaires sont insuffisants pour le nbre de pers. Apporter tapis de sols, fond de cuisine. Les lits sont faits de maniere impeccable et le menage est prevu ds le prix. Supermarche ds le centre de cancale. Bar le tapecul a tester tenu par un couple tres sympa. Huitres delicieuses a deguster ds le port. On peut monter le chauffage sur le thermostat ds la maison. Semaine tres reposante la formule spa est ideale pour ne pas avoir de courbatures aores les balades, et les enfants sont ravis !

Le prix reste élevé pour les prestations qui peuvent être améliorées comme l'absence d'éclairage extérieur coté salon de jardin , l'équipement de cuisine insuffisant pour 6 adultes ( une mini casserole et une petite poêle ! ). A noter la réactivité de la Réception pour trouver des solutions.Le personnel est à l'écoute et sympathique.

La maisonnette correcte . Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage mais étant en hors saison cela ne nous a pas causé de soucis.

IDEAL POUR UN WEEKEND
Logement propre et agréable, nous étions dans une maison pour 6 pers. (2 chambres + 1pièce dans le vestibule contenant 2 lits superposés qui mériteraient d'être séparés par un rideau pour plus d'intimité notamment pour la nuit).
La piscine est un peu petite au regard du nombre de personnes accueillies dans le village vacances, mais très bien équipée. Le sauna et hammam sont très appréciables.
Je recommande cet établissement.

lieu reposant , passer un super sejour en famille , les gites sont bien amenagés, la piscine a coté au top , il manque juste une aire de jeux pour les enfants !

Presque parfait
Propriété agréable, propre et calme. Accueil excellent, gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires durant toute la semaine. Les trois chambres de la maisonnette sont spacieuses et confortables mais le séjour est un peu petit, surtout la table pour nous qui aimons les jeux de société de plateau. Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée et son accès jusqu'à 20 h 30 même si nous avons été surpris par le peu de profondeur de la piscine extérieure. L'endroit est un point de départ idéal pour visiter la région (Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Dinard ...) . Enfin, il est possible d'arriver n'importe quel jour de la semaine et de choisir son nombre de nuitées, ce qui était parfait pour nous qui ne pouvions pas nous permettre des vacances du samedi au samedi. Nous reviendrons !

Séjour en famille en septembre
Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 2 ans et de 3 mois. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au village cancalais. Le fait de venir en septembre rend le lieu calme et agréable. Nous avions souvent la piscine pour nous tout seul et ça c'est top. Les gérants sont très sympas et accessibles.
Les deux petits bemols:
- le ménage est bien fait dans l'ensemble mais peut être amélioré. Le sèche serviettes dans la sdb était plein de poussière et les bouches d'aération encrassées. .. Le reste était parfait
- le lave linge. Nous recherchions un logement avec lave linge et selon abritel, cet endroit dispose d'un lave linge. Quand on relie l'annonce jusqu'au bout, toute à la fin il est précisé que c'est moyennant supplément. En fait la réception se charge de laver votre linge mais c'est payant. Je considère que si le lave linge n'est pas intégré au logement, il ne devrait pas être noté comme présent et en plus ça ne m'emballe pas que quelqu'un d'autre s'occupe de laver mes petites culottes... Cependant avec deux enfants en bas âge, il est difficile de faire sans...

Lovely place to stay
We greatly enjoyed our time at Le Village Cancalais, especially the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I was happy that a broken lightbulb was quickly replaced. A nice little house, although the kitchen is very limited. It’s only a short walk down to the port however!

Perfect for family
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Village Cancalais. We had a 6 bedroom cottage for four of us which was very comfortable. We had breakfast in the café onsite (delicious continental breakfast) but it is also possible to order pain au chocolat etc. to collect in the morning and eat at your cottage. Our sons thoroughly enjoyed the lovely pool - especially the bubbles and little waterfall! Cancale is a really lovely, traditional town - great walks and wonderful restaurants and creperies. Also close to Mont Saint Michel, St Malo, Dinard and sheltered family beaches.
